After driving 300+ miles with our 3 bikes on a bike rack we discovered a completely flat tire on one of our bikes. In a panic to find somewhere with an air pump we stopped in and right away the guy working was trying to help figure out a solution. The valve stem was shot so we ended up renting one of their bikes and he worked out a plan for locking up our bike so that we could ride around after the shop was closed. It really was so smooth thanks to their help we rode around until sunset and had a blast! Cycling key west is the best way to see it all. My eight year old son ended up being the one with the rental which worked out nice because the brakes were perfect there was a nice basket and he was able to manage it just fine! Can’t say it enough thank you so much!

After paying $8 for two hours of parking when we first arrived on the island (because we were tired and starving so we stopped to eat first), we decided to rent bicycles and walk or ride everywhere. We took Lloyds Tropical Bike Tour around the island the first day we were there. Glad we did. Learned the lay of the land. Would highly recommend it. That said, we decided to rent 3 bicycles at 11:17am and chose same day delivery during the 11am-12pm slot. We got a confirmation text that they were delivered by 11:50am. They werent out front so we called. The man apologized and sent pics of the location they were delivered to. They were delivered to the wrong location, a block away across the street. It was only about a 30 second walk away, so no big deal to us. Reserving the bicycles was easy, delivery was convenient, and they picked up the bicycles after our 4 day rental. We never had to move our vehicle out of the spot we parked in at the hotel. We only paid $10 per day per bike = $30 per day. I would recommend biking around. Less expensive than parking, eco friendly, and great exercise. Got to see the island and enjoy some of the scents. The bikes were in good condition, had baskets, bells, lights, and locks. Helmets were free and optional. We declined. Our experience with We Cycle was just fine. We would rent from them again. No hassle.

So I am a tourist, I came here in the pouring rain. This wonderful lady gave me the bag her food was in just to keep my phone dry. Wonderful place, wonderful staff here. 10/10 will solely come to this shop every time

Had no problems reserving online the day of. Got two bikes for $10 each, picked them up 3 hours later and returned them the next day after we checked out of our guest house. It was super fun biking around town. Easy pick up and return experience.

I happened to pass by on my bike and stopped to see if they could quote me to fix my squealing breaks. Their two staff on duty tried to fix the squealing on the spot at no charge. Since I was literally passing by I told them I would drop my trike off at a later date for a full repair. They then shared their non busy time for a drop off. This level of care and attention was completely missing from Eaton bikes who ran me off. I was very impressed with their customer service and will definitely be back for my repair.

I am sitting at a restaurant across the street from where a WECYCLE employee is delivering bikes. He is being loud, aggressive and cursing at the property owners. One of whom has a small child who has started crying. It seems like they just asked him to put the bikes in a certain spot. He is threatening and provocative in his manner. I am going to provide them w my contact info if they need a witness. If I were them I’d be afraid if his coming back.

Rented bikes from We Cycle and they were so great to work with. The delivery makes it SO easy! I rented 3 taller person bikes and one shorter person bike because I am under 5 ft., thought I could make it work but it was a struggle, so we swung by the shop and they traded me out without issue. Then, we decided we wanted to keep the bikes a few extra days, so we swung by again and they just added the days, simple as that! To return the bikes, we just placed them back in the same location where they were originally delivered, and I guess they come back and pick them up from there. So basically, renting bikes from We Cycle is so easy, I would absolutely rent from them again! We enjoyed our bikes so much; if you go to Key West, definitely plan to rent (cost is minimal) or take a bike!

We rented 2 bikes from their other location and they were great. But as we took off on our 3rd day on the bikes my wife had a flat rear tire. We went to these folks and they replaced the tire and wheel and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. They were very friendly and professional.

We walked in with no reservations and got 3 bikes! only thought we wanted them for the day, but decided to keep them 2 days. called before the 1st day rental was due and asked to extend for the 2nd day. No problem they extended them over the phone. easiest and best way to get around town, no issues with parking and you can get from Mallory square to the southern most point in 5-7 minutes with minimal effort. We got the single speed cruisers and never felt like we needed additional gears. Others said they had some issues with WE Cycle, but it was really easy for us to deal with them and I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was out on a family bike ride when my daughter ran over some glass and got a flat tire. We were close to We Cycle so I brought the bike in to see if they could repair the tire. Elliott stopped what he was doing to fix the tire immediately, totally saving the day. Great location, great customer service. Highly reccomend We Cycle .

This was the perfect spot to rent beach cruisers! Brittney helped us get set up and even gave us some tips on where to go find a secret little beach spot away from the crowds. She was SO friendly and nice. Easy, affordable, and so fun!! They even let you return the bike after they close. 🙌

Worst customer service ever. NEVER rent from these people. Multiple problems never corrected. Paid in advance. Bikes not delivered on time. Never notified when they did drop. Flat tire after 2 miles of biking. Replaced with inferior bikes. We asked for different bikes or our money back. The were rude and blamed US for all problems. Had to walk from their location. No ride offered. We asked to ride bikes back to hotel and they could pick them up. NO. I have a bad foot and my wife a bad hip. Its why we ride and dont walk.

Best pricing on the island. The bikes were dropped off at our motel the morning we arrived and they worked with us on a later pick up the day we left. Will be a repeat customer.

