Love the self checkout here. Easy and convenient even when store is crowded things run smoothly. Other businesses should use this as their template when instituting self check-out options.
Many moons ago I thought that Id never have a reason or WANT to go in a Home Depot now I consider it my 2nd home!!! They have any and everything you will EVER need for your home. I love it!!!
I had to use a shop vac and rented from this HD- pleasant helpful staff, no problems at all with the process, and reasonable rates. I will use them again for any future equipment rental needs.
They were out of the foor squeegee that we use at my work place. The inventory said they had 6. They didnt have any. They also didnt have the correct pole i use. Matt the manager gave me a floor squeegee and correct pole for it for no charge. Thanks for helping me out when we were in a bind.
I had an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a refrigerator on September 9th with a scheduled delivery set for October 1st due to waiting on a restocked inventory. Oct 1st arrives and my delivery window of 4-8pm has passed. Customer service claims it will be delivered Saturday 10/2 between 8am-12pm. Once again, no delivery. I was then told 4-8pm and still nothing. Customer service told me Id have to wait until Monday to figure out next steps. I refused to wait and went to the store I placed the order and requested an immediate refund which they stated would take 3-5 business days to go back on my card, despite asking for it in cash. I went to Lowes the same day and got the same Fridge, and a delivery that coming Tuesday. My refund also was not processed in 3-5 days and I went into the store to DEMAND the cash refund which was immediately processed. I WILL NEVER use or recommend Home Depot to ANYONE. They intentionally wasted my time, and it WILL NOT happen again!

Happy with the customer service and availability. I always enjoy navigating through a well organized establishment such as the depot. I like that they carry Milwaukee, and I like the overall quality of available options.
They have some really rude workers up there. I had 6 bags of mortar mix I made sure were free from holes. Cash register lady decides to pick them up one by one off the cart and slam them onto the other side of the cart. Then when I told her I didnt want the bags of cement to have holes in them she proceeded to pick them up and slam them onto the other side of the cart. At which point I just walked out. Home Depot do a better job training your employees to have a more service-oriented attitude. Waste of an hour and a half of my time Ill stick with Lowes
For me a mostly disappointing experiences. For instance: travelled to store today only to find out they no longer have Bounty paper towels and instead a knock-off at same prices, they no longer carry a full range of house keys so I can no longer make keys there and their automated key machine has a very very limited number of key slugs (but they put the local locksmith out of work), and the bathroom tiles I purchased are now offered in slightly different color shades which do not match the bathroom tiles installed thus my project is half-finished until I find a solution, also the Landscape dept does not stock year-to-year the same plants so I have an un-completed landscape project but I tried recently to buy a similar plant variety and it looked too sickly to purchase, also the in-store self-check out break-down or have bugs so there are lots of employees hovering around to help with the self-checkout machines (hmmm) also disappointing is their web experience which Id rate 2 but because the store is located nearby with lots of product offerings, and has a easy return-policy and pleasant knowledgeable employees its rating got boosted to 3 (average disappointing).
The curbside pickup option is great especially if youre just getting one or two small items. Hope they continue this service after the pandemic is over. its especially good for people like me with mobility issues who dont always want to walk around a large store to try to find one item. Associates are generally helpful but sometimes its hard to find someone which is another reason why I use the curbside pickup.
My experience at the store was poor. I experienced a rude employee in the paint department that I’ll never forget. If I had to guess, there’s a management problem at the store because I’ve never experienced a rude employee at Home Depot.
Had an amazing experience with Valerie at customer services desk. She went above and beyond her duty, spent almost an hour with me trying to help me with my purchase, and getting what I needed. I truly felt I was appreciated as a customer at this location. Thanks Valerie and team!Ken
Close to my job site found what I needed employees are very helpful have nothing bad to sayHome Depot is the best place for materials even though Lowes is cleaner they dont have as much selection as home Depot so I prefer them over Lowes
Tons of employees standing around talking and gigging to one another but no one can ever help you when asked. They always have to call someone and that someone never shows up. What the hell are all the other employees doing that work there? They cant help?
They usually have things that other big chains dont have.
Standard big box supply house.Not a fan of the self checkout, always examine products to see if they are someone’s returns before you buy.
This store is terrible. They never actually have anything that the website claims is in stock. The employees are not only not helpful, but some border on rude/creepy. If I am standing in your store a couple of minutes before closing looking for a specific item, please offer to help me find said product instead of silently standing a few inches behind me before muttering something about having to leave. NEWS FLASH - I WOULD LOVE TO LEAVE YOUR TERRIBLE STORE! I just wanted some solder and mirrored window film but that is too much to ask apparently. I’m going to Lowe’s.

