After years with a Sleep Number bed and an awesome trip to that store finding out all their new features since our last purchase in 2013, we were sold on the Temperpedic bed immediately upon laying down. We have friends that swear by it and they weren’t wrong. To top it off, our salesman Jon was fantastic. Fun, knowledgeable and never pushy. Gave us the info, answered all of our questions, helped us with pillow selection and always respected our time so we could discuss privately as a couple. Couldn’t recommend this buying experience more. Thank you. Can’t wait for our new bed.

Mattress shopping can be a vulnerable experience, who doesnt feel a little self conscious laying on a bed with people walking by? But Noelani made it an extremely comfortable experience. She is a wonderful representative of the Tempur-Pedic brand and a wonderful store associate.The store itself was immaculately kept. Very clean and sanitary. They even used bed napkins so you arent having to lay directly on the mattresses and pillows in the showroom, and this does not impede your ability to enjoy testing the products.

Great experience. Went to the King of Prussia mall and into the Tempur-Pedic store. I’ve been wanting a Tempur-Pedic bed for a while, however they are pricey. I’ve been through 3 beds in the past 8 years due to dips in the bed and I’m tired of it. So I’m hoping that this bed won’t. I’ve heard good things and did a fair amount of research. Was taken care of by Naelani who was very professional and accommodating. Never felt pressure and did a great job of explaining things. After feeling comfortable I went for the plunge. Purchased split king with adjustable frame. Was told about 5 to6 weeks and three weeks later was called and it was delivered. The guys who delivered it did a great job and it took less than 30min.I’ve only had it for a week now, so hard to review, however it is very comfortable and getting good night sleep. Love the adjustability of the bed for watching TV, reading or working on computer. Overall great experience and impressed. Hopefully the bed will last longer than others.

I had an amazing experience at the Tempur-Pedic store. As soon I told the store associate, Reginald, what I was looking for, he knew exactly what I needed. There weren’t any on display so he had to go to the back to check for it. When he returned he also asked if I wanted to try out the pillow first before purchasing. The pillow is absolutely what I needed, and supports my neck perfectly. Also, they were having a special, and I was able to get 2 pillows for the price of one! I’m so relieved I found a pillow that will end my constant neck pain! Reginald was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I definitely will be a returning customer!

Noelle (I may have spelled that wrong) and her manager were awesome. Noelle actually even saved me from making a $1600 mistake! Im doing a warranty exchange with Tempurpedic (original mattress not purchased at this store) and they offered to upgrade me to a higher end model if I so choose. After trying a BUNCH of different models in multiple stores, I was extremely confused. They all felt completely different store to store.Im almost 1.5hrs away from this place, and out of desperation of not knowing what to do, I called in and spoke with the manager. He gave me a ton of info and let me know the procedures they take at the store to ensure the beds will feel broken in, and feel like they do in your house.I was pretty convinced I was going to upgrade to the Luxe Adapt Firm, which would have cost me an extra $1600 on top of my warranty credit. When I got there, I worked with Noelle to narrow down a bed that would be a great upgrade for me. Even though the upgrade is being done from Tempurpedic direct and not through the store, Noelle still took over an hour, to address any questions and concerns I had, especially because of my hip and back pain. And she did all of this knowing full well that I wasnt there to buy from them, only to confirm which one I like.At her suggestion, I tried the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid, which I honestly believed wouldnt have been good for me, and had completely written off before even going in. She explained the different construction methods between the bed, and after laying on it, Ive come to believe that is definitely the bed for me, and is $800 cheaper than the one I was going to buy.If youre in the area and looking to buy a Tempurpedic, dont go to an independent store. This is 100000000% the place to go and get you from. They wont steer you straight to the highest price bed if its truly not the right one for you.

My partner and I went shopping for a mattress today and had an AMAZING experience. They were great about following COVID-19 distancing, and had protective covers for the beds and pillows, so I felt safe trying out the different mattresses.Noelani was delightful, 10/10 work with her if you can! She gave us a lot of time to really get a feel for the different mattresses. Wed done some research before coming in and were totally surprised by what we ended up liking after she guided us through some options. She didnt try to upsell us at all, she really listened to how we were feeling and gave us insight into the different Tempur-Pedic options.For one, I had never been on a more comfortable mattress. While its expensive, wow did it give such a weightless feeling. The quality/experience made it worth the price tag, IMHO. Were really glad we took the time to give Tempur-Pedic, and the different mattresses a try. We also decided to finance it, which we wouldnt normally do, but it was 0% APR for 48 months! The only bummer now is having to sleep on normal beds until our move across country (which they were also wonderful about accommodating).