Don’t rent from them. Reserved 2 bikes a couple days a head of time and when we went to pick them up.. I was told they didn’t have them and had no idea when they would.. I even called before hand and was told they were ready! We were at least issued a refund and I went and rented from Blue sky rentals.

We always rent from We Cycle. Some of the bikes have seen better days but they do the job as intended and are dependable. They also have bigger baskets than most bikes which is great for carrying all those souvenirs back to your room. An extra bonus is that We Cycle will even deliver your bike. Hint: the smaller styrofoam ice chests at CVS fit perfectly in the handle bar baskets for that trip to the beach. We ride bikes everywhere in Key West. Its a great way to exercise. The photo of the car has nothing to do with We Cycle, but I just had to post it.

Great experience! I booked the schoolbus bike through their website a few weeks before we arrived and everything went smoothly from there. Oliver went out of his way to deliver the bike to our hotel even though the website said it could not be delivered. Drop off went smoothly too! Highly recommend the schoolbus for anyone that wants to enjoy the island on a bike but needs a way to haul the kids around too! It was so easy to drive.

We booked and prepaid 14 days ahead. After arriving there, we found that they already rented our bikes to someone else. Instead of solving our problem, they started making nonsense excuses. Later, they said, they will bring the bikes from another location within an hour and call us. Guess what, they never called us back. Finally, after much argument, they said sorry and offered a full refund. I would not recommend this place at all.There is a full-service bike rental shop, called Eaton Bikes, nearby. Their service and reviews are way better.

I would not recommend this place at all. We ordered our 3 bikes and they said they would arrive between 11 and 12. We called around 12 asking where the bikes were. They said they would come in a half an hour. We called them every half hour for updates until 2:30 when we cancelled our order. They did not apologize when we cancelled our order. There are plenty of other places in Key West, just go to one of those.

They just cheated us with bikes. We ordered them in advance like 2 weeks ago in online. When we went for picking up they were kind of stunned that they never got order from us. We are told to wait for few hours to get it.We waited, and they were supposed to call but they didn’t. We went back again but they gave different bikes what we did not order. There attitude even not professional. So frustrating. So we cancelled and they refunded..

Very good deal and helpful employees. Definitely the way to get around Key West on very comfortable bicycles. However, if you have a hard time getting through on the phone or theyre busy when you get there, its just that...theyre very busy so be patient.

Best idea EVER!! For just over a hundred bucks we rented 2 bikes for our teenagers to run around the island. I called the rental place and the bikes were delivered to our condo door in 45 min!!! Couldnt hardly believe it!! Then they come back and pick them up before you leave. Oliver rocks!!

Rented two bicycles at We Cycle and they were supposed to deliver them to our hotel between 11am-12noon. We waited and waited and waited and they never arrived. We phoned and they said they were on their way so we waited another 40 minutes and they still never arrived. This time when we phoned they didnt pick-up. We had to drive back to the Old Town location and request our money back. What a waste of a precious vacation day. There are lots of reliable bike rentals in Key West. We Cycle is not one of them.

I had an almost identical experience as Saisha. My dad, brother, and I rented three bikes, but returned to the shop when I got a flat. The woman working there started the repair, and when my dad asked if she needed any help, she tried to kick us out of the shop.My dad actually left the store at that point as per her request, but my brother and I waited quietly inside for the repair to be finished, since shed said it would only take 5 minutes. During this time, I happened to glance over in her direction to see what was going on with the rental bike and she irately yelled FIVE MINUTES when she caught me looking. Neither of us were saying or doing anything to rush her. For the last couple minutes of the repair, my brother and I left as well, and waited outside the rental shop. She eventually left two of our three bikes out on the street in front of the store.Overall, although We Cycle has a nice policy of quick free repairs if you rent one of their bikes, I would not recommend them due to how rude and unprofessional this woman was. Based on other reviews, rudeness seems to be a consistent problem at this location.I would go a couple blocks down to Bike Man on Duval St. where my friends had a positive rental experience.

We had a great time, we had 2 cruisers for the kids and a 2 seater for my wife and I. Great price. Picked up about 9am rode all over, to the beaches ( fort ) smoothy shop, community pool, Light house climb and to the pier where a carnival Paradies Cruise ship docked and a great sunset . A long day. Thanks guys

This is now the second bad experience I have had with them working on my bike. If you need service on a bike use anyone else if possible their employees are very snarky and will laugh at you when you say you use your bike for transportation and have to take Uber while they work on it.Both times I have used them they have taken more then 4 days to do simple work change brakes and a flat tire which is currently what they are doing . Im going on day 5 they had my bike to fix one flat tire apparently they find this more challenging then people who change transmissions of cars. I dont know how they are for bike rentals but for bike servicing these people are a absolute joke to use.

Very unfortunate experience with a woman who works here. We needed the front tire fixed it was completely flat. This woman was looking at the back tire so my husband kindly mentioned that it was the front tire and she literally kicked my husband out of the shop for trying to help! Horrible horrible horrible service.

Our experience was very good, but Id recommend the owner think about his response to the unhappy customer, because it reinforces the comments that the employees are snarky - the response from the owner is very snarky, and it almost made us go somewhere else. Your proximity to our hotel was the only reason we tried you, and fortunately, everything was great!
