Quick, efficient, friendly, and affordable. Got a flat on the way home and took 15 mins for them to complete the service and get me on my way. Lady working the front was friendly and attentive. Mechanics and working hard to get the service done quickly.

I had my tires rotated, oil changed a transmission fluid change. The issues I have is with everything. I asked for full synthetic 10-30 oil. The invoice came back stating 5-30 nothing about synthetic. They told me 10-30 was put in. Still said nothing about synthetic. I believe they put 5-30 non synthetic in it. I truly dont know if my tires were rotated. I was told when paying the bill that there was a problem with silicone on the transmission gasket. Dont know if that was true. Maybe the service manager needs to keep customers informed. Maybe this place is trying to make up for lost revenue do to covid. One more thing, employee slammed the waiting area door like he was upset. Hopefully he didnt work on my truck. So because this is my only vehicle I will go to another garage to have everything done again. A garage that I can actually watch whats going on. One where if there is a issue the service manager will let me know before the the work is done.Dishonest service will not get return bussiness from me. Stay away.

Blew out 2 tires on the 5th wheel camper on a Saturday afternoon. They put 2 new tires on 2 new wheels, brought them out, put them on then we all decided to replace the other 2. Kevin put them on at his shop with no additional after hours charges. Amazing service and very very reasonable price for being broke down on a weekend. Great business! Thank you!

Best service ever! We were traveling from Salt Lake City to Flagstaff with our 5 kids and we got a flat tire outside of Kingman. Our tires were under warranty and there was not an exact match until Monday. Debbie saw our frustration and immediately helped us out by communicating with the company from Salt Lake. She went above and beyond for us, I would recommend this business to anyone passing by or live in the town. Thank you!

I had a tricky electrical problem with an open circuit that caused my van engine to die hundreds of miles from home. Great West Tire Factory left no stone unturned in getting me up and running. Diagnosis was difficult and at the end of the day the van needed a major rewiring at my local Ford dealer. Debbie kept me updated on the progress over the days my van was with them, so I always knew was going on. When he realized that the van would need to spend some time at a Ford dealer, the West Tire mechanic managed to add a temporary workaround which enabled me to get home to California from Kingman, where I was able to have my local Ford dealer work on the problem. The dealer kept the vehicle for a week to get the rewiring complete. When I picked up the vehicle, the Ford representative said that the Great West mechanic had come up with an ingenious solution to get the van running, so I could get home. I cant thank GWTF enough for their help. When you are stranded hundreds of miles from home, it is nice to meet some angels! These guys are the real deal!

If I could put 0 stars I would. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Your better off anywhere but here.

Had a blowout in my motorhome about 15 miles out of town. Gave Great West a call, they were very professional and courteous on the phone. Gave me a reasonable quote, and the tech arrived in about 30 minutes. Swapped out the tires real quick and checked all the other pressures. Two thumbs up.

Went there without an appointment for a quick fluid and tire pressure ck. WS waited on quickly. There was a charge for their time spent. Was able to go in and learn a few things about my RV by the nice man who did the ck up. The office lady was very nice and offered me some advise on camping in the area. Had to return the next day as the steep exit from the side garage caused my Mud flap to come loose and had to be removed because it broke the bracket. . Was fixed in a jiffy an I was quickly on my way.

Absolutely rude service

What an excellent experience! We took our rather large motor home to this shop and asked them to check the torque in the front two tires. They jumped right on it, friendly as all get out and they didn’t even charge us. Excellent customer service.

We brought our large RV there for tire service. They were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

We made an unscheduled stop here after encountering issues with our vehicle while on vacation. The staff at Great West was thorough, prompt and friendly. The charges were more than fair and we were back on the road in less than two hours.

This should be everyones go to shop!!! So many wonderful things to say! For starters is the staff, every single person in the office and shop are absolutely amazing, super friendly, very honest, and such hard working people! The quality of their work is always above expectation! Ran two of my vehicles thru there shop in last week alone and couldnt be happier! I WILL NOT take my vehicles anywhere else! I want to thank Rocco and the service technicians for their attention to my needs. Great West was originally recommended to me by Chris Auto Body of Kingman. Rocco and the guys have treated me very well, diagnosing the issues I have had and correcting them at a fare price. We had an issue with getting a part in from the east coast during all the winter storms they were having back east. Rocco consistently called me with updates and apologies for delays he had no control over. These guys are great to do business with, and I would highly and whole-heartedly recommend them to all my friends!

They do not stand by there work
