Very courteous service people. It took a little longer than I would have liked is why I gave a 4 stars. Had a good experience overall, they were not pushy on trying to get me to do extra stuff. Waiting room was comfortable and they have treats to snack on (ice creams and coffee). Ethan was very helpful and answered all my questions!

My experience there was wonderful! Amber is great! She would get the 5 stars without them calling me to tell me thats what I needed to give her. What I did not appreciate was being called and advised on how I should score the survey. That is wrong! This is about my experience, not what the business wants to see on their end. I was also told if I didnt give it all 5 stars, it affects Ambers pay. That is not my responsibility.

I came to get an oil change and was very impressed with how nice and easy the process was. Stacy did a wonderful job and was very professional. She let me know about the different options available, but didn’t push them on me. I will be coming back to Honda to get my oil changed every time.

Stacey went above and beyond to take care of my needs. My van started showing signs of the transmission messing up, after multiple attempts to get my van to mess up she kept it another day to ensure they got it to mess up so their mechanic could diagnose. Once it did, the mechanics said my torch converter is going out. They communicated and kept me up to date on what was going on. Now we just have to wait for the part to come in!

I bought my 2016 Honda Pilot from Honda Kingsport, and they have always provided great service over the past few years. My latest service included a routine oil change and tire rotation, as well as a few items that were covered under an extended Honda warranty, which they took the time to go over with me. Since my appointment, my Pilot is running as well as the day I bought it!I opted to wait on my vehicle there; the waiting room is always clean and refreshments (including ice cream) are provided. I highly recommend using them for your next Honda service or repair.

The service writer has a lot to do with producing that confidence in the unseen mechanic--Ethan does just that. He is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and provides clear information about the repair (or service) and the cost that repair.

Oil change, brake fluid change and tire rotation. They discovered I had a nail in my tire and promptly notified me. Very professional and the time to complete the above services was done in a timely manner. They provide a customer waiting room with refreshments like ice cream, soda, tv’s and newspapers; it’s very nice.While inspecting your car tge technition videotapes the inspection and texts a video to your mobile phone so that you can see firsthand what the technician has checked, fixed and/or has discovered an issue that needs addressed now or sometime in the future.They sent me a birthday coupon of $10 but changed it to 10% because my initial service had to be canceled because they made a mistake in how long it would take to service my vehicle which was not totally their fault as I had not made an appointment. They approached me within 10 mins after my initial visit for service and told me that their 1 hr estimate wasn’t feasible and if I rebooked to the next day they would give me a double discount for my inconvenience, which I was more then happy with. Overall, very pleased with their service and professionalism.

My visit this time was actually very pleasant and Josh Byrd was very professional. Josh answered all my questions & listened to what I had to say. I had a tire rotation, oil change & they had to redo my half shaft bearing that was done the previous visit. I purchased the Extracare Package & hopefully will continue to have excellent service.

I had to have my alternator changed, I went there because the car I drive came from there, they charged me almost $900.00 for an alternator change, and I had to have it done that day but other places quoted me around 400 the guy I talked to said it would not be more than that. The entire time they were asking me to replace items that did not or even have any mention on replacing as an example am oil leak I am on day 8 of putting cardboard under my car and looking daily and there is no oil leak what so ever and they asked me to pay 400 dollars more just to fix it. Run away unless you have a warrant directly through this dealership run away run away!!

I have talked to 3 different people at Honda and told them about my experience and asked to be removed from their contact list and they are still reaching out to me! At this point it is harassment! My car stopped working I had a fuel injection issue. Called roadside assistance I picked up my car and Honda replaced my fuel injection at no cost. It was under warranty. Everyone was great I had my car back in a day.

No pressure from them to try to get me to do more to my vehicle than requested. They recommend but leave it up to me. They have always been polite and professional. Also, best waiting area ever.

Kingsport Honda went out of their way to make sure not only my car and I was taken care of. What I thought my 2015 Honda CR-V needed was just a new battery but once I got to the dealership, they quickly noticed that I had an oil leak. Johnson City Honda had just changed my oil two weeks prior and did not notice this nor did they notify me of this problem. Kingsport Honda went above and beyond to take care of the issues and to did it with true professionalism.

