I baught this vehicle from Chuck and he is awesome to work with and we worked with Clint to in fiance. We started the deal over the phone and time we got there chuck already had vehicle up front so we can look at it rate and done the look over for it. No one would help us to get out the vehicle we was in but Chuck found away to do it, with a little down we got something we always wanted. When it is time again, we will buy from him again. I called with a problem with my Hyundai. The girl who answered said they couldnt do anything till after September. I asked to talk to the the service manager. He said get an appointment to have it looked at. He transferred me I got an appointment. I showed up on time. No knew about the appointment and Jim had no idea of what I was talking about. He said leave the car at least 2 days. Provide my own alternative transportation and hed diagnose, not repair.Theyre great when theyre selling you a care, but once you sign and buy they just dont care.Had I known Hyundai allows such slipshod service is have bought a Toyota.

We purchased our 2021 Kia vehicle from these guy, they are nice. So now comes April, our first oil change, which service was also nice, but we had a rattling in the vehicle and the smell of burning antifreeze, I asked about an appointment and was told their technician would be available til June, so I make an appointment for July, early in the morning to have the technician look at the rattling and burning antifreeze smell. July comes, I take our vehicle in and some how, they dont have our vehicle appointment schedule, when I clearly and remember making the appointment.

Lack of organization with service department. Not knowing what is being done with my vehicle just because I didn’t hand you my keys in the morning is not an acceptable answer. Making an early morning appointment to be pushed to the end of the day is not okay. what’s the point of making an appointment a month in advance. Also everyone needs a class on customer service some of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with.

(long review) My old car broke down and I took it here. After being told what was wrong with it, they talked me into a newer car. I had bad credit so I had to have a co-signer. I was approved and given my newer car. However a few days later I was told that the contract was old and had to redo it... I went to get my things out of my car and they had no clue where it was or who took it. So I lost my things. Today I got a call and there was more issues with the contract. I go up there with some more paperwork and fill the contract out AGAIN... then I was told that if I changed my mind I would be charged for driving the car to work/store.. and my old car was in their side parking lot with my things gone. They have no clue where any of it is.. the bank approved us, the contract has issues and my things are gone.. I have never dealt with a company who cant even keep track of the cars being used as trade ins.. A two year old could work this place better. The woman dealing with the contract is rude and after the sale you are given the cold shoulder by the person selling you the car... Now my co-signer is in another state and has to go through the same hassle as I have gone but more... I would not recommend this dealership. I wish I had never started with them... I didnt even pick out my car nor test drive it, the seller at the dealership did it for me.

After looking around for about 3 weeks for a truck, we were discouraged and ready to give up. One last search lead us to the Martin Swanty website where we found a truck that might work for us.We sent them an email and had a quick response from Chuck Mote. Its rare for me to give reviews on auto dealerships because most just want to rip you off. That wasnt the case at Martin Swantys. We took our truck in for a tire repair and an oil change. Due to the excessive wear the tire repair could not be performed. The tires were due to be replaced anyway. They quoted Goodyear tires buy 3 get the 4th for $1. Assuming they were just trying to make money on tires I said we would hold off. The special was expiring the next day but the sales person said he would honor that quote for another month. So I then started pricing tires in kingman and las vegas. I priced every place that sold tires. Asked for quotes on the size needed and the ones which had the same warranty as the Goodyear tires from swantys. No other place had a better price on 4 new tires as the quote we got from Mikey at Swantys. I then called Mikey and even though the tire special had expired he still honored the price he quoted. In the end the customer service and customer satisfaction could not have been any better. Thanks to Mikey for taking care of us. We all know businesses are there to make money, but businesses that can make money, provide fair pricing and excellent customer service will make far more money in the long run.

