Wont get my business again. After come to my house to works on my 2 appliances and nothing still not working. The ice maker and the dryer. Also they dont deserve a 1 star on this review. Pathetic!!!!

Friendly folks and helped me find a part I needed!

I’ll never use them again for repair work.. fixed my dryer and charged me $146 the first time.. lasted not even 2 months and it broke down again... said the part was under warranty but not the labor.. came out and put another fuse in and charged $104... lasted 2 days this time. The repairman said it was because my vent line going out was clogged up... I had just put a new one on and it was clear as could be. To beat it all the part on Amazon was only $9.... they charged $45 I believe.

Great place for parts and to get your appliances worked on

Fixed our Frigidaire Stove faster than the original guy - Raymond Repair (who came out and said that he was just there to assess the situation). We never heard back from Raymond Repair. We assume he was up to something shady. Milhorn was very professional and very efficient. We will be giving good reviews to Frigidaire for him. We have notified Frigidaire about the dealings with Raymond Repair.

Our experience with these folks has been way beyond what was expected. We now have 3 of our older appliances either repaired or replaced and cannot say enough nice things about the great service at reasonable prices. We found the technicians were extremely knowledgable and paid close attention to little details. They were prompt, communicated beautifully as to the status of everything and left our kitchen even cleaner than it was when they came (and it was clean to start with). I can’t imagine a more satisfying experience. We would highly recommend Milhorn Appliance for any repair or appliance purchase you might need. Thanks again for your help!

Very nice. Trevor was super helpful. They even looked at my wee appliance for free. They couldnt help however. Part to fix it cost quadruple what I paid for the little fridge. But they were super nice about it.

If I could give a negative rating, I would.Positive: A technician showed up.Negatives: 1. Service call for approximately 30 minutes of time=$273.75. This was beyond a total waste of money. The technician did not truly evaluate one appliance. He did exactly what my basic homeowner instruction manual said to do PRIOR to calling a technician. He did not attempt to use the smart diagnosis feature on the unit.2. The technician did not have experience with home warranty companies. He did not know how to navigate the appropriate industry wording to foster an effective resolution. Further, the technician could not effectively demonstrate what the issue truly was. He stated what he perceived was wrong, but could not support his claim with proof.3. If you have Samsung or LG products, do not call this company. The company will bash your choice of product and try to direct you to what products it sells. When challenged, the company will go into defense mode and elaborate about how they have been in business for 55 years or some such. That does not solve the customers problem; it avoids taking ownership of suspect business practices. To this end, WHY go to a customers home KNOWING the type of products he or she has does not align with your personal or industry preference? Ding, ding, ding--you go to exploit and collect money!4. I will have to have another company re-evaluate what this company has claimed.

A little high priced but very experienced staff. If you need to know anything about appliances, go to them first.

Call them and ask if they have a specific part.. yes they have it for the price... ok we are on our way to get it right now, our name and they call back 10 minutes later and say .. we just wanted to tell you we sold that part!! I mean really!! So we were literally about there and they decided to sale the part we just gave our name and was coming to get! Then due to them making a poor choice in customer service he wants to get defensive with me?!? Shows me they are not customer oriented at all!! Will not recommend nor will I ever do business with this place again! Very disrespectful and inconsiderate to someone taking their time to make a purchase and then just disregard that completely, is very telling of ones character!

I will never deal with them again. I was sold a bad refrigerator that leaked water and ruined hundreds of dollars of food! I have never gave bad feedback to any other business but I had to with this company. I would not have rated one star if I had that option.

Called and asked if they repaired lg fridge. Yes. Tech comes out and says cant repair condensor. Wasted $140. Call lg first to get real lg tech.
