I was a Sprint customer and my wife and I have been with Sprint for 20 years. Once sprint merged with T-Mobile we were not happy customers, we were interested in changing cell phone providers and we went to Verizon and we met Alexis. She was very patient and amazing she displayed top notch customer service and even worked over her scheduled time to accommodate me and my wife.We are forever grateful for Alexis and how she took care of us, Alexis made sure that we were accommodated it was not about just a sell for her. She treated us like family and made sure we were squared away. She even helped on her time that she had others customers I have never seen such a cel phone representative that presents her candor a d high quality customer service. I upgraded to the samsung galaxy s20 and got the liquid glass protection which was installed by the worker in the shop. I noticed bubbles around the edges of the screen less than 24 hours after i left the store. After looking closer at the screen i found out the plastic shipping cover was never removed before the treatment was applied. Way to waste my time and money Verizon on Hood Road in Killeen. After three weeks of runaround, still no solution.

When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by Cameron. He was very kind, professional, thorough, answered all of my questions and resolved all of the issues I brought from the Cove location. I did not feel like I was being brushed off, I felt valued as a customer. I just cant rave enough about Camerons professionalism and going the extra mile for me, especially after investing in a new phone that costs so much.I had just purchased a phone in Cove and the sales rep there did not set my phone up correctly, it was not backed up correctly, he didnt make sure my phone worked at all. I found out after I left that one of my phones could not take or make calls. I had to go to Killeen for a screen protector (since the Cove location was out of stock) and Im thankful I did because of Camerons work ethic.Excellent work, Cameron!

By far the best customer service of any phone and service retailer and provider in the area. I got set up with a phone and tablet at early half the cost of my previous provider and the service itself is far better. Thanks to the really kind gal that set me up, I went from an extremely over priced phone and service to something actually reasonable for what I get. She also went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my service and got the best bang out of my buck. She took the time to understand my needs and a few of my wants and made it happen. One of the most unprofessional stores I’ve been to so far. I was greeted by a new employee (so sweet and did great when explaining the plans). When talking about the promotions for Valentine’s Day, Dante was very uninterested when helping us with out selection. I would have selected another employee, unfortunately they were not interested in our advances due to their interest in being on their phones. My sister and I were automatically disengaged by the situation and left as soon as we could. I would never recommend this location!!

I needed a new phone because my old phone had motherboard problems. Usually we go to another Verizon. We had never been happy with them but thats the one we always to. Friday, however, we went to this store on S. Ft Hood St. The guy we had, Lopez, was just AWESOME! He answered all our questions without being distracted by other things going on. Just a much more professional atmosphere. I walked out with a great phone and so did my daughter!

Tela work has become very important during this time. With the increased work load, my phone over heated and would not turn on. I thought that i was going to get taken for a ride by a cell phone salesmen, but I was wrong. I had a 1000 meeting so I went to the Verizon store by the killeen home depot, only to find they where closed. So I parked in front of this store at 8 am one hour before opening time. Thats when i meet Joseph Trevino. He said good morning, and I explained my situation. He was understanding, and began to help me before the store officially opened. He took an old burner phone I brought and tried to get it up on the Verizon network. When he realized it was incompatable he show me an upgraded phone which i could get for less then my insurance deductible, and have same day. Joseph was a true professional, people like him are rare these days. He should get a raise. Not only did I make my meeting, I now have a modern phone that does everything i need and has twice the memory space. If you need a phone go see Joseph Trevino, ask for him by name. Especially in a military town he is the kind of person you want to work with.

Devonte was a big help in assisting Cassie displaying strong teamwork. The whole staff Camron, Tyrone and Adrian made our shopping experience easier and helpful. We had a phenomenal experience at Verizon while purchasing our new phones. We worked with Josh H. and he went above and beyond what we expected from a sales representative. He was extremely knowledgeable on the available phones and provided his recommendations in an unbiased way. He then helped us maximize our plan while minimizing our bill. When asked why my wife was being charged a $35 service fee (in ADDITION to an activation fee) when upgrading her phone, I was told by an employee that it was due to this location being non-corporate. I raised my concerns about being charged extra money for this service, as I wasnt aware having someone ask for your Google drive and Verizon cloud passwords for syncing a new phone was considered premium.His supervisor, seated comfortably in a chair in the lobby and watching videos on his phone throughout our entire visit, exclaimed that if we wanted to avoid this charge we wouldve needed to visit a corporate location. To use his words exactly, If you wanted bad customer service you shouldve visited a corporate store.If bad customer service is the hallmark of a corporate location, Im sure this store will earn that title any day now.2 stars because at the very least our salesperson Cameron got the rest of the process done without incident.

I came in twice today, one to get a super fast charging cable compatible with my default note 10 charger because my dog chewed up the cord, after specifying that I was looking for a note 10 charging cable Rachel gave me the incorrect charger(which I didnt realize until after I left) I came in again just trying to do a exchange and paid the extra dollars, I asked specifically for the super fast charging and even brought my wall port to show the type I needed. They didnt have the cable and she opted me for the whole charger, I said if it supported super fast charging and she said that it she would look at the note 10 box and compare the items, so she said that the wattage was the same and read out the volts to me and I said okay,come to find out the charger I bought does not support super fast charging because it is only a 18W charger not a 25W like my default one. I will not be coming back here and definitely dont trust the employees there, I gave them three chances to fix my issue, like I understand we are human but after stressing that the super fast charging was important and to be asked why is it so important to you. Like its important because I paid a bunch of money for my phone and I would like to take advantage of all the features the super fast charging allows me to charge my phone in a quick time which is important.
