Great place for ranch stuff! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Everyone Ive encountered here has been pretty knowledgeable in the stuff that they sell. Anything from lawn and garden 2 Animal Health and Care this is where I go shopping for all of my livestock needs

Much more than stuff for tractors. This store is fun to just walk around and look. Western clothing, metal farm toys for children like farm animals, trucks, tractors, farm equipment, small business foods as well as tools, truck accessories like bed tool boxes, hitches, fence parts indoor and outdoor heating and parts gas lines, filters and regulators and hardware and much more like farm animal food. Enjoy looking around like I do. No high pressure sales unless you need help.

This establishment was very well maintained. Its appearance was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.The products appeared to be of good quality and the prices were fair to slightly high.The restrooms were clean and seemed to be maintained on a regular basis.Overall, my experience was good. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for general outdoor supplies involving farm, ranch or animals.

First time inside a Tractor Supply. The store was smaller inside than I had expected, but they had everything! I did not expect to see so much variety in products, from Clothing to Pet Supplies to Farm Equipment Repair supplies to Household Decor and Home Lawn Care equipment.I was impressed at the variety

The displays in this store are regularly updated, so it looks different on almost every visit. And whomever does them is an excellent marketer, because theyre always loaded with treasures I want to explore! The store is clean and light, prices are reasonable, and staff are friendly. They usually have everything I need, and often stuff I didnt know I needed but cant leave without. Great place to browse when you pick up supplies.

This store has the worst customer service you can have, the manager of this store is the person who should set an example, just for returning an article that I bought and not working well for me, (she didnt even return the money, she did it through a gift card.)she had bad disposition and towards bad faces. I really dont understand how the store have a person in charge of that conduct as manager

In and out fairly quick. Only one cashier but he was good.Only issue I have with every Tractor Supply that I have been in, is that they only stock a very few Carhartt T-shirts (long and short sleeved) in size Small. I found the only one that they had..

Website says they have propane refill, they do not have any propane at this store.

Seems lately that tractor supply cannot fill the entire bill of items Im looking for. They are always out of something. Its easier to buy online from someone who has everything and have it delivered directly to my house. The sales people today could not tell me when the items would be available.

Tractor supply is a great store to find things you can not get anywhere else. There prices can be a little higher but it is usually worth it. Go there for good pet supplies and of course most things you might need in the country life. From varment cages to water pumps to fencing and they have a great discount area at the front of the store.

Short line and friendly also helped me with lifting dog food into my car! I enjoy shopping there, they also have great gifts for the person who is Country at heart! Check it out!!

Always love tractor supply. May be a little more expensive from time to time, but they always have different items than the big box stores. Join the neighborhood rewards and get coupons.

Every one is very helpfull. This place has all kinds of things. Even clothes. Do not let the name fool you because there are a lot more things that do not have any thing to do with tractors. They also have live plants and gardening supplies.

Manager was bossing staff around. Cashier double rang an item, couldnt count money and didnt kbow how to unlock merchandise under lock and key. Have had better experience in the past.

This was my first time and it was pretty cool. Loved the ducks, chicks and the Turkins. Nice staff and found some cool things I didnt know they had. Definitely will be back.

Great selection and service, as long you dont need anything from outside. I frequently get cattle panels, but have had to wait 20-30 minutes for outside help. I approached someone unloading a truck of trailers last time, but was told the truck unloading took priority over customers, per the manager. Looking for panels, etc., elsewhere now. Maybe Fredericksburg store.

Dont visit your tractor supply store unless youre ready to spend some money. They always seem to have something I need or I want. I try to remember my needs are greater then my wants.

They sale the same products as about 10 other stores on the Sidney Baker strip. Whats the big deal? Then again they have s friendly staff and some really cool hats!

Tractor Supply is the ultimate country store. They have everything from lawn tractors to licorice, and tools to boots.

This store is frequently out of what I need. I order the items I need on a raincheck and no follow-through is provided, so I have to continually call to see when my order is in. The process is arduous and clumsy leaving the customer (me) disappointed. The folks in the store are always nice and helpful, though.

Last time I will use this location. Every time I have gone into the kerrville Sydney Baker street location. Never any help from anyone. Ive tried to get help from the center desk but the lady seemed to find her personal phone call more important and brushed me off. Today I drove 80 miles round trip for nothing. Went to store as they said they had ducklings in stock. Got there and they sure do. Heres where the problem starts. Front checkout didnt even know they had ducks, 20 feet away and they still had no clue. Next I waited for 20 minutes, and no one, and I mean no one would assist me in picking out, and boxing the ducklings. So I go to check out mention it to the same cashier, same one who had no clue they were ducks. Same cashier who stood there watching me wait. Still no help. This stores staff is trash. Friendly is one thing but sheer complacency and lack of sale skills. There were other employees and when you ask for assistance they go the other direction. Done with Tractor Supply!

Tractor Supply get all you need great place to go and if you a remember in their Club you will be amazed how much money you can save on check out I was just in there and I saved a ton of money that is my favorite place to go and if you never been in there I definitely suggest that you go you will not be disappointed thank you Tractor Supply

As I was parking an older gentleman, with a obvious painful limp, was pushing a cart carrying 150 pounds, 2 salt blocks and a sack of feed.He was very thankful I hurried over to help himDifficult to understand why Tractor Supply employees didnt have the customer courtesy.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Tractor Supply in Kerrville. Our organization, Littlegrass Ranch, Inc has held several events up at the store. The staff has helped us SO MUCH by moving stock panels, letting us use their tents and break room tables and chairs. The current manager Tamara Smith has gone a million extra miles to help our mission to provide shelter to abused women and their horses.If you need to buy anything for your ranch, your horse, livestock, pet or cool stuff for yourself, go to this store. You will be glad you did:)
