By far Worst experience in a coffee shop I have ever had. First we waited 20 mins before we even got our drinks and there was only one person in front of us. Second off the barista was obviously new and had no clue what was supposed to be in each drink my coffee tasted like straight syrup, I watched her go look at the book that tells what’s supposed to be in each drink at least four times just to make one drink. when she gave me the coffee she said “hopefully it taste ok.” Not a very good way to run a business and I had also ordered a sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich which took 30 mins to be made haha I guess you can see why it took 30 mins to be made in my pictures. This is maybe the only place in town where they make fresh-ground and hand-packed espresso for you without an automated machine. They also have a french press option on their menu, freshly made food options, unusual hot tea flavors, local ice cream, and other surprises. A nicer place for when you really want to savor your coffee.

Ordered white chocolate mocha with extra espresso and was disappointed. Coffee was too mellow in flavor. Syrup used was pretty universal and was expecting something more unique. Wait time was long and staff wasnt very friendly. Maybe just a bad day.

Chilled out atmosphere with nice music, friendly barista and decent coffee I got a latte with 5 shots and it tasted perfectly extracted. I make a point to go to as many locally owned coffee shops as possible wherever I go and this one is on my top 10, will definitely come back when in the area.

Get coffee and friendly staff. My only complaint is I ordered a large and got mostly foam. Maybe 2 inches of coffee in the cup. Taste is great just wish I got more for the 9 dollars I spent. Plus was driving and had no lids to go they were out

Dont expect on time deliveries from this place. Order waited over 15 mins before they even acknowledged it.

Had a Belgian waffle that was made with spoiled milk. 1 bite was enough to give me food poison. That had to far past any servable date and smell. Absolutely disgusting and unbelievable a cafe serves something that rancid! Never will be back or recommend.

Wonderful little coffee place with a beautiful espresso machine, and it is not often that I have seen baristas weigh their grinds to get the right dosage for a shot. Very dedicated when it comes to their coffee! And a good coffee it is. Worth a visit.

Hands down the best coffee in Kingsport. Their coffee making is an artform and they definitely know what they are doing. From their different coffee techniques, to their teas, food, and ice-cream there is not one bad thing to say. To top it off the atmosphere and the music pairs well with their flavors.

Great place to relax, have a bite to eat and get your favorite Espresso drink, coffee or tea. Josh and Harley are top notch!!

Ive been waiting 25 min for a cup of regular coffee, there is one overwhelmed employee who can not possibly catch up.Manager walks in, instead of helping with business she scolds and walks out.I personally would have quit at that moment, by the way, half hour now and still on coffee

I walked in and told Josh to hit me with your best shot. My wife and I are soooo tired of the normal high priced cup of coffee that has nothing but normalcy in it, and by the end of the cup you regret spending 1 dollar for a 5 dollar cup. So I just wanted something Awesome and didnt care how much.... Josh didnt hesitate he made a Vanilla Americana that was hand stirred and let me tell you something......I would have paid Double for it I will be returning soon for the same thing. Good Job 👍 Josh

I just absolutely love the coffee from this place. Their espresso has the best flavor of any other coffee shop I have ever been to. I just wish they had a better location that had a drive through. This would make getting coffee here so much more accessible. Downtown KPT parking just stinks (just like the smell from the paper plant LOL). With that said Ill park 2 blocks away and walk just to get coffee from here. The staff is very friendly the place is always clean and its just a cool little place to visit!

Greek salad -- Great feta dressing. Latte was excellent. Music and atmosphere very soothing. Will definitely make this my regular coffee stop when I take classes nearby.

Great atmosphere but coffee had a bit of a burnt taste. Granted I went in the least busy part of the day so it had probably been sitting for awhile. Drop buy when theyre busy and its probably better. Cute hangout spot with a nice back room with couches. Good for studying too, plus free wifi.

The drinks Ive tried were decent. Hip atmosphere (love all the original art work). Decent service. (Although I think the barista may have gotten my order in correct)I found it odd that it seems all their drinks come only in one size. You may be able to get different sizes if you ask, but it appears from the menu that there might be only one size.Speaking of their menu. I really love the variety of options they provide.

The service is excellent. It is a great place to get coffee. My kids love to go there and get a chai latte because they say it tastes like fall in a cup.

My father is in the ICU and I ordered two iced coffees. The barista was slower than expected making them and I raised my voice angrily, “ Hey you, I’ll be back later for the two ice coffees maybe you’ll be done by then.” I over reacted. I went back 3 hrs later and apologized - to my surprise the barista had the coffees ready and apologized for them taking too long. I was stressed out and this barista handle me with patience and he should be commended for that. Thank you hibbert davis. ( I do wish they would wear mask during the pandemic though)

Mochas my drink and they have one of the best around. The price is better than the chain restaurants. Nice atmosphere in a quaint downtown area.

The food was delicious with healthy choices. I loved the atmosphere and the option to sit in a private room with a living room setting and just relax while having a private conversation. The dessert coffee topped it all off! Friendly staff.

My favorite coffee shop! When I worked next door to it, I had to go there several times a day to get my coffee fix! Now I only get to go when I’m visiting Kingsport unfortunately. The iced house latte is always wonderful! And the pasta salad is divine!

Ordered a white mocha. It was prepared professionally in front of me and at a good price. Place has a unique and charming feel to it.

Products and product offerings are great, but they often close earlier than their posted hours of business.

Coffee is pretty good here, tons of options, and the staff have always been more than pleasant. Seems like a decent place to get some work done, too, or just to grab coffee to go.

Good selection of coffee and reasonable prices. I had a mocha and it wasnt too sweet, just perfect.

I really really want to like this place, but their coffee is terrible. This is 100% typical for the area, though. (Hint: Not everyone wants burnt/dark roasts... some of us know better, and like the actual taste of coffee.)

A very nice place to hang out with friends as they have a wide selection of ice cream and drinks. They also have free WiFi so you can get some work done.

My husband and I are Latinos and they asked him to sit and wait... 2 people came in and they took their order but never took his order. Looks like were not welcome here and thats always bad for business!

It took me 30 minutes to get a plain black coffee.

It took me 10 minutes to get a black coffee and there was only one person in front of me in line. And the small black coffee was $3.
