Decent prices and selection. I came in looking for 2000 grit sandpaper. One of the clerks/workers/maybe management cheerfully directed me to the area of the store where the sandpaper was. I couldnt find what I was looking for and I asked another clerk and he didnt know anything about sandpaper, Emory cloth, or the gradation of steel wool, and if he did wasnt about to spend two seconds answering any of my questions. But anyways its a holiday today so I understand.

Went right in and found what I needed at a great price. Staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Many items in stock. Great deals. Great coupons. You can find some good stuff here at Harbor Freight in Kerrville. Easy to find, right on the corner of IH10 and SR16. Plenty of parking. Store is clean and organized. Recommend. Will shop again.

The cashiers are friendly but thats about the only employees youll find in the store. Be very, very careful about buying durable products there because theyre cheap, Chinese made junk and not durable. I go there only for expendables like gloves and shop rags.

The store is nice and neat. We were greeted when we came in and the clerk was helpful in telling us where the item was we were looking for. However the item we wanted was not assembled and we had to buy it boxed up after asking if we could take the floor model. He told us some story about having to get approval from management and that we could not take the assembled one. Note: We bought a pre assembled item from Harbor Freight the last time. If we had not needed the item so quickly we would have left without it. My husband and I both work in a local hardware store and know that they have people to assemble these items.

Harbor Freight... Its like an adult version of Toys-R-Us for me! Every location I have been to, including the Kerrville store, has been spotless and organized with friendly and helpful staff. I have never encountered an out of stock situation. Gotta love ya some Harbor Freight!

Typical harbor freight tools. Not the best, but will make do. This harbor freight was exceptionally clean and organized. The cashier was friendly.

They are the best thing since sliced bread in my book. Located conveniently and such a friendly staff. If you are a coupon user like myself, be careful, there is a female cashier that doesnt like to mess with the actual scanning of the coupons. I am also an Inside Track member, she informed me that when she scanned my card that the computer would automatically add the discount for all of the items. But it does not. I made 2 return tripps to get my savings. But I do have to admit, the cashier that handled those transactions, he was very nice.

I was glad when Harbor Freight opened here in Kerrville. I have bought on line for years, but viewing items in person is a more accurate experience. Their pricing makes it affordable to own tools youd be reluctant to purchase otherwise. The folks who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Kerrville Harbor Freight is awesome!! I love their stores to start with but the Kerrville location has the best, nicest and most helpful employees and managers. They treat me like family and go out of their way to help and provide a level of service that is outstanding! I highly recommend this store and will be a customer for life myself!

This is a Harbor Freight location that has been recently opened. Its great to have a Harbor Freight that serves the Texas Hill Country without having to drive to San Antonio. The store is clean and easily accessible.

I like this hardware store cause it is smaller than Home Depot/Lowes. It pretty much has what you need for tools. I also found a pair of Linesman pliers that werent heavy nor pricey like HD or Walmart. It was closing time when I went there so we were cut short on time but I could of easily spent another 15-20 minutes there. The workers were very helpful 2.

Found what was neededthough read discount coupons carefully...

They saved a product for us for 2 hours which enabled us to drive there and save $50 on it.It was on sale but out of stock the first time we drove there for it. Good job!

Tools for us that cant afford name brands and good quality too. Much better than Wally World and huge selection not just tools but accessories and all kinds of gadgets. Some jack stands are recalled for broken welds, dont let the car or truck fall on you take them in or call to make sure. Other than the stands and mine were not recalled, everything Ive bought still works.

Great prices and a friendly staff. A true mans store that has everything you need or maybe dont need today but hell the prices are good enough to buy it now so when you do need it youll have it right there in your tool box.

At long last! Harbor Frieghts! They have everything here, of course not name brand. I am looking to fill my shop with some tools and this is the place to find them. The tools are reasonably priced and wont break the bank. They also have great weekly coupons and the are always dicounts in store. Will be back in the very very near future.

Very good had everything I was looking for

We arrived shortly after 8am on the Feb 1st, the day of grand opening. There was no line outside and NO ONE handing out a free gift as advertised. There were maybe 40-50 people inside and no way a thousand people had gone through because the 2 checkout lines were all the way to the back wall. Only two employees in the store and they were the cashiers. Those two lines did not move so after waiting 15 minutes in line, we left with nothing but disappointment. Poor management, typical for Kerrville😕
