We have been here a quite a bit, but lately we have noticed they are super friendly and down to earth people. And their coffee is very good, not bitter like other major coffee places. I would recommend very much.

Not a fan of the new management/owner. Every time I come they are out of something, and unapologetic. I think I checked about 3 times on 3 different days if they had chicken salad and the answer was always No. If its not chicken salad its waffle cones, if its not that its something else.

The nutty java is one of my fave coffee places. However, Im very disappointed in them right now. My boyfriend and I were in downtown and wanting some smoothies/frappes from the nutty java. It was 5:45 when we went to the door. The sign said closed. The hours online said they were open until 6. The signs on the store front said happy hour lasted until 6. I understand not wanting people coming in right as the store is closing but we were going to get our drinks to go. Instead of getting our nutty java drinks we went to a neighboring coffee shop that was not nearly as good as the nutty java.

The coffee drinks and smoothies are good. The cookies are huge!! My daughter says they are as big as her face. And very well priced.

The nutty Java is a great place to hang out. Their beverages are always delicious and the service is top notch. Being in the center of downtown Kingsport, its a great place to meet up with friends with a homey feel.

Beautiful interior, its quite fitting to the coffee smell that pounds your face as you walk throughout. Large and its got a nice bar and a low light setting to relax with some friends to.

This is a gem hidden inside a coal mine. In an otherwise dead and dreary mall, this little coffee spot is so worth the trip. The baristas are the nicest, and theyre even willing to play with the menu a little bit if you want something slightly different. The coffees and espresso are very high quality and roasted to perfection. You can smell the coffee from across the mall, and it really lures you in. I dont visit Kingsport often, but when I do, this is the place to be. Its quiet and there is rarely a wait, so the baristas make great company. I love it, and highly recommend this place!

Dirty and con artists! My husband made fresh homemade food. Sold out of his food everytime. The old woman Beverly tried to steal recipes. All her food is canned or frozen. Imagine almost 7$ for a frozen hamburger patty with pre-made grill marks! Scary and not helathy! The fryer is set directly in the floor. No work space. Cluttered. Canned food. Nothing fresh

Very surprising hole in the wall coffee shop with a very helpful staff, large selection of specialty coffees, teas, and desserts.

Excellent coffee and the barista was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had what we wanted. Would recommend to everybody.
