If you like throwing your money away then shop here and especially buy their extended service plans which they dont honor. We bought a Ryobi Trimmer 3 months ago bought the 2 yr warranty with it. home depot says since its not a yr old its not their responsibility tells me to go to the manufacturer which is only open Monday through Friday and is a literal nightmare getting them to do anything.So I threw $170 dollars down the drain here at The Home Depot and they could really care less. So the point is if your going to buy junk at least buy it at Harbor Freight where they take the item back and send it back for you and just replace it that day for you. No hassles like this junk dealer does you.

We purchased a clothes washer and a dryer. I spoke to a manager and a sales associate both of them went out of their way to help us. I worked in retail for over 20 years and I can tell you, you dont run into people who are that nice, friendly and helpful very often I wish I would have gotten their names but I didnt. I was there on 06/10 at around 8:30. I can however tell you that I will be doing a lot more business with this Home Depot in the future.

Our experience was great. I asked for assistance loading heavy boxes of outdoor furniture and an Assistant Manager helped immediately. The check out staff were courteous and sent 2 young men to help load. Very positive experience.

I was very happy with the service I received. We went there looking to purchase a grill, a door, some lumber, and concrete mix. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly associate. Who was so kind and answered the couple questions I had. We got our intended items and headed to the checkout. The girl running the self checkout was great she helped us ring up the grill and had a member of the garden department go outside and grab the grill for us as well as walk it out to our vehicle and help us load it. A very pleasurable experience and we will be returning there in the near future.

Very nice helpful people much more curtious than Lowe’s went to Lowe’s first to get a lawnmower they seemed to have only one employee that could assist and they kept me waiting like 25 minutes so we left went to home depot as was out and loaded in 5 minutes

I have noticed that I can actually order whatever it is I want online, pay online and get a email telling me when product arrives, where I then drive to Home Depot and click a button in the email where product is brought outside for curb pickup. The employees load it all in my truck and its done.This service of instore/curbside pickup makes me want to actually shop around for products, pay for them plus not even have to do much of anything other than driving to pickup my purchased product. This is soooooo much better for me, bad knees and all, to shop at Home Depot online instead of pushing carts of stuff around the store trying to shop where I seem to always forget something.Therefore, the policy of in store or curb side pickup PLUS even free delivery on products over a certain amount of cost, is a big deal to me.Lastly, even with the very high cost of building materials the quality of those materials seem to be better than Lowes, yet Lowes seem to offer an appreciable veteran discount that is also important to me.But I do still enjoy Lowes but the ease of ordering, etc at Home Depot sways me in their direction.Great store. Super nice employees as well.

Our visit today was just to check out different options and we didnt require assistance but was pleased that several employees at different times asked if they could help. We plan on purchasing several appliances for a remodel.Very pleased to be able to see various options in person as online isnt quite the same. Helps to make informed decisions.

I ordered a butcher block island 3 times and each time it came in busted. Once, I could see, accidents happen, twice was getting a little bit ridiculous, but the third time was absolutely absurd. All they could say was, “we use a third-party shipping company and there’s nothing we can do about it”

Ive shopped at many Homes Depots.... Orlando, Atlanta, Kingsport.... and I have to say that this store by far is the best. Almost always have the item your looking for in stock and the staff is so friendly!

Had a great experience today! The man at the front was very friendly and helpful, a young lady in the paint department gave helpful advice on picking out the best paint for my home office, and a young man in the ladder section introduced me to an option that was perfect for me and I didnt even know existed! This store has a wonderful staff who are always there to assist!

Its cool picking up an order out of a locker outside Home Depot. You just scan the QR code using the email, and the locker door opens. You take your item, shut the locker door, sign and leave some feedback, then press done. The Home Depot app soon shows pickup complete

Bathroom not too clean & not properly stocked.

Better have a receipt or they wont take it back. Especially if its a gift. If you do obtain a receipt, the refund goes back to the original payment method, without the option of store credit. That will be my last visit. Main takeaway, dont do your Xmas shopping at the Home Depot unless you are certain it will never need returned. Ive never had and issue with Lowes or their return policies.

It has an open/spacious and bright atmosphere.The store is clean and organized. The employers try to be helpful and seem engaged. There is a wide variety of items so there is a good likelihood that theyll have what you need. Its such a large store though so it might be hard to find what youre searching for. Fortunately, its not too hars to find an employee and when you do theyre usually willing to help.

I had originally rated this Home Depot 5 starts until today. I just left the store because they would not honor their Lowest Price Guarantee motto. I found a Milwaukee Impact for $189 at Northern Tool and they include a 5.0 battery free, which is $129 value, but Home Depot has the exact same impact for $219 with no free battery. I spoke with the manager, showed her the ad, and she even researched it and printed it out herself, but she concluded they didnt have it in a set so she wouldnt do it. Northern Tool doesnt have it in a set either but still do it so I will be purchasing it from them just disappointed they wouldnt honor what they advertise.

I like this store but they need to get garden hand held cultivators! Lowes has them!

We are remodeling our kitchen. I have looked at 5 different stores for tile and backsplash that are complementary to our wall and countertops. I finally found the one I wanted at Home Depot. The sales people are very helpful!

We drove up here from Telford to purchase a large amount of lumber our local (Johnson City) store didn’t have. Sweet (the name on his apron) was awesome! A few other guys (didn’t get their names) were awesome too. They helped us choose the best lumber and loaded it all up. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. We will definitely make the drive to shop up here instead!

We were able to find exactly what we needed. We did not get assistance but anyone working employees that we passed, not even a greeting. I am a Dedicated shopper at home Depot. Though I will say when we checked out at self service, this woman working todays night shift was so kind and sweet. She asked if we did find everything, enteracted with my children, and welcomed us back. Shinning starts stick out when least expect it. You go girl!!!!!!