Daniel was my service advisor and went above and beyond to make this a great experience. He even showed me how to use some features on my Pilot that I had no idea even existed.

People at this Honda dealer are very kind, however they took advantage of me and overcharged me by $1,000. They did not properly section their charges on my paperwork and we’re able to get away with adding more hours than it should have taken on my servicing by 1.5 hours. Honda Kingsport has lost my business completely.

He was very welcoming and professional. He walked me to the lounge/waiting area so I could be comfortable while I waited. We took our car there for just a basic oil change. Everything was fine until they got finished and we left. The car kept trying to jump Everytime I hit the gas. I turned around went back just for the girl to tell me it was probably my alternator and it was just a coincidence it did that after the oil change. I told her it wasnt doing that before and she ask me to pull it in the bay. I did she leaned into the car and ask could I show her what it was doing. So I did and almost rear ended the car in front of me. At that time she believed me and said a tech would look at it and there was 2 cars ahead of me. First I dont think we should of had to wait again when obviously they were at fault for whatever was wrong with my car. So they looked at it the girl comes to get us and says they forgot to hook back up the intake filter or valve, some hose with the intake! Im sorry but something so careless could of caused alot more problems than I would of had if I had done without the oil change. Very dissatisfied to say the least! I should of just let my husband change it instead.

I just stopped by because I had a leak in my tire. They fixed it for me & checked the other tires & looked at my car underneath. I had to wait about an hour overall. Not too bad.

I was treated very well. Sam was friendly and informative. He listened to my issue and did his best to make sure it was addressed by Jamie, the technician. I felt he was honest and gave me a fair price on the services/battery I received. I am always weary about having vehicle work done at dealerships due to their reputation for being dishonest and expensive, however I felt that Sam and the mechanic were very transparent. I liked the video that Jamie recorded for me to watch, explaining his diagnosis. I am still not totally confident that the battery and loose connections are to blame for several years of battery problems, but time will tell. I know intermittent issues are difficult to pinpoint. At least with a genuine Honda battery, we can rule out the battery itself if my problems manifest again. Thank you to Sam and Jamie for their work.

Its a great place to get your vehicles maintenance done

My Ac wasnt working on my way to Gaitlinburg, so I stopped at Kingsport Honda and the service we recived was amazing, staff was friendly and very helpful. Cherry on top they provided ice-cream as complementary for the guest, so my kids left very happy.

I have purchased 2 cars from Honda of Kingsport. Staff has always been excellent in every aspect. This time the service side is a little lower than usual. I would give the whole business 5 stars, but they had a little accident when doing my service. I’m sure they will make it right, if not I will be back to post a different review.

They added side body molding trim to our new HR-V, they did an excellent job. Our service rep lady was friendly, courteous, and is a very knowledgeable lady . We were very pleased and happy with our service and we are recommending Kingsport Honda to everyone we talk to because we love our new Honda, and the people there.

This was my first time using the service department and it lived up to all expectations, friendly, courteous, from the minute I scheduled, to the time I arrived at the dealership to check in, to the review of the work performed. They were awesome!!!

My experience with Honda Kingsport was excellent involving a TPMS issue, oil change, tire diagnostics, dash rattle, and routine maintenance per manufacturer recommendations. Honda Kingsport is convenient (picked it up at work, serviced it, returned it before I finished for the day), high quality (everything fixed that I asked), and professional (advise professionally via phone and text on status of car and my options without pressure to do unneeded services). The cost is somewhat higher that mom/pop shops but fair and worth it for me when I can keep working and realize that the car will get fixed right the first time every time.

The service was great. They are very friendly and they do the job right. Steve was friendly and great to deal with. They were extremely busy and still managed to keep me in the loop with everything going on. They were upfront on the prices it was going to cost me. Checking out was really fast and easy.

Had an appointment at 11:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. I live an hour and half away from the dealership so I arrived early. It was not a problem. They checked me in as soon as I arrived and I didn’t have to wait.
