Was greeted when I first walked in by the cashier. Four guys working the counter. Didnt have to wait long before it was my turn. Guy was friendly. Said he could get the parts by tomorrow that they didnt have in stock. Will go back as needed.

I needed wiper blades for my motorhome, didnt have them, made sure he could get them, ordered them. Came the next day. Perfect! Very helpful staff. Thanks fellas. (And gals)

I love Napa, I especially love the fact that like the Kingman Bashas, the employees have worked there, some, since highschool. It says a lot for the store and the fact they value their employees.

I have a t800 heavy haul truck running the big Cummins. I had a sensor connector go out on they way to Oregon. Nobody would help me cross reference the part. Turns out they are on all GM. The young man who helped me at the counter went above and beyond to get me back on the road!!! I will come here again and recommend this Napa to all trucker in search of parts!

They order wrong parts for vehicles and then won’t refund the shipping when they messed. The owner acts as a manager and then says she’s the owner. She is rude and makes rude comments. I shouldn’t pay shipping if the part is wrong and it wasn’t my fault.

These guys truly know what a small community is all about! They dont treat you different if you own a business or if you are just a customer. Very knowledgeable staff that has been there for years! It really speaks for a company when you have a very low turnover rate!

Every employee was very helpful. Went in for shocks/struts and the associate made sure to mark the position for installation. They make keys for a reasonable price (cheaper than Walmart), but they dont have all key blanks available. Clean and easy to navigate throughout the store.

We needed a high pressure hose fitting for our class A motorhome, which had a leak in the hose. We spent 4 hours searching other auto stores before finding Napa. They said if they didn’t have the fitting they would make us one. Which they did. I won’t waste time at other stores from now on. Way to go Napa.

Sat on hold til I hung up. She was unable to check for a 1 3/16 🔧 wrench.

Some of their auto parts are priced higher than other auto parts stores. You can not beat the customer service here though. Every person that works here are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and if they dont know they are very quick to tell you lets find out together. Some of the other auto parts houses will just tell you they dont know or they cant get a part because its not in their system. I prefer to shop with the guys and gals here. Thank you NAPA of kingman for being there when I need you.

The guys there told us to do something that caused me to have to abandon my 06 honda hybrid in henderson nevada walmart. Dont go here they dont have very good knowledge of cars.

I went to NAPA auto parts for what I thought were knowledgeable parts people - once again, I was wrong. If it doesnt come up on the computer, theyre lost.I asked the parts girl for a specific type of brass fitting, she came back with a brass fitting and I wanted to make sure the threads were correct. She wouldnt let me open the plastic bag but she did and used my fitting against hers and she stated Oh Yeah, theyre the same. Upon getting back home it hit me - check the parts again. I needed a 5/16 inverted flare hose Barb - she sold me a 5/16 Male pipe thread hose Barb.Now I have to drive 45 miles round-trip to return $6 worth of parts.IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR - NEVER FORGET TO DOUBLE CHECK THE PARTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!! Todays young people have no clue unless its on Facebook or Instagram.

I want to thank Napa Kingman for getting me going again.I had broken down miles from any where, emergency repair and limped the RV to their store. First they had the parts I needed, next they helped me to figure out the part that was missing, then they modified the part to fit.Great customer service, their time and effort saved me on a holiday weekend when repair shops were closed. Don wasnt willing to deliver me a product to help me prevent a break down when I had cash he insisted I have the ta truck where I was parked bill to them and then he would bring it to me in the same spot Im sitting doesnt make sense Don you should be demoted for that judgment call and thats exactly what I pray happens

Good place to get the part you need. The guys are very knowledgeable and have up-to-date books. I have always had several different vehicles and have never had a problem get anything Ive needed. One was a 64 Chevy pick-up I built myself with parts from other vehicles: 69 Chevelle 350 engine, 80 van 350 turbo auto trans, 78 411 posi rear end, 90 Silverado 4 core radiator, etc. They kept track of each and every one and gave me a discount for my loyalty to them.
