I always love Best buy stores. So much to experience in person and getting first hand experience, seeing and assessing electronics.My experience this visit was great, I had gone to pick up an online order. It took me less then 2 mins to get my thing done. On entrance one of there representative greeted me and took necessary information and got my device promptly. I was super impressed with efficiency.I am a big fan of Best buy stores and this store impressed me too.

Best buy is not organized. I did a Google search for a printer near me . It said the printer was at Best buy . Went in the store looked at the display tags no printer on sale. So I just looked under the shelf and found it based on the photo and model number. So if you cant find something in stock its probably there just misplaced

Sent my laptop there for a repair.They charged me $85 which would have been worth it if they were to have found the issue.Their repair for the laptop came at $1032 to replace the entire motherboard. Which again would have been okay, there is just a minor detail: THEY COULDNT FIND THE MODEL OF MY LAPTOP!!! (Which is clearly stamped on the back. Their quote was for an old version of my Asus ROG almost a 10 year old version, where as mine was a 2019. Just a complete joke really!

This Best Buy is not bad it’s clean and organized. The staff just aren’t the most knowledgeable when it comes to editing. I am a videographer. So they lead me to making a bad big purchase that I have to return.

This is ridiculous. I was to have a delivery today. The person went to pick up the tvs at the store around 9. They waited hours for you guys to take them down even though you guys knew they had to be delivered today. Now you guys dont have boxes for the TVs for them to be delivered today. What is the point of making a delivery appointment through you if you cant get the job done properly. Ive been transferred so many times. Nobody wants to get a manager on the phone. Someone actually told me I need to drive to the store to speak to a manager. Ive wasted my whole morning waiting on you guys. Ive been hung up on and transferred so many times with no resolution. Horrible service. You guys are setting these delivery drivers up to fail.

Again the young man who help us was awesome, he went an extra step & found a store, which we will be picking up the item today. Told my husband next time order it through Amazon, like he always do!

As a USA Bestselling Author I need my computer always, its a part of me. Recently it slowed and then turned to the spinning blue circle and a dotted circle on the the black screen for what seemed like forever. I immediately made an appointment with the Geek Squad here at the King of Prussia. Best Buy Store. There the technician Le was amazing with assistance and helpfulness. I did in fact have an issue that needed me to purchase another computer but Le also got that all set up and loaded for me with little down time. My experience this time and my husbands business experiences with this Best Buy Store have been above and beyond with attentiveness and great geek squad customer service. All our computer purchases have come from this store and we will return again when the need for repairs or purchases arises.

Had a pretty quick run. Already knew what we wanted, but the staff were just as willing to help. I just wish they had the item in the exact color we wanted. Magnolia at this location is amazing! John Parry did such a great job in helping me decide between two high end tvs. He actually listened to me and made a recommendation based on what is best for my viewing preferences. He made some great suggestions for furniture and set expectations for delivery. Amazing job, truly a consultative salesperson who made things so easy. My 85 Sony X950H is absolutely incredible and so was my entire experience! Thank you John, Best Buy, and Magnolia...I will certainly be back and will tell all my friends!

I always shop here especially now with the same day curbside pickup. It takes literally no time. Once there you follow the steps thru the app and before you know what someone is bringing out your merchandise with a smile. Customer service is good. Best to go once they first open or before closing. Theyre a busy place so dont be angry, have patience.

I didnt feel very welcome as soon as I entered the store. I know and understand covid restrictions but the greeter at the entrance never welcomed us to the store just an abrupt what are you here for?, standing in front of the roped off entrance. I actually planned on shopping but after a start like that, I decided to look for the items online. I will probably avoid this store going forward.

Buyer Beware. They are a terrible store. I bought a home entertainment system from them. Was close to 100k and they don’t really support it. System is unstable it always goes out on the weekend and they have no one to support me. They switched tech vendors and now I am almost completely on my own. Their solution, buy the new tech vendor for an additional 20k. And then they can offer me the support. Do yourself a favor do not buy anything from them

Excellent customer service by Paul in Appliances. I picked up a new 75 inch tv yesterday. When I got it home I discovered an imperfection in the picture. I spoke with Paul in the appliance department on the phone this morning. He did an excellent job of explaining my options and making sure a return would be easy. He really went above and beyond, even verifying if a replacement model was in stock, which I really appreciated. Thanks Paul!

