These guys were great! Truck broke down on the highway, they ordered the parts before the tow dropped it off and had it all back together and running with impressive speed. Mechanic was down to earth and explained the failure to me in a way I understood. Glad I stumbled on the right place.

Awesome! John was great. I had a wheel problem and I was not from the area. I looked up his business and chose to go there. John took care of my problem quickly and I was on the road in a short time. He told me what was wrong with my vehicle and showed me the old part as well as the new one. There was no surprises. Very friendly as well as all of his staff. I would highly recommend. We were on a road trip when our front tire started making a strange noise--long story short, we were able to stop it. We decided to head to the nearest auto repair for a check in to make sure all was good when we met John. He reassured us by completely taking off the tire and checking the brakes. His demeanor and customer service was nothing short of amazing. Not only did he put our minds at ease--he didnt even charge us. Great service and great employees👍

He had my car repaired quickly, and considering that I needed 2 new catalytic converters, the price was reasonable.I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here for any work needed.

I’d give 6 stars if I could! Best mechanic shop experience ever!Rolled into town on a Saturday night for a hotel and ac to avoid the desert heat. We had tripped a check engine light earlier that day, but in town I notice a loss of power. How am I going to get repairs in a Sunday?Another shop referred me to Mohave. I knew from Western Auto we had a fuel pump problem. Not only did Jon stay open a full day rather than his normal half-day to get us back on our vacation, he had one of his mechanics, who lives in Las Vegas, pick up the fuel pump at the distribution center and drive the 1 1/2 hour from Vegas in order to save us a day of waiting for delivery!ASE certified mechanics. Know their stuff. Mine was an expensive repair, but fairly priced. Actually care about your problems and will do their best to help! ! You could not find better. If I lived here they would have a customer for life. Thanks Jon!

Needed a transmission flush after driving through needles at a ambient temp of 122° F. Stopped in and he was able to take care of me the same day. If he was in my town he would be my only Automotive Tech. He also took care of my ac. Awesome guy.

While traveling had our car pulling a trailer break down right before getting on the 40 freeway at 5:30pm. Called and the owner John was able to diagnose, personally get the parts needed, stayed late that night to finish fixing the car and we were able to get back on the road early the following morning. Fantastic service, great owner, fast turn around time and a great price. Would use again, 10/10 recommend!

John and David were extremely helpful when our car broke down on the side of the rode just a few miles south of Kingman. We called, John answered, and immediately got us a flat bed for $50 that picked us up and brought us to the shop where he and David gave us their undivided attention and worked hours with us to figure out what was wrong before finally getting us back on the road. Were just passing through, but if i had the option, i would trust these guys with any car maintenance or repair down the road!

The guys at Mohave Auto Repair & Detailing are awesome. I hit them up because I needed quick work done on my classic Mustang while on a road trip. They have online appointments, so getting in was easy. Jonathan and David were top notch. Super easy to work with and as passionate about getting the work done as they are knowledgeable. They got me fixed up and on the road in no time. If you are planning hit Route 66 through Kingman, put them on your list of stops, if you live in Kingman check them out. We were passing through on the way back to Phoenix when we noticed a check engine light come on. Rather than chance it we stopped here to see if they could read the error codes. The mechanic (didnt get his name) was nice and professional and quickly read the codes from our car and he didnt even charge us anything! He also assured us we would be fine driving home and buying a new OEM gas cap there! I highly recommend this place if you need their help.

These guys are beyond GREAT! I had a pretty serious drive-train issue the day before July 4th weekend. I was driving from the Grand Canyon to LA and called literally 8 shops in Kingman, none of which could fit me in. I called Mohave at like 9 am and spoke to Jeff, who got the part I needed and was waiting for me when I pulled in around 1 pm. They worked on my car until close and got me back on the road--the price they gave me was insanely fair. To top it off--not only did they fix the issue, they diagnosed everything else I needed to get repaired when I arrived in LA! Amazing guys and amazing service--wish I lived in AZ so that I could use them more often!

I called Marco to detail my extremely dirty Jeep. He called me back soon after my call and set an appointment at a convenient time for me. He showed up at my house way outside city limits on time and ready for work. Marco knows his stuff and did not add sticky products to my plastic which turn to dust magnets. Every nook and cranny was cleaned in the jeep, there is no area that still has dust. He did an exceptional job through and through. I highly recommend his services.

John is always there for anything and everything I need for any of my vehicles I have. He is always honest and so helpful. I dont trust anybody else. He is hard working and dedicated to do his best. He is my go to mechanic.

We broke down and had to have our car towed to Kingman. Four of us traveled in the tow truck from Triple A. One place in Kingman was going to take 3 hours to even diagnose the problem. I called John at Mohave auto repair and he got me right in, correctly diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and got it repaired and working in an hour! Highly Recommend!!

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. We left California heading to Tennessee and just as we got into Kingman our car overheated and started smoking. They were the only shop open late enough and Im thankful they were. They called us a tow truck and even stayed late to make sure we could get back on the road. Unfortunately the car was worse than we thought and he wasnt going to be able to finish it quick enough for us to leave on time. But he helped us by not breaking the bank and even let us leave the car to be picked up later. If youre in Kingman or just passing through and need repairs look no further than this gem. Amazing work!

These guys do good quality work at a low affordable cost. We take my wifes classic truck there before every car show and the trophys are adding up. Wash and vacuum for 25 bucks and tax. Wax is around 100 they also do repairs and oil changes