I am a person with low vision. I walked in the store and went to the customer service desk and was able to get somebody to assist me with my shopping right away. I was able to get everything I needed on that shopping trip. WTG Home Depot!
My husband and I have done a few online order pickups here, which are always ready quickly and easy to pick up. It is also easy to return items from online pickups. The employees are friendly and helpful.
Big warehouse with everything you need for inside or outside your home. One glitch, the light bulb package was empty. Good we checked before we left the store. We made an even exchange.
Although there are placards warning customers to wear masks, many are not. The associates are not knowledgable. Stuff out of stock. Can add up to a frustrating experience.
I had better experience in other Home Depot stores. This one was running out of staff, we had to run from one end to another to search for a staff to help us.Do not recommend this store if you need assistance with buying anything.It will take forever to find the right person to help you!
It is fine. Typical Home Depot. Had what I wanted and I could locate it relatively easily. Good location and easily accessible. I like that they have self checkouts (which I don’t believe Lowe’s has yet for some reason). Relatively easily to get help and folks are generally friendly and knowledgeable.
Lowes is better but Home Depot is convenient too.😁

Terrible experience with the rental dept.We rented an airless spray, advertised at $95. We ended up at $142/ 1 day. With a lot of hidden fees and the handle was not properly assembled. It leaked, I lost a lot of painting, which was very expensive.After a long waiting time on the phone, I reached the dept and explained my issue, the employee was playing on the edge with discrimination against women :you seemed to do not understand how it works, I cannot help ! And xenophobic : also I dont understand you (bc I have a little accent).We finally managed to work with it after rinsing and maintaining it : what they should do for the price.We wasted a lot of time and bc of the leak, we had a hard time cleaning it . We were 1 hour late, which we agreed over the phone to be at least a bit late . Despite it, they wanted to charged us for 1 extra hour.Very concerning and I hope a manager will call me to explain clearly their maintenancepolicy and why one of their employees acted like that.
Bert and Shea helped guide a seamless journey to locate and apply the proper tool for screwing in my loose screw on my camera gimbal. Shea stopped her direction on another mission in a different part of the store to help locate the HD tool professional, Bert.Bert guided me along with Shea to the correct isle and gave a few teaching lessons about screws and sizes along the way. We completed the mission with the screw successfully back in its harmonious place. I’m grateful for being a lucky participant in the flow of the journey.Thanks and highly recommend this Home Depot to all humble hardware enthusiasts! :)

