Had ball joints put on my truck. picked it put drove down the road, hit my brakes, sounded like the wheels was going to fall off .drove it back to plonks they were closed had to leave it there over night . Drove up there the next morning to give them the keys. Dale and the guy that worked on it was looking at it the guy looked and pulled a bolt from the wheel saying they didnt tighten the caliper bolts down could have done damage to my truck and could have hurt me and my family they did fix it but didnt offer me anything back for my inconvenience I think that is tearable business

Nice service, and friendly people. The atmosphere there is really relaxed, and they make sure not to try to ring you into buying something that you dont need. The people do their job there very well, and you dont even have to tell them how to do anything when it comes to them doing what they need to your car. You just tell them what to do, and they get right to it, and usually the turnaround is pretty quick.

I needed two new tires for a Hyundai Accent. No labor, just the tires. The guy running the register sells me tires that are slightly too big for my car. A master mechanic told me right after I bought them that you can’t do that, otherwise the size difference will set off the anti lock brake light. So I immediately take them back to the register. I was initially going to work with Plonk to see if they can find a different tire in the same size, until the guy starts laughing at me. At that point I want a refund, which I got. And the guy also told me the master mechanic (my father in law) was wrong. That guy works for a tire a lube shop, so he’s probably either ignorant, too inexperienced, or too corrupt to know what he is talking about. Definitely very unprofessional. I won’t ever go back as long as that cashier works there.

I took my 2013 fusion to get a four wheel alonment just to find they only did a two. Now my tires are bald. My low tire light was still on after they done the alignment, rotation, and balance. I went to them because the price was low. Uou get what you pay for and on my case i have to buy two new tires and get another alignment...
