Bought my straightener about 3 years ago at King of Prussia, the demonstration product was much better then the one I actually bought however I did still like the product. Was told if you keep the receipt you can get a replacement straightener at any time for no cost. However the company NEVER responds when you email and there’s no phone number to contact. Have emailed probably 10 times. This place is a scam. I have my receipt still, still waiting on that replacement product...what a joke. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

I purchased mines about 5 years ago at KOP mall they just stopped working. The product is good I paid 150 for iron and a small bottle of oil after I talked her down from 250 it is all about sales and I will never pay over 150 for a styling tool. I recently tried to contact for a replacement no number and email never got back hopefully someone reaches out about it soon because the lady at the mall said they wouldnt take back because I didnt have receipts crazy because I am not going to have a receipts 5 years later they need to come up with a better way to keep customers orders my email may have also been deleted or changed however talk them down on purchase and make sure you keep info jic something happens

This company should be out of business. I feel bad for the people that fall for their scams

Paid $319.98 for Dynamic Hair Straightener w/ Lifetime warranty and travel heat case on 12/1 that was suppose to be shipped express 2-5 days. As of 12/17/20 have not received. Sent 2 emails as there is no phone number

Do not buy from this company. The demo products they use on you are nothing like the ones that they actually sell you. No phone number to call to reach an actual person, and Ive tried emailing them many times, only for them to ask what I needed. I want a refund for the scam product you sold me. It doesnt even work. But Im not driving out to King of Prussia to return it until they tell me that I can, as others have reported they wont refund. That is almost 2 hours away from me and I refuse to waste my time if they wont do it. So instead I will file a dispute with my credit card company. Do not believe any of the good reviews, they all come from people in the Middle East. I would give them negative five stars if I could, they dont even deserve the one star review.

11/3/2019 Got a good deal or so I thought. 2 irons 2 Moroccan serums for $199. & $80. Sale price for each so basically got 1 each for free. That being said there was no notice marking no refunds or all sales final nor was verbally told. Only after I paid was I told. Also “lifetime warranty“ is subject to a $20 copay which they do not tell you about and is only found on warranty paper inside of the product box. Tried iron this morning and totally fried my hair. Nothing but flyways and made my hair look very thin. Very disappointed. Also did not like where On/Off switch was located or that temp control was a dial.Also I find it interesting that all the good reviews are foreigners, one being from Israel which is where the gentleman who sold me this product said he was from.Have filed complaints with Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General and FTC in regards to no notice posted of all sales final and misleading on lifetime warranty/free replacement/exchange. Also gave my lawyer the contact information to press about obtaining refund.

They do not sell you the same product they use in demo. This place is a total scam and should be run out of business. Total bait and hook. If you don’t believe me, if their product is so great why do they offer no refunds? Most top quality products have a try it for so many days to see if you like it. Also, they charge a $20 dollar copay to use their lifetime warranty. If their product is so great, why a copay??? Scam alert. Do not fall for there shady pushy sales pitch. And know the great straighter they demo on you is NOT the same one you will be purchasing.

If you read all of the 5 star reviews, you should notice a pattern. They are all from foreign countries exactly like the gypsy thieves of Sapphire Hair Styling. The guys at the kiosks will harass you until you give in to show you their demonstration. They use a top of the line hair straightener and you are instantly sold only to realize once you get home that the one they sold you is complete TRASH. Ive had better conair straighteners from Rite Aid. These people are getting over on mall shoppers and they must be stopped.

This is a bait and switch company. I’m not sure why they are legally allowed to operate. Shame on malls for allowing them to con innocent and unwitting shoppers. Completely false products...but the sellers they use are amazing at their jobs and know how to push the customers.

I absolutely love the straightener, i’ve had it for 4 years. Also the curling wands give you perfect waves!!!! I just bought the hair products and saw a big difference in my hair after one wash. Would recommend 10/10. if i could give 100 stars i would.

The sales personnel were very informative and sat with me for thirty minutes just to make sure I knew how to curl my hair perfectly!So happy with my purchase!
