Cindy is a horrible example of customer service and in no way should treat customers or engage with a customer in this fashion. As a Supervisor myself, in no way, shape, form or fashion would I imply things about my own beliefs or completely lie about company policy because I personally don’t want to service someone. Fix this horribleness please!!

Old blonde woman that works at the register that looks like shes chain smoking daily is very rude and condescending, hopefully she spends more time in prayer to figure her life out and get it together. God bless her, praying for her attitude adjustment

A friend and salon owner showed me a viral video of an employee (picture attached) at this location berating a customer for simply returning product. Is this how all their employees act?

Shocking how Cindy, this CosmoProf, King of Prussia store employee would outright assume, accuse, and berate anyone in and out of work or in the general public! I wonder how CosmoProfs suppliers like Salon Care, Avlon, Clairol, American Crew (which i use) would feel about an authorized dealers employee treating people this way? Im not sure of the hiring process, but I do know it may need a bit of updating. No, my family, friends, and fans will not be using CosmoProf in the future.
