Professional and courteous. Joshua went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The Milanese bracelet was too big for my wrist and sat on the wrist awkwardly. So Joshua offer me the nato and to have my Milanese bracelet be exchange for a smaller size when Omega produce a smaller size.This Bond Seamaster was my first purchase and Joshua followed through to make sure I was happy. There is no purchase too big or small, they will help you to make sure you are getting what you requested and everything you needed. Great customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid to have my Omega fully reconditioned as the watch band broke and fell off my wrist. The only thing I sent the watch in for was to make sure it was secure and would not fall off and into the water to be lost forever. I was informed the watch was thoroughly gone through and they replaced all the pins to factory spec. So after getting the watch back and seeing pins failures, first they arranged for a process to put a new bracelet on in an exchange of the old one, now 15 months later and no one including Nora will do what I was told they were going to do to take care of these issues. Take a look at the photos! The pins are warn away, Omega keeps saying that they were tested and passed their pressure test. Poor quality and no one to back it up and do the right thing.
I sent my PO in from Texas for the installation of an adjustable clasp because of the customer service I experienced when visiting. Joshua was great to work with. I would fly here just to purchase my next watch, whenever that happens.
Bought two sunglasses there. Screw that secure the lense broke in half after 3 months of wear on my wifes pair. I accidentally dropped mine on the floor after almost a year of the purchase and the arm broke off at the hinge. I took it back to try to get it repaired. I was told its not normal wear and tear I would be responsible for the repairs. I have no problem with that. The are very expensive sunglasses and I just want then repaired.The same lady that sold me the sunglasses took almost an hour to submit a form for me. After almost two weeks later I received a call back from one of her assistance. I was told they cant repair them and I would need to buy a new pair at discount. I told her I am not going to spend money on a new pair if the quality is so bad that they cant even fix them.Will never buy anything from Omega again.
Initially my husband was a client of this boutique and last week I went in to view a watch I wanted and Peter, Joshua and Jen took such good care of me. Peter was very helpful in particular and is always a joy to speak with. The team at this store are efficient, professional and insightful about their products. Im extremely happy with my purchase!

Had a vintage watch sent for reconditioning. They were forthcoming about the estimated and potential costs. It took about a month I Ingersoll than anticipated, but the watch is spectacular.The service was outstanding.

I went there to purchase a new clasp and have it installed on my seamaster and Josh and Peter were wonderful. The level of customer service they provided is second to none. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very attentive. I highly recommend the Omega boutique at KOP mall. The tech was also very accommodating given short notice and no appt. Omega botiqye was aweosme. This was my second time visiting(not ourchasing) and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. You tell them you are just there to look and they still stick around to tell you cool things about the watches and even let you try them on. I was first shocked when they had great customer service even though they knew I was not interested in buying anything. As I said before, when its time to purchase an Omega, this is where I am coming back to. Amazing and friendly people!

I have been longing to be an Omega owner for years and finally was able to purchase one for myself. The presentation of the Boutique was flawless and elegant inside and out. The staff was so welcoming, personable, caring and knowledgable. Needless to say due to the years of waiting and frugal saving my level of excitement was through the roof on my day of purchase. I could tell the staff was just as excited for me which really made the experience so much more special and heartwarming. From the moment I first walked in to the KOP Boutique to inquire more info about the timepiece to the eventual follow up thank you card sent by Assistant Manager Barbara who was assisting me, I never before have had such professional and caring customer service no matter what the service industry. KOP Boutique has now set the standard in my book for customer service that every business should aspire to be. As for my purchase, the timepiece itself is so incredible and exquisite it was definitely worth every penny and has reached beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, a little over a week after ownership of my timepiece I had noticed a small flaw on the face of the sapphire and contacted the Barbara immediately who went above and beyond to take care of my concern and rectified the issue with such kindness and professionalism. My timepiece was serviced and returned to me in a timely manner with the concern addressed appropriately. I am now enjoying my lifelong dream timepiece all thanks to the staff at KOP Boutique with a extra special thank you to Barbara who is truly exemplary.
