It took months to get..hard to contact and did give me her personal cell. Happy they were aBle to do just about anything you want on the board. Figure on waiting a long time and lots of reasons why it was taking so long.

I never leave reviews, but felt I needed to. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 8 cornhole bags back on June 14, 2021 and I have not received them. Ive emailed and messaged them through facebook multiple times with only one response Which bags were they?. Seriously, I sent the order # with my messages. I sure wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company.

I have still never received my boards or bags. They are trying to tell me I owe them another $72 for the shipping for the boards that I only pay for the shipping of the bags and the order was like over two hundred dollars and still they will not return my calls my emails or nothing. Very poor business. Just refund my money. Yes and I have sent emails over and over about how I can pay you the 72.00 dollars and still nothing. I can forward all the emails if you like. If not just reimburse my money and Ill go some place else

I have had nothing but great customer service from them, they made my amazing chicago bears boards, and sugar skull board that are great for this summer. We play on them every weekend, and they are still holding up great.

The boards are pretty good but the service it terrible. If you call them it goes straight to voice mail so if you need to get a hold of them, message them on Facebook, they replied to me that way. They said it would take 15 days after I ordered them. A month went by and I haven’t heard anything so I had to go there and they said it would be another week. They could have called me to let me know instead of leaving me hanging. Even when they were done they didn’t call me, I had to message them and ask. Worst service ever.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.I purchased a cornhole set on 30APR2021 and I have not received my order. I called during their business hours and it goes straight to a full mailbox. I have emailed several times and the only response I received is that they will check on my order. If the owner is monitoring these reviews- please respond to emails and let your customers know the status of their orders.

I should have read the online reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered a set of bags back in April that I have never recieved. The phone number listed goes right to voicemail, they do not respond to emails. I specifically wanted to spend my money at a small business. I guess I did, because they took my money. Lesson learned. I will use Amazon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS.Go back and read all of the emails I sent asking for tracking info. The ones you didnt reply to. You are calling me unkind? You took my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM! I ordered a set of 8 corn hole bags on June 5th 2020 and still have not received them. I was told to allow 7 to 10 days before shipping. I left numerous phone messages and emails as to where my product is and they do not answer back. The only time they did was I will check the shipping orders tomorrow. I asked for the product to be delivered by July 4th weekend or they were to cancel my order and credit me back the $50 on my card. Guess what? No product, No response, No credit as of yet. I should have listened to the previous reviews on them. Lesson learned. Next time I am in Kenosha, I am going to get my money in person.

I placed an order for a custom cornhole set and never received the product I paid for. I understand that anything custom made takes time, but I waited for over 4 months. I called and emailed the company several times, but heard nothing in return. I chatted on Facebook messenger with the company several times and made very little progress. The company claimed several times that my product was ready, but for some reason refused to ship the product to me even though I paid $45 for shipping and showed the purchase receipt to prove it. I am extremely disappointed because when I saw the boards at a local festival they seemed to be high quality and exactly what I was looking for. I always try to support small, local businesses so this experience has been extra frustrating. I feel like I was scammed and the company never intended to give me the product I paid for.

Fantastic experience with these guys! I needed a project done on short notice. And, they made special arrangements to get it done before my deadline. The products are of excellent quality; with extreme attention to detail. I definitely recommend them! You won’t find better service or products anywhere else!
