They did a good job phone works great now. Good price too. Took longer than expected to fix but worth it if you have the time to wait.

ABSOLUTELY THE WOST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A BUSINESS!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT HAND ANY DEVICE TO THIS BUSINESS!!!! I came in today to see if they could help with a memory issue I was having with my phone. The open sign was lit and the lights were on, but the door was locked. Waited about 15 minutes and a young girl showed up who also seemed alarmed that they were locked up, but produced a key and entered offering no apologies or explanation. She then took my phone and proceeded to try everything that I had just explained I had already tried. Heres where it gets really bad. She accidentally deleted every app that I had moved to my SD card! I now have no way to re-download any of the apps that I need to work from. She never offered an apology and didnt even know what shed done. She had less knowledge than me when it came to these devices and thats pretty bad. You have been warned. Steer clear from this place as if your life depends on it.Edit in response to owners response; Really? All of that, and this is your response?!? Not even an email address or phone number?? Not even a name? I wonder how long it will be before you see this? I was unable to re-download ANY of the apps as the memory issue was never resolved. Seems to me theres already a comprehension issue here. Your employee rendered my device useless and as a result, I had to do a hard reset, causing me to lose lots of important documents and several days of work at the least. Not so much as even an apology from you though? Thanks for confirming my concerns in front of the world.

I was very pleased with the lady that replaced my screen. No issues there. However after two days I couldn’t use the touch on my phone. Took it back in and had the same lady. She was wonderful and replaced the screen again. However it is still not working😒 It worked fine before replacing the screen then would work on and off. Now it doesn’t work at all😒

Went in for a battery to be replaced and the guy broke it no data. Went back the next day and the girl completely tore it up not working. Melted paint off the back and completely destroyed the screen .DO NOT GO HERE.

IPhone 6s Plus screen replaced. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Having a small issue with my Touch ID, but everything else is working great.

Brought in my iPhone 6 Plus s for a screen replacement, after 3 days it had ghost touch and wasnt working half the time. I brought it back in and he claimed it was due to it not being updated. I brought it back in after updating because the issues still remained, he swapped the screen and it quit working all together. He told me to send it in under warranty because Apple wouldnt know the difference. Took it to apple and they knew immediately because the screen didnt have the apple stamp and knew off the bat the ic chip had been hit. NOT TRUSTWORTHY and horrible workmanship.-Response to owner- No refund was issued, Ill gladly be by for a full refund though. Apple Store also called me today and said that there was also a cut strip behind the screen, my current repair due to your negligence is well over $200 not to include what I spent in your store since I have not received the refund. The phone had zero, none, no issues before screen replacement. As stated above apple noted the touch ic to be hit aka damaged during screen replacement. As far as trustworthiness please do not post you gave a refund when you have not.

Fastest Repair shop in town. Very friendly people and great customer service. I went there with my broken iphone 7 plus and my daughter’s google locked samsung. They fixed those phones within 30 minutes. Now, I don’t have to drive all the way to longview to get my phone fixed. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

After a few weeks and 150.00 later replaced screen phone started hoi down hill. FINALLY after waiting on store to open wasnt given the time of day because I didnt have a receipt with me like they dont have on computer...wouldnt even look at my phone. Was told by another after phone completely crashed it was likely due to negligence on their part. Spoon new phone.

He fixed my husbands phone fast and very affordable will be back to get the screen fixed and a new battery soon