Overall this is a great Home Depot store. The staff in general are friendly and helpful. The inventory is great comparing to surrounding stores.Most staff can point you to the right direction for just the items but you really need to go there more often to know the experts. The experts really give you great advice/tips for your project. It is your luck to catch them when they are working that day. Overall I would say very knowledgeable staff.
Check your online orders, I showed up they gave me the wrong size to fill the order, when I questioned it they didnt have any in stock and i was told that a new guy picked my order which apparently makes it okay to give you whatever they choose to fulfill your order. 45 minutes waiting for them to give me the wrong items.
Not recommended for major appliances. Maybe an off day? I called several times throughout the afternoon and didnt get in contact with the right person but ultimately was told to come in during the evening when a specific person would be there to assist. I came at 6 p.m., but it turned out there was no one who could assist, so I went to Lowes. Home Depot had the very same machine I spent $725 to purchase at Lowes, but Lowes was prepared and happy to help.
Very few Home Depot’s I’ve been to come close to the helpfulness and friendliness at this one. Royce in the pro services section is excellent. He once loaded 120 2x4’s for me because he felt bad that my previous order was accidentally cancelled.The entire tool and vehicle rental department is helpful to the point I’ve built relationships with many of them.Ecw357 has been someone I’ve dealt with multiple times and has been incredibly helpful and caring. He goes above and beyond his duties to help people out. I live in Philly and work in KOP and enter plenty of Home Depot’s around both areas. This is hands down my favorite, and most efficient, due to the high competency of most workers I deal with.
Good store. I got the stuff I needed and curb side delivery was awesome and super convenient. The gentleman who did the curbside delivery was a nice and friendly guy. Overall, for these times, very good store.
The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. I bought a large fireplace that i would not have been able to get into my car much less on the cart. They did EVERYTHING even waited at check out and organized my back seat so it can fit perfectly with my double stroller then insisted on opening my door for me like a gentleman I couldn’t be more happy with the service here!!!!!
Today I went in with the project of connecting my RO water system to our new refrigerator water/ice dispenser. While staring blankly at several panels of brass fittings, a Home Depot employee came up within minutes to ask if I needed help. Explained the project and three minutes later had all the parts and was on my way out the store. I will add that this rarely happens so smoothly in my overall Home Depot experience, but this time it did and this is the moment I am writing the review. I was pleasantly impressed.

Jim in Plumbing (look for the sandy blond haired guy) is so good and helpful I will drive past other Home Depot stores to get to him because he takes you to the item, suggests other products you may need for the install and makes sure you install it correctly. An excellent resource. If Jim is not on I will just wait and come back when he is in the store.
Until you buy a home, this store really sucks. As soon as that happens though, Home Depot opens up and shines as luminous as the gates of heaven.
This Home Depot is the best I’ve ever shopped. They usually have what I need in stock. I frequently use the option of purchasing on-line and picking up in store and the order is always ready quickly. Never have to wait in line to check out. Whenever I have a question I can find a knowledgeable staff member who is very helpful. Store is clean and well-organized. Just a pleasure to shop here.

Everything is clearly marked. Found what I needed very quickly and was out of the store is under 10 minutes.
We bought a new refrigerator from this location in July. We were promised delivery on August 1st. On July 31st we hadn’t heard from them, so we called and they confirmed the refrigerator would be delivered on August 1st between 11 and 3. So we put all of our food in coolers and defrosted the old refrigerator. When they didn’t show up, we called and the delivery person said he called (he didn’t) and knocked on our front door (we sat in our living room waiting, no trucks even drove through our neighborhood). Now we don’t know when we’re getting our new refrigerator.

Great store. The Home Depot app is helpful finding things. Sometimes it is hard to find someone to help you.
This is a semi fast food type of restaurant. Cashier is in the entrance of restaurant, and that is where you can place your order. They gave me a number to place on the table I sit, and the server brought out my order. They serve German style hotdogs. I ordered chicken apple & spice ($8.5). It is in the pricy side. It tasted like a typical hot dog, and nothing special to me. Probably will not come back as I can get cheaper hot dog else where.*P.S. they also serve different kinds of European craft beer.
Customer service is adequate. Stock is usually good! Feel like people there cares.
Worst customer service at the King of Prussia location. Extremely rude and unprofessional management. Very sad. Buyer beware!

What a nice Home Depot. I went in to grab some stuff to repot my house plants. I found pretty much everything I needed and got away under budget which felt good. On the way out, there was a stand with a lady selling hot coffee for $2 and hotdogs.
We found what we needed and the staff was helpful and kind.
Its a good Home Depot - decently stocked. Had one or two kinds of sexist encounters with an older man who worked there, but I havent seen him recently. Pick up orders take a little longer to get fulfilled due to COVID so expect your online pickups to take a couple days to be fulfilled.
Unfortunately, there werent hardly any employees to help us with what we needed. We eventually found out all but not a good look.
The Home Depot had what I needed. I was surprised it wasnt crowded and took no time to get in and out.

