Well, forget using the website, I think its just to usher people in the door. I had reserved my tire and made an appointment through the website. I show up on time for my appointment and they have no idea who I am and only have tires for twice as much as I had reserved. They confirmed that the website is useless! except for the fact they can up sell you when you arrive... So do not waste your time on the website.

Excellent services and Aloha. I was a Standby because there was no availability for the week. I signed the paperwork for an oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment at 8:03 a.m. I thought the car may be ready at the end of the day. However, there was a no so, and the car was done and ready for pickup at 9:45 a.m. Im very pleased.Artie in Kihei.

These guys are just great. The service writer (Thomas) was excellent at listening and noting the specific issues I was having with my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. They were very prompt at scheduling and servicing my truck. I also highly recommend the mechanic (Jessie) who corrected the issues with my truck. His work was professional, timely and neat. I would stay away from the stealerships for repairs and service. I highly recommend this business.

They are exceptionally busy and it takes a long time to get an appointment. Some of the staff are more friendly than others. I only had a coil change but it was good experience.

We had an unbelievably positive experience with Goodyear in Kihei. Wayne was so friendly and helpful, squeezing us in for a puncture repair 10 minutes after we called. The mechanics went above and beyond, and everything was done with big smiles. They fixed the puncture, replaced the tire and spare for us, and pumped up all four tires, all gratis. What was originally a stressful situation was solved quickly and delightfully. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Thomas was so helpful over the phone in answering all of my questions and drawing me into the business to work with him. Elsie was very key as well with helping me choose my tires, and she held on to my business because she is fantastic at sales! Two really great employees made a huge difference in my experience where I spent a lot of money... and somehow liked it. Tricky tricky!

I took my Jeep in for an oil change, picked it up and noticed my oil light was on. Until this point I had been doing my own oil changes so I crawled under there and seen that my oil censor was broken, the plastic where it broke was clean as a fresh break would be. I called and complained they sent the boss to my house and lied about it being broken when I dropped it off, we exchanged dialogue and they finally offered to fix it. I bought a new car, got a kiawe thorn in the tire went to GY to get it patched, they said it was too close to the tire wall, so went to the GY in kahului to get the tire replaced because the one in kihei didnt have my tires. They laughed and said I didnt need a new tire that they could patch it. I told them what the other GY said, they went inside made a phone call and then came out and said it needed replaced. It was under warranty so I let them replace the tire but havent been back to either location since, crooked as it gets.

Brought my car in for a squealing noise in the rear. Told me it would be a day and to pick it up the next. I got a call back in 3hrs saying everything looks fine and that it would be the metallic in the brake pads. I doubt they even took a look at my pads let alone the car. Even back in 2011 I was trying to get an alignment and they kept telling me my balljoints were bad even though I got them changed out. If you need anything other than tires from Goodyear then I wouldn’t go here… maybe the one in town is better but Kihei is not the one. Keep your lowered vehicles and luxury cars away from this place cause they refuse to work on it or act like this did.*update- since I can’t reply down below. I will not be coming back to the kihei Goodyear. Maybe the one in Kahului but not this one. I’ll take my car to an actual shop that doesn’t give excuses because they don’t want to work on it. They didn’t even offer to fix it and I would have happily paid to get my car fixed. Just told me to spray my rotors with water when the cars cold…

Made an 8am appointment online, showed up and took off work to get an oil change. They didn’t have my appointment even though I got an email confirmation. They said that they would have called me today, sometime, even though my appointment was as at 8 to schedule and they are two weeks out of appointment. Wish I could give a zero star review. Super lame that they have online booking if it doesn’t seem to work!

I want to say I had a bit of trouble getting online schedule taken care of until Wayne helped me. I have used Goodyear for last 4 years while living in Maui. From the very first time I pulled in due to low tire “free kind help” was offered. A new set of tires 1.5 ago and great timely service since. Today was the same I have to thank all the team efforts and Wayne gave exceptional service. This 2020 hasn’t been easy on a lot of us but a big shout out to Kihei Aloha service at Goodyear!!! 🤙🏼🙏🏻☺️

Oh yes these people are too expensive and too lazy to use a floor jack to jack up my mini bus to change my oil theres nothing good about Goodyear

I got my brakes changed at the Goodyear in Kihei! I was missing my tire lock and they got one sent down for me within a day! They also let me know of some other issues they found but were not pushy Or making me feel like I had to do it right then! Lehua really went above and beyond in customer service! As did Wayne! Thank you guys definitely coming back because of the staff!

Kevin was amazing ~ he graciously offered to change the tire himself for me to avoid longer waiting period. I was so impressed with the tremendous customer service. Also, the price of the tire was great. Almost 80$ than quoted elsewhere. Thanks so much! Highly recommended!!

