Customer service couldnt have been better. The tires we needed werent in stock, however Codie ordered them for the next day so we made an appointment for 3 p.m. Codie called us about 12 and said they were ready and we could come in. It was all done much sooner than we anticipated. The tires we needed were great and the 4 for the price of 3 was a money saver.Couldnt be happier. Absolutely unacceptable experience!! After being denied twice to do oil exchange because the place was busy...was advised to make and appointment THAT WAS GIVEN for FOLLOWING Saturday 8/21 at 9 AM. Arrived before 9 AM, was told I am NEXT as soon as first car is out and it would take up to 45 minutes. Upon return was told YOU WERE BUMPED??? asked why I DO NOT KNOW was the sarcastic answer with smirk on the face!!!!!!!!!....... When requested to talk to the person in charge was told your appointment was at 11 AM which was SHOCKING LIE!!!!!!!!!!!! Based on stuff behavior I can say that there are workers that discriminate and hate women with foreign accent.

This tire company does a fine job if you can get them to stop lying to you about when to bring your auto in. I was told they do not make appointments for oil changes. Their hours of operation sign says they open at 8:00 am but when I show up at 7:45 am they are already 3 hours behind. Doesnt matter what day. This happened more than once. Then I was told to come in at 4:00 pm and there would be no problem. Well, 3 tries later it is the same story. Time to find a new place to give my money to!

In Kingman, you have your choice. Between Big O or Discount tire. Im glad I choose Big O. I brought my truck in on a spare and handed them my rim which needed a new tire.My concern was that I wanted a new similiar tread and a fair price. I got both of those things! I was told it would take about an hour to do the work but it was finished much sooner than that.The guy who helped me.at the counter was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful.

My default for tires and repair etc has always been discount, however, this go round they only had 1 type of tire in stock, big-o had a better deal for less and worked with me on the final price, friendly, knowledgeable ( Im a mechanic by trade so I can say that with good authority), and made sure to point out the things that most wouldnt notice ( I knew only because Im repairing the front end myself).

Weve been coming here for tires and auto work for two decades and dont see any reason to not continue.

My husband bought 4 new tires a couple months ago, he was not offered road hazard coverage so when he got a flat, took it to the shop and was told it would take a couple days to fix! We took it to another shop but the puncture wasnt repairable & were out a tire that only had 5k miles on it. Employees were rude. We will never buy another tire or service there! Horrible customer service, never been treated like this by any established tire company before.

The person at the is new and needs better training. She does not quite know what she is doing yet. Who ever did the tire rotation needs to pay better attention to details such as hub caps replaced properly. The visit on Friday Den 6 2019 was below normal standards of your store.

My car has gone through 3 previous oil changes from its previous owner with these guys and never had any problems. Ive had this car 3 months and never had a leak. Went to get the oil changed a couple days ago and now its leaking. And all they tell me is rhe plug is to big and want to blame me for my car leaking saying it has always leaked. No it has not! And they donr want to fix thier mistake they stripped my plugged and wont honer their agreements. Worst customer service ever! A $70 dollar oil change has turned into over a $100 problem. Ill never use these guys again! I wish i could give them zero stars.

Part prices were more then double from what those same part numbers are available to the public at ORileys. I have no problem paying the labor costs but come on now you guys made an extra 300$ by over charging me for the parts alone.

I have been a customer for over 6 years now, and the guys are very reliable and friendly. the vendors on the other hand have a bit to be desired. having a major snafu right now with one of your vendors trying to get a part that is simple to get in my mind, but they either didnt order the part, saying that big o never ordered it from them to begin with, or they just plain forgot to order it. I am still waiting for the part, and its been at least 2 weeks now. I know the part was ordered by big o because I was standing right there when cody ordered it.

I purchased 4new tires for my car and roadside assistance was included...I already had roadside assistance with my insurance company and with triple A.when we were on a trip back from California, my two daughters and boyfriend broke down in the middle of the desert and it was the hottest day of the summer....my insurance nor tripleA wanted to help they both said it would take over three hours but when I called the roadside assistance with big o they came in under an hour and helped us out.i will always go to big o and nowhere else when I need service done on my vehicles thank you so much big o..,

I purchased Big O tores last year in a different state, but thanks to their excellent warranty, my valve stem leak cost nothing to repair. Our last 3 sets of tires for different vehicles have been Big O and we are so pleased with them, that we will never go anywhere else for tires! I had a front end alignment done on my 2002 Ford Explorer. The price was very reasonable. The service was second to none, and the work done I am extremely pleased with. I was in and on the road in a reasonable time. Great place to take your vehical.

Got two flats on I40 East and had to get towed at night to Big O. The next morning I got in before they opened and they were able to look at my car early. Michael was super helpful, looked at my car before they opened and got me back on the road. Lifesavers!!

Excellent service in and out an hour and a half front end alignment

Pulled in here after blowing two tires on a roadtrip through Arizona right as they were closing down for the night on a Friday evening. Told them that I had a cracked wheel and asked if they might have a wheel in my size that I could buy, even though I knew they were literally closing in one minute (it was 5:29). Without any attitude they jumped to it, took measurements of my wheel size, and spent at least 15 minutes searching for a wheel that would fit my car. While they ultimately didnt have one (weird wheel size) they were very kind and polite and understanding of our situation and I really appreciated their professionalism.

Ive been going to this Big O tire shop for years now. The people that work there are always awesome and very helpful. I brought in a quote from another tire shop in town and Big O priced matched with their quote which was an awesome surprise. And I love how the techs actually take time to show me and explain to me whats going on with my vehicle.

This tire shop is family owned and operated, they work with the community and do a lot for area. Their prices are reasonable, service is great and you will be happy to have spent some money here. Recently being remodeled and looking pretty sharp. Dont hesitate to call or stop by.

I was worried about trusting my new car to any place on Kingman, but i took a chance on Big o Tires and I was blown away by their excellent service! I showed up at 7:45 AM, 15 mins before they open and they let me right in. I don’t know ANYTHING about cars simply thought I needed an oil change, they took my car and checked it out and recommended the type of oil change and explained exactly in detail why upon further inspection they pointed out that my tires in the rear were completely bald I never really paid attention but they lifted it up and showed me every detail and explain why I needed new ones soon. They took their time to give me the best possible quotes and did not pressure me at all to purchase them, however I did buy them and got an excellent deal. The whole ordeal took an hour and five minutes flat on top of them being extremely busy with tons of other people and I had no appointment just walked in. This place is definitely the only place I will come to you in the future. Big thanks to Michael A. And Thomas L. You guys rock. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty, and great customer service.

Went for a oil change. They stripped my plug or did something wrong now oil is leaking in my driveway then went to ask them if they can fix it and blamed me for it? Very unprofessional and very rude. Too bad I can’t give them a 0 star.

Paid for an oil change, that included topping off all fluids, and a 30 point inspection. Within 2 weeks I found my wiper fluid completely dry, and coolant reservoir bone dry.

Over charged for parts. Found the parts online to the public for half what they charged me.

Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere. Had oil changed, tires rotated, front alignment checked. I dropped my car off. When it was finished they called offering transportation back to the shop, but I didnt need it. $37.

Very friendly, was in to get a tire changed and the staff was helpful, polite. Has the small town feeling, so a little dates of a lobby. But no complaints. Pretty fast service.