Went for emco 200 storm door.Talked to Tony in management.Checked item and they had two. Went in had help got item .Pottstown store out of stock nobody to help found person said they could not call King of Prussia . west Norton and King of Prussia stores good service.
On my last visit to this store I did not have the things that I need customer service, it is very poor also the cashiers take their time to assist you. for someone like me its a waste of time

I go to this location just to get Jim’s (at Plumbing) advice. He has saved me thousands of dollar. I couldn’t find more words to describe his expertise. I would highly suggest him to anyone who needs help in that area.Jim is truly the Master!!!

The employees werent very helpful and just told us to go get what we needed online but we ended up finding what we needed on the shelf behind a display. But overall they had what we needed in good quality.

2021-08-25 Updated ReviewTerrible purchase / delivery experience for a Washer & Dryer.On 7/9/2021 we purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer, with risers, installation and delivery. Approximately $2300 total. Delivery on 7/14. We purchased it here for 3 main reasons:1) It was available at a reasonable price.2) It was a model we liked and had all the features3) Delivery was in the next 7 days. With a family of 4 we have a ton of laundry and waiting a week is just on the tolerable side of unworkable.- On 7/12 we were told delivery would be delayed to 7/21.- On 7/16 we were told there was another delay and now it would be 8/4.- On 7/22 delay was pushed to 8/21!!!- On 8/19 we were told to expect delivery on 8/21 between 8am and 9pm.- On 8/20 we got a call that delivery would be on 8/21 between 2p and 645pm- On 8/21 at 6:30pm I called the Appliance Delivery number to tell them that nobody called. They told me that they could not reach the truck and to wait. At 7:30pm I called Appliance Delivery and they did not answer. I called HDs main number and spent the next 2 hours trying to locate the truck that had our equipment. Nobody knew. Nobody could confirm. Nobody had any idea what was going on. Eventually a very helpful agent said Honey, they arent coming today. Wait till tomorrow. (Sunday)- On 8/22 (Sunday), nobody could be reached at Delivery. Wait till Monday.- On 8/23 I called EVERYONE and nobody knew anything. NOBODY. I escalated to a senior support specialist, and they tried to reach someone in Appliance Delivery leadership. We were told that the delivery team did not deliver to my address. (WHAT!? You had it on a truck for my house on the 21st, what happened)- On 8/24 I cancelled everything.This was a 2 month long joke. I will *NEVER* purchase an appliance from Home Depot again. This was a total wreck.Home depot, this was an embarrassment. You have lost a customer forever. From now on I will go to a local hardware store to get what I need when it comes to basic project items. For Appliances, Lowes or Best Buy.Oh, and just to put a little more salt in the wound, the Credit Card company just called to see why I havent made a payment yet. Always has what I need
Jim in Plumbing and Linnet (Mary) were so helpful and polite to work with today! I came in on my lunch break to find a birthday present for my boyfriend, and Jim was the first person to greet me with a Hello, how are you doing today, can I help you find anything? Even though plumbing was his specialty, and the isle he worked in, he walked me over to the chainsaws and helped me find the right one. Even went and brought a cart over so I didnt have to carry everything to the checkout. Thank you Jim for being so helpful, and thank you Linnet for helping me at the checkout! I appreciate it! Especially in a store Im not the most familiar with. There was also a very kind gentleman in the seasonal section, but I didnt catch his name.
There is a problem happening at this store. Two times this week I had staff check the items I was scanning to see if I had paid for them, or was hiding something inside a toolbox. Something about the way I, or my son looked that tipped them off. Nothing about the fact that I was stopped two times and was basically insulted tells me this was a coincidence.
Picked up a pallet and a half of flooring. Roger on the forklift and Charles as the flagger were awesome. They were very helpful and loaded pallet onto my truck.