A late review, but still worth noting. I got 4 new tires. Yes, they were pricey. Thats expected being here in Maui. But, what I did not appreciate was I paid extra for them to sync all 4 tires on the my car monitoring computer system. I feel like Ive been jipped!All 4 tires have been out of sync since then.

Helpful staff & fair prices. I had a tough time deciding on which tires best suited my needs but the salesperson took the time with me to explore different options. I bought a full set of tires & couldnt be happier with them.

My battery died; I started the engine with jump cables, and went to Goodyear in Kihei to get a new battery installed, since I always had good service from Goodyear in Kahului. The receptionist refused to ask one of the mechanics to do it (this takes only 5 minutes), because I did not have an appointment. Her attitude was extremely high-handed, she did not even apologise that they would not do it. She was like: You dont have an appointment, you can die and go to hell for all I care; lucky I had not switched off the engine. I drove off and I will never set foot there again. Some Aloha!

Have been going here for both our cars since moving here 2 years ago. Oil changes, tire rotations, safety checks. They are always great and fast. Ive had no shenanigans with them, never tried to push any phantom problems on me.

EVERY time I need repairs on my van, they deliver an awesome experience. Hard to say that after shelling out cash, but they are friendly, prompt, and no bull. Very fair prices.

Service is ok but the labor cost is out of this world, $1400 just to change the fan on my AC on a 4 year old Scion ( Toyota) thats on top of the $212 they charge for diagnosis including $35 for Freon fill that was not done!!

What a pleasant surprise. Had an emergency flat needing repair. Because I was able to leave the car with them, they were able to work me in. The price was far less than I had expected. Excellent Customer Service still exists in this world! Made my experience a pleasant one. Will be returning to buy tires in about 6 months. Went in for an oil change, didnt need my tires rotated, walked home which was a quick short distance. Got home and got the call it was done! Very quick! Had to go back for a safety inspection as the safety inspector is not there on monday. That too was a quick in and out. No problems in the 2 times Ive been there. Id recommend them if your in the kihei area and can schedule a week outUpdate 12/2018: THEY DO NOT DO INSPECTIONS ANYMORE. Still great service for oil/tire services

The office staff was super friendly, I got just a basic oil change and tire rotation they quoted me an hour to an hour and a half and we’re done ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend making an appointment to make sure that they are ready for you.

We bent a rim and lost a hubcap after hitting a pothole while on our honeymoon. We stopped in for someone to look at it and Jared was a big help! The rim was only bent on the outside and was not affecting the tire. He said it might have been bent before we even got the car (the pothole was small and I was shocked it would have bent it that much!) He popped the hubcap back on and we were good to go!! He saved the day and we really appreciate his expertise!!!

I phoned Goodyear, asking about best time to stop in to have tire with nail in it repaired. Was told only if I can leave car or tire there for a full day, will they do the repair. She said the service is free, but the car must be dropped off for the day. I told her this wasnt possible, and Id be happy to pay for the repair if they would allow me to make an appointment. The answer was No.So, I went to Union 76 station in Kihei, they were very friendly. I paid $30. For the repair. First come first served policy for flat repair. It was 45 minutes to get car back!! Conviently placed next to restaurants and shopping too👍🏼.Yay for Kihei Union 76!!

Ummm, so you make an appointment online, wait around all day until 4:00pm (their first available) online, show up on time to be told sorry, were not taking any more walk ins. You say oh, thats ok I have an appointment. They say, well thats just a gimmick to get people to come in . Literally, thats what they said! She said theres no way that we can get to it today, but you can leave your car here overnight. I ask, so I made an appointment for Thursday for my other car. Will that one work? She said that time wasnt available but I could try to come in and shell see what they can do. Umm, no thanks. So this gimmick to get people to come in after scheduling their day around a so called appointment I guess does get people to come in, but i hope most of them leave like I did.... pissed and never coming back.

Second time that I have booked an appointment online that had to be cancelled due to not having inventory. Online you can book appointments but when you call in or they cancel, they push you back several days.

Its funny they always say they do free tire repairs but they always find reasons to NOT.For repair I went to 76 gas stations in kihei, for a new tire go to Costco or Walmart for a better deal.

Big thanks to the team!!! They are great! Recently moved to the island you find every step you take you have more steps. I went to the DMV for my license plate, they said I needed inspection. I went to goodyear in Kihei for my inspection, they let me know I need HI insurance. They recommended who I go to and pointed me in the right direction. After getting my paperwork and going back to the DMV I had to go back to finalize my inspection. The team offered to put on my license plates and registration tabs for no extra money. The extra little service made all the difference to a newcommer facing obstacles during the move. Not only did they avoid me going back to the DMV without HI insurance to deal with another headache but they took the extra steps for me and were very friendly during the process.

The Folks that work here are real nice and helpful.