If I could give this place a “0” star, I absolutely would! Do not spend your money in this establishment.The customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE.We came into the store to purchase a new 85 inch television. Amy the store manager greeted us upon our arrival. She was nice. We told her our names and two gentleman came to the back asking for us by name; no greeting, they were not friendly at all and were in a rush. We asked questions,and received very brash, dry, and unfriendly responses. We thanked them and told them that we would continue to look and inform them if we needed help. We opted to search on our own since their attitude was off putting.As we shopped a gentleman approached us. He asked us if we were being helped and we responded “somewhat, barely but we’re managing okay on our own thus far- it would be nice if someone could assist us but the two gentleman that was, seemed like they were not really interested in assisting us” he looked at his watch and responded “that’s because it’s 6:03 and most stores around here close at 7pm, we close at 6; he then turned his back and literally WALKED AWAY. I was beside myself, floored, and at that point disgusted. Right before he came over we saw a gentleman and we asked for the price of the tv we wanted; he took his phone out and scanned the side of the tv about a dozen times before finally uttering “I think it’s like about $1,500” in my mind I’m thinking sooooo you scanned the television several times and can’t tell me how much it is? Hmm. Ok. Long story short we took our money elsewhere and purchased our 85 inch HAPPILY with a store and representative who was attentive, courteous, customer service oriented, and helpful! Get it together Best Buy, the service today was utterly disgraceful. Amy, thank you for doing your job and being KIND, we appreciate you; please work with your team and perhaps implement some customer service basic training.

This store seems to have a good system down for dealing with COVID. Everyone I had interactions with was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get in the store, find what I wanted and get out in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend using this store durning the current circumstances.

They have a really unique (Draconian) way of complying with COVID19 occupancy limits. Blue Shirts are demanding to know exact parts of store you will go to before you are allowed in. And God help you if you say you are there to buy a vacuum cleaner but are found in the video game aisle!

Today I had to go and return something from before the corona and even though it was way past the date of return.. the lady at the front way very accommodating. I have to say, I was prepared for being told no and she understood and still took it back. In the past I have not had the best experiences with this store but she was pleasant and made the whole process enjoyable. < I am really sorry I do not remember her name but she was the only female doing returns around 2:30pm>

The King of Prussia store is one of the best in the area. I drive the additional miles, because it is managed far better than the Plymouth Meeting store. Also, when there are big movie releases, they will generally invite cosplay characters or have special events at their store.

With no less than 5 employees visiting with one another on the floor. And two sitting in the center kiosk. I looked for what I wanted to buy. The DJI Mavic Air 2 Fly More Combo. I couldnt find it on the floor. So I approached the center kiosk.Please understand, there were only 3, possibly 4 customers in the store. Second, the guy I asked was in front of a pc, visiting with his friend.He clearly did not enjoying my interrupting the conversation.When I asked about the inventory, he replied with his concern about my being in some queue. Im repeating to be clear. The idle employees outnumbered the guests by a 3 to 1 margin. And he is sitting in front of and inventory accessable PC. Visiting with his friend at the other PC.So I told him I couldve stayed at home and ordered from Amazon. It would have been easier.He promptly invited me to do just that.I just did that.I would think that the BestBuy leadership would promote a culture of quality customer service and want employees that cared about a sale.Because, whether they realize it it not. They all have a stake in the survival of BestBuy.And this to the gentleman who sent me to Amazon specifically. Why be in a customer care position, when you actually dont care?Theres a PC literally in front of you.You arent busy.And my concern wouldnt have taken you one minute to help with.Im betting that the owner of any other store would never have let any employee invite the customer to shop elsewhere whilst sitting on his rear visiting. Im surprised that BestBuy would.I just cancelled some repair work in Oklahoma City that was going to be handled for my company at a BestBuy location there. I probably wont find the technicians that I need on Amazon. However, Im quite certain that there are other options.My life is Customer Service. And I sat on this for hours to be sure that I wanted to write this. I dont like leaving awful reviews. Or potentially causing anyone trouble at their job. That said. If I were management. I just left Best Buy in KOP. I asked the guy upfront where are the external hard drive. She directed me. I stayed there for a good 20 min looking at hard drives took pictures, no one asked me if I never anything. I went on Amazon for the same stuff and the price was the same. It means make the purchase right? .... well no, it took the guy on the wheelchair to approach me and ask if I need help? I said not, but this is why I gave them a 3 stars because the clerk on the wheelchair save the day. I am about to purchase the harddrive on Amazon now. But I dislike Amazon so much on how they are treating their workers so. The amazin guy on a wheelchair is about to save the day for Best Buy. I would urge them to hire more people on wheelchairs because they took their jobs more seriously! #SuperBestBuyOnWheels

Spent several months trying to resolve an issue with my protection plan. Sony TV couldn’t be repaired. I was being transferred all over the place. So I decided to call the Best Buy in KOP. I was in trouble until I had the pleasure of working with Wyatt in Magnolia. From the second he answered the phone I knew my issue would be resolved. He checks off all the boxes for a top tier employee. His service demonstrated that he is a complete advocate for the customer. The kid is a gem! Most sales people at big box stores would have just pushed me back to the 1-800 number. Once the protection plan was resolved. He set me up with a new 65inch Sony OLED. It’s a beaut!
