The manager is rude. Very bad customer service. Hardly any selection. Was much better under last management

This location has one of the best managers ever. Tommy has a great personality and trust his best to always do what is right. No matter what this is the place to go. Somethings are high yes but for those who cant afford to go just out thousands of dollars on furniture, come to EZ Rentals on Stone Drive in Kingsport TN. I have bought several items to complete different rooms in my home. You also have the option to pay the cash price within six months known as (6 months same as cash). They have some beautiful furniture pieces at this location. Great doing business with you.

I received my washer today and the delivery guy was very nice and I love my new washer. Great service!

I am buying a nice recliner from them.i was very pleased with the salesman and the delivery men. I love my chair.

Honestly they work with me I had one issue with an employee named Frank he lies an will say anything to you to come pick up your belongings however the store manager David will work with you an he understands. Frank will call you from his personal cell phone and then tell lies about payments ....but I went in the store and told him he is a liar and he was a little upset but he knew he had lied ....if you can just deal with the manager David your good!

They must have a new manager. I asked John 2 weeks before I needed a refrigerator for a vending event. He kept telling me to call back or saying he would call me back. The day before the event he tells me he’s short staffed and can’t deliver to us. That leaves us scrambling at the last minute which effects our livelihood. He had zero concerns about this and refused to discuss the matter

On my first visit they were very helpful with my needs and met them wonderfully..

Renting furniture from these guys they are very nice and have a great selection if they dont have what youre looking for they can order it for you

They have harrassed and followed me and my family i spoke to a laywer and was informed that is a form of stalking. dont waste your time or money here
