Shopped at Body shop during thanksgiving. They had a lot of deals going on. Bought their Vitamin C range skincare and wooden hair brush. Also, I love their Green tea body butter. Staff was really helpful. Highly recommend their products👍🏻 👍🏻

Nice ecofriendly products, but one extremely rude staff member....I had several items in my hand to purchase, but instead of saying excuse me he encouraged customers to go behind the cash register to get to items he was trying to sell them? I didnt realize I was in the way & he was just inviting strangers to where the $$ is at. I put my items down due to his poor customer service and the fact he was asking for a hold up.

Theyve had a lot of changes in the past year, and its all for the better! The map is wrong, theyre next to Henri Bendel, get on that mall! Right now with Lush being closed for renovations, theyre the only place Ill get bath bombs and bubble stuff because I know theyre cruelty-free and natural fragrance

Nice store. They do need to have the same sales as the online store. I went in and saw what I want. I then left the store and ordered the same items from the website. Saved 40% by going online.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. The associate begged me to sign up for a free membership card, telling me that my entire purchase would be 20% off. My original total was $57, but after signing up for the card my total was a measly $55 - Not 20% off. The membership card wasnt free, it actually cost $10, which the associate decietfully lied about. They also tried to get me to buy scented body washes after I told them my skin is sensitive to scented soaps. They said, The body wash shouldnt bother you. They were not concerned about the wellbeing of myself. They only cared about pushing product. Dont go here.