(Very long review) Our family purchased a white mini van back in March, in cash. The sales man was great in listening to what our family needed. Our concerns about issues with vehicles in the past. As far as we were told there werent any issues with the van and we understand it is always a gamble with used vehicles. Which is why when we made our purchase and were told about the extended warranty, I was adamant about doing that for peace of mind. However this is where my rating drops. We did an oil change on the van after driving it to Vegas on our first trip out of town with the van. We overlooked a cap and that caused issues with the van that thankfully our warranty covered. It was in their shop for what I believe was a month. After seeing the bill I can understand why it was in there so long and why it cost so much. So Im very grateful for that. We have a 2nd van which is run down but it gets our family around. After getting our van from the shop from what seemed like so long, we drove to Bullhead and literally a week after it being out of the shop the van wouldnt start when I finished pumping gas. My supervisor from work walked me through the warranty process to have it towed to swanty, fortunately it started after she jumped it and we made it home. I didnt understand why the van died on me and was already stressed out that it would be in the shop another month if I took it to be diagnosed. But the following day when I took my girls to school the van drove fine to their school but it wouldnt go past the 1st gear as I was heading to work. We took the van in and we left it there so they can take a look at it and I understand starting a claim is a process. I work on Andy Devine and drove by their dealership and saw my van sitting in the same spot I parked it in when I dropped it off, by then a week (more) or less had gone by. I have been so stressed out because Ive needed a reliable vehicle to travel out to ensenada Mexico which is some 7hrs from us to take care of my dads property since hes become so Ill. This whole situation has been beyond stressful. I cant even leave town as necessary for my dads medical and financial needs. Ive purchased vehicles from Tims on northern, and after this experience I think well be going back there, we have purchased reliable vehicles from him and hes always gone above and beyond to make right if we had any issues, unfortunately he didnt have any mini vans on his lot. The only reason we came to swanty is because we couldnt find a mini van in town that would be suitable for our family so we can travel to take care of my dad. Im sadly disappointed with this whole experience. And stressed over the predicament its put my family in. The van account can be found under Puebla...

We attempted to purchase a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited today. Our salesman, Chuck, didn’t seem interested in selling a Jeep today. He just stood there talking on his phone while we inspected the Jeep.We then test drove the Jeep and returned. We made an offer of $48,500 OTD, cash deal, no trade, which was the sticker price. He went to his manager and came back with $51,500. Stated they couldn’t go any lower. We told him our limit was $50,000. Oh well he says and thanked us for stopping by.Didn’t go back to his manager or even respond. Other Rubicon’s on the lot were discounted $5,000+, not this one.We have never seen a dealer so disinterested in selling a vehicle.

I Bought me a 2010 Camaro SS... came in with my trade-in vehicle. extremely Friendly staff and loved the service. The Camaro had all Four valve stems leaking air on the wheels and a tire sensor was broke Because the wheels were just put on. I took it to discount tire and had everything fixed. The dealership reimbursed me for my inconveniences. It only took 10 minutes and out the door, definitely recommend this dealership that actually cares for its customers

Second vehicale in three years that Ive bought from them, first is maintained and serviced here also, great sales and financing team, first car a Kia was handled by chuck, the second a ram truck with Jason, and the process was really made easy with these two, looking for great service relations now for both car and truck.

We wanted to like our experience but felt a little duped. The car we wanted wasnt disclosed as having a huge dent under the fender which was kind of hidden. The messaging on why this was missed/not disclosed or fixed was a bit worrying. Be sure to triple check under the hood, bumper and around the car if buying used here!!! They were able to make it right but we felt it wasnt an ideal situation for us.

Service department has greatly approved since my last visit. This visit was for an oil change & tire rotation. Fred Burdette/3959, was my service advisor, and took very good care of my vehicle. Fred advised the service would take approximately an hour, and an hour I had my truck back, WASHED!!Cashing out was an entirely different experience, the male cashier acted as thou I was interrupting his leisure time. Overall good service experience.

I purchased a 2019 suburban from them. I drove fro. Las Vegas to get it not only did they hold it for me for 3 days but when I got there they already had it detailed a full tank of gas and offered free towing if we should have a problem on the drive home. They arent pushy at all and are more than willing to work with you to find you something if they dont have what you are looking for on the lot. I put in a credit application with Martin swanty after I had talked to one salesperson. He talked me into putting in a credit application saying that he could help me get a vehicle and also having a co applicant. It turned out to be the same as a couple other places were as soon as they got my application and found out my credit was not very good they took their time getting back to me saying they were biz and they would have someone get in touch with me soon. I waited around all day and someone called around 4:40pm. What they did was put me in the back every day I dont think they were very fair at all they should have taken care of me before the other people became I was there first are they should have said they couldnt help me. When I got a truck from there in 2006 I think it was I got it from cody sister and it was quick and easy no problems at all .anyway I will never try to get anything from them again because I think that was very unfair.
