Khristii was very rude and unprofessional with my mother. I’d like her behavior investigated. I wasn’t there but my mother came home very angry.

Had a really great Drive-Thru experience picking up my medication. Very friendly and fast service.

The drive through pharmacy should be a convenient thing to use. It should be as simple as drop off and pick up. Waited 45 minutes with only three cars in front of me. Update: apparently they are doing COVID testing in the same lanes we are picking up are prescriptions. This worries me and feel that there should be separate lanes for that.

This CVS always does right by me. Im never waiting for a very long time and the staff is pleasant to deal with.

THIS CVS IS THE WORST CVS IN THE KILLEEN METROPOLITAN AREA. I arrived in time for my covid screening 20 minutes before 5pm but like always the pharmacy line was backed up. Had there been a better covid vs pharmacy line this would have been NO issue. While behind two cars the Quest diagnostic service attendant collecting the tests, refused to wait or speak to the pharmacist tech about waiting for me to be administered a test. I told the pharmacy tech, WHILE THE QUEST SERVICE ATTENDANT WAS STILL THERE AND SHE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO HER AS WELL. This was SCHEDULED.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy

The worst pharmacy staff ever, VERY RUDE, always a hassle to get any meds filled here . would be zero stars but can only put 1 as lowest. Will never use CVS again . Good job you lost another customer

Sometimes the workers are helpful. The store products are overly priced. The main reason Im giving them 2 stars is because of there Pharmacys automated system. I stopped the text. The worst part is the calls twice a day every other day like clock work. It makes me not want to use the pharmacy again.

I am appalled. There is no Pokémon cards here and now I have to drive down to the Walgreens.

The pharmacy takes foreverrrrr to fill prescriptions. My daughters pills are still in process for 2 days now. Its like this for my prescriptions all of the time.

Its a hit or miss here. Last week the employees were nice today one of them was rude. We all have our bad days. But if you work in retail you have to push it aside.I worked in retail before. I was always smiling and helping customers out.

The pharmacy staff are very caring and professional. I had a problem with a prescription (not their fault), and the Pharmacist spent a lot of time helping to get it straightened out, all with a smile on his face. I appreciated his concern. This CVS is laid out in a way that makes sense. No clutter, clean, and sales clearly marked.Wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking right in front.Employees are readily available to help, too. This is my new CVS.

Came in today to grab a few things prices are a bit higher but it’s convenient when I need to grab and go without dealing with long lines. Customer service was great and the gentleman was friendly.

I wish I could put zero star on this store, I visited this store for soda because I saw on their ads 3/$9.99 I was thinking its great deal but all their item has limit of one. I am wondering if they gonna continue their business selling their goods or closing out, theres no point selling item has limit of 1 and their add 3/$9.99. I was roaming around the store all their display item has yellow tag hang on it, that has limit of 1 and the casher has attitude it just waste of time. Never visit there again.

Awesome customer service. They are always there to help, and they have taken care of my wife. Even when she is prego they are patient and is always there to help out. The store manager is also very very helpful and he makes you welcomed. Wish I could put more stars then just 5.

Very pleased with the service. I found the employees up front to be friendly. The pharmacy staff is very attentive and helpful. This is our neighborhood pharmacy.

Enfamil is 3 dollars more than Wal-Mart across the street. I was tired of driving so I paid the extra 3 dollars but for anyone wondering, Wal-Mart is about 27 with no tax (slightly bigger can as well). Here its 30 plus tax. Customer service has been great for me, every time however.

Worst experience I ever had at a cvs. The cashier had a attitude from the start. I was doing a return and I bought my items from a different cvs, decided to go to this one since I was in the area. The cashier said something smart along the lines of, I hate when they come from different locations. Definitely uncalled for, i will not be returning to this location.

Would be nice to have someone at least NEAR the register, if not right at it. I finally left my stuff on the counter and walked out. Not going in that store again.

Fantastic store. Excellent customer service in the Pharmacy. Randy is very knowledgable and informative. I was able to get my flu shot and I never wait more than 15 mins for a script. It is a shame CVS will not take Tricare after December 1st, 2016. I absolutely love this location and proximity to my home. If I had a choice, I wouldnt go anywhere else. 5 star rating.

For the prices this company charges for convenience, you would expect a friendly staff. AT LEAST SOMEONE TO BE AT THE REGISTER TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. It being a pharmacy and all. My daughter is running a fever, this was the first pharmacy I saw. Terrible. Thats ok, Walgreens has me covered.
