Friendly and helpful staff, prices are somewhat high. They have a room you can use to run games. Check with them on their Covid policies as I havent been there in awhile.

Great store with really great staff! They always make you feel welcome and the recent remodel looks awesome! Always a real treat to drop by the store.Also they are not just a MTG or board game store, they have tons of minis for table top games AND used video games! Always worth a trip!

Very helpful and friendly to new customers and beginners. Always willing to help with whatever you’re currently working on. Solid groups within the store as well for Warhammer, D&D, and MtG.

This place is one of the best game stores I have ever been to. The staff is so helpful, and the selection is very wide. I went in there wanting to learn a little about warhammer40k, and came out well informed with everything I needed to know.

Good video game selection but when it comes to Pokémon cards their prices are far to high. Twin dragon games in Racine has much fairer prices.

A fun spot to get items for all your table top gaming needs. We stopped by to check out the used game selection, and they have a great variety of old games from the NES to Game Cube, from GameBoy to Nintendo DS. They also have a ton of Magic: The Gathering and Pokemon cards. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

There was a nice selection of RPGs to minis, and board games. We bought some D&D minis, some paint and a Flumph.

This place has employees with obvious social awkwardness, they dont interact with you even if you do purchase something. Theres so many other better/welcoming game/cardshops out there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a really nice store so far! They have made a lot of good changes to the areas for the video gaming and Rpg shelves. The area nextdoor is under renovations so itll be open sometime in June. Its a really fun go-to place for all to enjoy! :)

Being a first-time customer, long-time Magic player, and bringing my son introduction to a MTG store (post-pandemic), my expectations were set low; however, the owner and other employee were welcoming and patient in answering my sons questions about all-things-MTG.

This is one of my favorite gaming stores. Ive had wonderful memories and Ive gotten to know the staff well. They are wonderful people, and I admit I do feel bad when I get really loud because that probably gets them annoyed. I love this store, and everyone should go here if they want a nice, welcoming environment.

I love Colosseum Games. Their selection of board games is totally unmatched. Their used video games are awesome and I have never had to return any of them because they were defective. I live pretty far away so Ive never been able to come to any events but Gerald has always been fantastic and welcoming to both my wife and I. You wouldnt believe the hostility she sometimes gets in comic or game shops but the folks Colosseum have always been great.

Great location and some really hard to find video games, if youre expecting a lot of sports games and like 2 or 3 good games youll be disappointed. A lot of good ones to be found, got Silent Hill for PS1 and Ghostbusters for Genesis there for great prices.

Staff is always helpful when answering questions or trying to find you what you need. Great place to shop and find your gaming needs.

Its a great gaming store, if youre into specific games. The staff knew a lot about Magic the Gathering and some console games, but most of the other card games and role playing games they had for sale I was not interested in or had never heard of. They didnt have much that I was interested in to be honest.

Went in yesterday at about 430pm. No one else there. So a guy in a white sweater (Ben?) Was super nice and helpful and spent probably 20 minutes with me. There was another guy with curly black hair that was very quiet. But a very nice store, clean, organized, they even had a clearance rack!

Great atmosphere. Came here to start play mtg again and over the years picking up some older games for the nostalgia effect. Gerald and his staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about their products and will even tell you all about a specific board game if you have questions about it. Very nice space and clean, went to the store one day when they opened for some peace and quiet from home and to open a couple booster boxes and they had no problem with me doing so.

They do not understand American constitutional rights and they do not care to cater to the disabled. Very shameful.

Always have had good experiences... Im not really into card or board games but go there for retro video gaming. They really know their stuff and usually have a great selection of old titles at fair prices.Ive found a few old games, that Ive struggled to find online, at a better price here.

This is a really good, approachable gaming store. The gaming area is nice and bright, the shopping area is always well stocked and clean. They have warhammer 2k minis, D&D minis, a huge selection of board games, used video games and retro games. The staff is the right amount of friendly: theyll bend over backwards to help you if need it but they dont hover or hound you with questions. They also seem to carry a little bit of local artist goods too, which is nice. Lots of events, with some nights dedicated to particular games like Magic or D&D.

Knowledgeable and Friendly staff, fair prices, and free to play.Whenever I go in I always have a few questions answered, and sometimes I even call them. As annoying a customer I might be, I have never been turned away... And I have called them with random MTG questions quite a bit.Its one thing to have an LGS that has fair prices and table space for players, its another thing to have extremely knowledgeable staff that dont hesitate to answer questions.They also have exceptional organization. If you call looking for cards theyll usually find them for you, even if theyre commons.

I was really impressed that the bathroom had toiletries available, including feminine hygiene products. Women have often been sidelined in the past in gaming culture in general, and its great that at this game store thats not the case. Kudos to them! Also, they have a wide range of boardgames from got new titles to the classics. Like most game stores in this area, they do run a lot of magic, but they also host a weekly boardgame night along with a Meetup group that runs a monthly boardgame Saturday. Its a great game store and you should check it out!

Ive been to the store on a handful of occasions and the owners have always been awesome. They provide an environment to play games at no cost, and often the owner will stop by and have a quick chat. I do wish there were more board gamers that would organize game days there, but thats not the stores fault. This is a great flgs.

Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly atmosphere with great people. Plenty of space for most tabletop and card gaming. There are usually alway people in the store looking to play Magic or some other card game. They also run standardized play formats for multiple games...and they are willing to listen to the times that work best for their players.

The owner really know his stuff and is more than willing to help you find what you need. Always our first stop.

Colosseum Games is a locally owned game shop with plenty of space for gaming, a large selection of tabletop and card games to play, and a large selection of used video games. The store owners are awesome and very involved with the gaming community in the area and host daily events for all kinds of gaming.EDIT: Colosseum has now finished an expansion thats made the store honestly enormous and given lots more room to game and browse making it a brilliant LGS to call your home store.

Dnd mtg and retro video games seem to be the concentration here but lots of other board games here as well.

Who doesnt like games

My family and I have come into the store a few times and every time we go in theres always something interesting to find, all the way down to classic system games. The owner is SO FREAKING AWESOME!! Hes the nicest and most patient guy. Ever go into a game store and ask a question and you get looked at like youre a moron or youre wasting their time? yeah...that will never happen here. Super cool store, UNBELIEVABLE service, just an all out pleasant shopping experience.

Employees give off a rude vibe. A little overpriced. I felt like I wasn’t welcome in the store. Some People that were in there to play board games were being obnoxious and giving me strange looks. Not a friendly environment. It’s a shame because they have the potential to be much better.

Colosseum has been my choice of gaming store for years now. Im very on and off when it comes to how frequently I go to gaming stores, but when I do, Colosseum is my first choice. Great staff, super friendly laid back atmosphere, and always some cool people hanging around to play with.

Its a nice small shop for a bunch of different tabletop gaming hobbies as well as some minor game resale in case you might be looking for an older console/cartridges. I did notice a smaller attached room thats probably available for some gaming sessions but didnt have much time to find out.

A great place for those who love dungeons and dragons. They run adventure league campaigns, as well. If you like magic the gathering, they also run events. You can buy and play board games here, as well as pick up source or rule books for popular rpgs such as shadowrun, dungeons and dragons. They sell miniatures, and dice. If you like dice, and you cant find them in store, they may be able to order them for you.

Went in to get a Magic Commander deck. Extremely helpful and friendly staff helped answer some questions I had coming back after a long duration from not playing. Found the perfect deck to fit my playstyle, and I managed to find an original Xbox Doom3 collectors edition while browsing their console game library. I will certainly be returning to purchase some singles to enhance my commander deck.
