Great Vapes Killeen is great place to stop for any of your vaping needs. The staff provide excellent customer service and are very reasonable. They are always willing to work with you and are very welcoming and hospitable. I would recommend these guys(and gal) to anyone.

Great Vapes is a very fitting name for this place. Not only do they have tasty in-house juice (made by them), quality products, and convenient location but the staff is awesome! They are very personable, welcoming and really care about their customers. They even help their customers with fixing Vapes, replacing coils and things like that.Additionally, yesterday, my car got hit with a tire near their shop and the staff helped me with being witnesses, helping me figure out what to do next, made sure I was taken care of. After everything was taken care of and I went to purchase some vape juice, they gave me it on the house!Every time Ive been there, theyve been nothing but nice and I highly recommend them. They are awesome people!

Not diggin this place. Bought some in house juice and was very disappointed. NO FLAVOR! Let the juice steep for a week, still NO FLAVOR! Go to Planet X, now that’s a VAPE store! Will not be going back to “NOT SO” great vapes.

Friendly Vape shop. Tester bar is by far the best in town. Nice sitting areas and they offer five-star rewards. My go-to shop since its so close to my place and the prices are reasonable. And if they dont have what you need, they know which shops in town do and will give you a heads up. Very nice!

This has been my vape shop for over 4 years now. Always had excellent service here until recently ( last 6 months). I used to be able to come in ask for what I needed and be provided excellent customer service. Not so much now that there has been a change in staff and ownership. At least that was the reason I was given. Before all my info was saved I never had to remind them of my military service and they still provided a discount based on my veteran status. They would add my five star points and call me by name because it was available to them in the system. Now the employees couldn’t care less about customer service. If you aren’t a buddy of theirs they don’t care about helping you and treat you like an inconvenience. Attitudes all the way around with the exception of one employee. For 3 years I have come from heights to here for the juice and customer service. It is no longer worth it if this sub par experience is going to be the norm. Better off buying online especially as a veteran with PTSD and anxiety disorder. ***Better yet go to VENOM on Stan Schlueter they are open till 4 am and care about their customers.****. Do better!!!

First time in the store. The staff was helpful and nice I will be back to buy more E juice. The staff was very helpful on showing me the mods and how it worked.

I am always one to leave great reviews. My husband and I went in one time and we got amazing service. We ended up buying over $100 of merchandise. Later a few months down I told my manager how much we loved this place and got treated so well. (plus kitten hospitality A+++). I took him there after work and we were treated beyond poorly. To the extent he hates that place. We went in close to 30 mins of them closing and they were very rude.

The staff here is awesome theyre always down for a good conversation and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell the atmosphere is incredibly friendly and I think you might just make a friend or 2 there

Disappointed. Just moved here and when we walked into the shop, all we got was a hello. I had to ask about juices, then after the explanation of them being on the wall and we could try them, all 3 associates went back to the corner and continued to chit chat about facebook. If youve ever been in sales, you know that you drop everything to help and assist every customer that comes in the store. Ask what they need. Ask what flavors they like. Try and sell them something. Nope, none of that was done. We wont be back because they werent interested in our money, so we wont give it to them. Sad, just sad.

It saddens me to write this. As a long time supporter of local business, I will no longer be returning to this store. If the employees feel threatened enough that they need to open carry a sidearm while working in the establishment, Ill take my business elsewhere. True, it is that employees right to open carry in the State of Texas, however, it is also my right to choose not to be in an intimidating atmosphere when there are plenty of other shops that do not. Weve spent literally hundreds of dollars here coming in quite frequently for juice as well as accessories and even mods. Until this shop decides to change that rule for their employees, you wont see me here.

The owner has lost her passion for vaping. It shows. She does not reinvest in her very experienced staff. She expects her dedicated vape employees to provide sticks & stones as quality vaping product. The staff is the best in Killeen. The owner is so many sad sad sad things. Her poor employees dont even have a proper toilet paper holder because she take her profit and spends it on another business. When the owner gives up on you. You should give up on them for self preservation.

I came in a week ago and purchased the black and yellow Yakuza mod. I loved it. However for some reason after two days my ceramic coil would flood and Id end up getting a mouthful of juice, so I switched to the other coil, it was perfectly fine for me up until it burned out last night. I also attempted to put the skins on my mod (after cleaning it of course) but the paint immediately began to peel off. I came in today with my issues and the manager (I believe youre the manager/owner sorry didnt get your name!) switched me out for another one with no issues or problems, he was very friendly about it and I am a VERY VERY Happy and satisfied customer. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Went in because I received a coupon for my bday for a free 10ml vape juice. Went to counter and said I have a coupon for a free juice my choice of flavor and the guy rudely said coupon?? You know how when you do business for a long time with great experiences then a time or two youre treated not so good, bordering on rude. Not being listened to or heard. Those are the times you remember, the bad ones.I can now say, its the bad one Ill keep remembering. I bought ejuice 2 days ago, mixed at my request and it burns my mouth and throat so much I cant vape it. Now I totally understand that normally its my loss but Ive had this same juice mixed several times in the past year and a half. I have never gotten a sore, burning sensation in my throat. I called them and tried to tell them and I was told I cant return it, too bad, so sad. Basically I was told since I requested that mix, store policy is no returns....even though it may not be my fault. Im thinking from here forward Ill be finding a vape shop that listens. I know I spend from $60-$100 a month on ejuice plus coils, tanks, mods etc., Guess Great Vapes doesnt need my business or my sons. Makes me sad.

Im from the DC area and was in Killeen for a funeral and left most of my vape gear at home due to the flight and they got me hooked up with the things I had to leave behind they were friendly and very helpful I also bought a turbo v2 from them and it had a factory defect and they replaced it in store so in all I got service like I get from my vape shops back home where Im known from a a shop wher Im not known
