I went to exchange a concealer for the correct color and the manager Taylor was so rude and condescending. I had the receipt and the concealer was unopened but because it was over the 30 day return policy she refused to exchange it. I asked if she could make an exception for this $23 item and she stated that MAC is a business and they need to make money so she couldnt exchange it. I went to a MAC counter in a department store within the same mall and had no problem exchanging!!! I spend hundreds of dollars in MAC every year but I will NEVER shop at this store again after my horrible experience with Taylor Marie 😡😡😡

Always have products in stock! The nicest gentleman waited on me and my 84 year old mother, he had a wonderful skill and personality!! He helped us choose the right concealer and applied on my moms face, she looked stunning!!

It can be busy here but I love how friendly and warm the staff are. I also recommend coming here for a makeup application appointment. They do amazing work here and I love their techniques for foundation. This location has exclusive events for product launches frequently so I highly recommend signing up for an account or the mailing list.

Got my makeup done here for a wedding, i was sooooo satisfied i couldn’t wait to write a review.Francesca did such an amazing job, i usually hate taking pictures and took so many the night of the wedding. I would ALWAYS recommend her and i’m so glad for the rest of the staff. I had a minor cost issue and James easily, quickly and in the friendliest manner solved my problem.I live in South Jersey, and will certainly come back to this location to do my makeup with her.rating:1 million stars! ⭐️

It gets busy in here but they have what Im looking for when I visit. The liquid lipstick was disappointing. The pigment is nice but it definitely smeared! That didnt happen until I was out and about so it looked ridiculous and since its liquid lipstick its a color smear that you need makeup remover to take off your face. The employees here are nice but they shouldve warned me the lipstick smears.

I do like this MAC Store they can work more on their customer service a teeny bit more. It is the closest full mac store to me. I went there to get studio fix fluid foundation and the lady matched me perfectly which is so rare! I will be going back.

I will be sure to tell everyone I know how poor my experience was here. Waited at the counter ready to checkout and employees sat around unwilling to assist me at checkout, but saw me standing there for 5 minutes. Also the store is filthy and unsanitary. Products for sale on the floor were opened and used. Poor excuse of a MAC store. Shameful behavior on the behalf of employees.

Everytime I go in there I never get acknowledged I feel like I dont belong. Disrespect employees. They need to get their customer service on point or they are gonna keep losing customers.

Walked in and they were super busy which is understandable. Wait for a bit. Then someone was able to help me here is the kicker sat for 45 mins. Had half of the foundation applied by the artist then I was asked to apply the rest. The artist helped to girls with lip stick throughout the time. Asked them to take selfies and post to Instagram and chatted with them. I did more sitting waiting then getting help with choosing new makeup. I have been using Mac for more then 10 yrs. I am highly unhappy if I did not have only half of my make up done I would have left.
