Oil change tire rotation under $50 synthetic oil you cannot beat it not on this planet

Had a faulty battery. It was 20 days past the 36 month warranty for free replacement. They did do a prorated amount. Still only cost me 56 dollars for a new battery and installation. Scott was very helpful and polite

Got the best deal on name brand tires I could find in the Kingsport area. I stopped at multiple shops before ending at Quick Lane. Hands down the friendliest staff that was more than willing to work with my unique situation. Very satisfied. Ill be back for sure.

The people there are very friendly and the do work as quickly as possible. Ive been getting The Works done there for years. Its a package that involves oil change, tire rotation, as well as some other checks and inspections. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting room with a TV to keep you entertained while you wait on your oil change.One thing I wish they did is have the service shuttle ready when they open at 7 AM. I got there when they opened one morning so that I wouldnt be too late to work. I had to wait until 7:30 for the shuttle driver to arrive.I recommend this place. Its where I go whenever I need service done. Ive had oil changes, replaced tires, and replaced shocks through them.

They always do a good job and are priced fairly. I am very busy and it seems to take too long when coming here. So when I am working from my home office I use their shuttle and work while they finish.

Service is usually decent and they get what needs to be done. But you usually have to come back two or three times because the mess something else up. Luckily we have a warranty with them.

Went from 1 hour to 3 hours and guy acted like he didnt want to be bothered to do the job.

This website says Saturday hours are 7 am to 4pm. Sat outside from 5 til 7 to 7.15 this morning and no one showed up! Drove 30 minutes there and back. My last visit to this place!

Sent wife to have oil changed cause i was busy. They charged her almost $60 and didnt even look at nothing else .She a headlight bulb out i replaced today and they disnt even top off her wiper fluid. Last time they will ever get my business

I really like the change to appointment-based service. Along with the oil change, you get a multi-point inspection to help wats off unpleasant repair surprises.

Better off going to Bristol quicklane, very long wait times with only 1 or 2 cars being serviced and staff is not very friendly. Oil change and tire rotation shouldnt take 3 hrs.

Idiots...go in gor oil change guy ask ..you been here before i say yes...so he says nothing else..Im like do you know my name ir what kind of car i have...not a word..so they pull the car in and they need to take FAST LANE of the sign..an hour later they are done but they put the wrong oil in...😫
