Came to the only At&T store here in Kilgore, Texas and the door was locked with only a sign that said on lunch and underneath it was 4:10... what does that even mean? I got here at 4:40 and waited 20 minutes. The doors were locked and on a Sunday the store closes at 6pm... how are at&t customers supposed to be helped when you have no one at the store itself. This is just tacky. It would be nice if the store agent would let people know when they are coming back from lunch especially when the store closes at 6pm. Verizon never pulls this type of stunt. They actually care about their customers.

Desiree and Tyler were extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgeable. I was dreading going in and setting up a new account, but it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend coming to this Kilgore AT&T store!!!

ATT should give Braeland at the Kilgore, Texas store a raise. He is knowledgeable and a valuable asset to your company.

Our experience here was so amazing. Raquel is really friendly and knowledgeable. Made our transfer from previous provider seamless. Will definitely be doing business here in the future. My husband and I are extremely happy to have found a store that treats us like family. Here you’re like family not a dollar sign.

We had a very pleasant visit to this location. Raquel was very helpful in a time of transition ( from T-Mobile). Our transition was very smooth and took very little time to get numbers ported over etc. We were not pressured into just any phone and were able to get what we wanted which was very important to us wait time was short. I highly recommended this location (store does get slammed fast) and ask for Raquel or Donnie they’re both great people.

Desirea was extremely helpful during my most recent visit. I needed help choosing a WiFi hotspot device for my game streaming on youtube(go like and subscribe). Anywho, I needed the right equipment and not only did she help me find the right equipment, but she helped me stay within my budget. I must say my speeds have never been faster and I’m playing lag-free. I’m definitely coming back for the new IPhone pro Max 12, to promote my gaming channel(CptCadoodles Gaming) on all my social media platforms! 10/10!

I went in there with a phone that my husband purchased for my birthday from Ebay that had been refurbished. Tyler, the associate in the Kilgore store, was a God send. He helped me from the word go. I had no idea what I was doing, as I am 63 years old and didnt grow up with technology. Im having to slowly learn it. He was soooooooooo helpful. And friendly and has excellent manners. He helped to calm my nerves. He helped me choose a screen protector and he helped me to put my case on. Wow, what great service. Thank you so much AT&T for hiring such great people.

Excellent experience swapping 2 phones from another provider. Was a bit of a challenge but all hands in the store made it a excellent experience. Would definitely recommend. Just did not have a case for the phone I picked.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The guy thats in the store working is flat out lazy and most certainly doesnt want to do his job . Ive been with AT&T forever after this encounter I dont think I will continue service with them any longer . Dont come to this store unless you want to be disappointed.

The guys here were so helpful. Ive had no power for 2 days, so I came for a car charger. I ended up getting an upgrade on my phone. New phone, new case....all good. The guys are Donny, David & Joshua. Thank yall so much.

Poor Customer Service - Today I found out that my deceased mothers cell phone number was transferred to a Go Phone rather than disconnected when requested. Then to top that off our family was charged for this! When I contacted the local store in Kilgore, I was told this was a customer courtesy they provide instead of me having to call 611. Exactly who are they providing customer service for? It certainly wasnt my grieving family! Not to mention isnt this illegal? Someone used the data on my mothers number when supposedly we were told the number had been disconnected. Not to mention the person we spoke with never made a note on our account that we had come into the store requesting this number be disconnected. Shame on this store manager and his staff!
