I just bought my first phone from T-Mobile in Kilgore, TX. The service was Awesome,they were very professional yet very personable. Lyndon sold me my phone and he is soooo good in customer service. He is definitely an asset to T-Mobile.

I had an amazing experience coming to the Kilgore t-mobile store. Stanley an employee assisted me with problems on my new phone. I couldn’t get any notifications and he calmly helped me out and fixed it in a timely manner.

I was in and out loved my service, I switched from cricket because of Stanley, he was so helpful and sold me in minutes! 10/10

Tl;dr great service, most economical pricing.I first went in tuesday and worked with coleen. We went over the pricing of several plans and settled on a plan for 90$ a month for 3 lines which was cheaper than other comparable services. She also suggested that we get the One Plus phone because it was on sale from 700 to 350 and she could get us a 200$ discount on top if we transferred a phone number. Today I returned after deciding and talked with meredith. Both meredith and coleen were sociable and helpful, and answered my questions as I asked them or just talked about life while things were being processed. Overall great experience, would shop again.

Ive never been blown away by any stores customer service, but WOW. The people in this store have been more helpful in setting me up with my phones, than a waiter serving me my food! Its a shame customers cant tip them. Ill for sure be referring them to all my friends and family! Who wouldnt want those $50 for reffering somebody, anyways?!

The people in this store have been great very helpful. I have had some misunderstanding with my bill. Things were resolved. Am very pleased with the price. Looking forward to the new towers that are coming up!!

When I walked into the store everyone greeted me with smiling faces everyone was very polite and were very helpful when I came into the store.

Extraordinarily helpful and friendly people work at this TMobile location. I went to transfer from another carrier and they made the process painless.There is a big difference between a store that has to deal with the public and one that fully owns and cares about the public facing aspect of the business; this store is firmly in the latter camp. TMobile should reward this store with a better (easier to find, more prominent) location.And if you are in East Texas and think TMobile doesnt work, they will loan you a sim card to check out your signal at home and work. In my case, TMobile beat both Verison and At&t by a mile in both signal strength (for calls) and data speed. I also noticed that I was able use Sprint towers and had 5G service in places At&t did not. Finally, the service is cheaper than Verizon and At&t.Thats a big win for a short visit.Update: I visited this store again today (my third visit over several months) to add a line and ask some questions and, once again, the service was amazing. This is not just the friendliest Tmobile store in the area, not just the friendliest cellular store in the area, it is the friendliest store of any kind in the area.What I really really like as a customer is that since this is a smaller store they work together. If a Tmobile employee is working to help you, another will look in and contribute if needed. When something tricky comes up, there is no wait because the expert on that topic or that part of the Tmobile system is right there.Also, after several months of Tmobile after swearing by Verizon and At&t in East Texas, I still maintain that Tmobile has the best coverage, especially if you have a phone a phone that has Band 71, and the fastest data speeds.Band 71 is active and is a big deal for rural areas. You get service in areas that even Verizon doesnt reach.Best of all, it really is true that Tmobile includes all taxes and fees in their prices. If it looks like there is very little difference between the prices of Tmobile and other carriers, just just aware that the other carriers published prices are before taxes and fees. Not a huge thing, but Tmobile just seems more honest with their pricing and it is cheaper across the spectrum of plans.We get free Netflix with our account thanks to a promotion when we signed up. Since we would be paying for it otherwise, and when combined with the honest prices, we save enough money that our regular wired internet is free. And, when Netflix raised its price, Tmobile just covered the increase.It is worth it to find this store for service on your existing Tmobile account and even more worthwhile to switch from Verizon or At&t.I am a real person and get nothing for writing reviews. When Im this enthusiastic about a store you can rest assured I have had several very positive experiences there.

Waited 30 minutes while 2 employees took care of 1 customer and the other employee continued to tell his life story to another customer for over 30 minutes. Dont go to this location if you want help in a timely or professional manner.

This is such a disturbing store in Kilgore!! I am so discussed with them. My Uncle with Parkinsons went in to change his service to T-Mobile Monday 05/25/2020, he left there with a phone not in service.They said give it two days and service will be up and running. Wednesday morning 05/27/2020 the phone was not working. He came back to the store they said they could do nothing for him. He just said then I want to return the phone. They charged him a $50 restocking fee for something that never had service. If this is how this store treats new customers I would not go here.
