Great selection and service but pricey

We installed the T - Mobile signs in Kingsport today and had to so some touch up. They can match old dirty faded paint almost perfect. Time and time again they have come through. Its like we didnt even paint.

We enjoyed the personalized service, valuable advice and we saved money. We were attended to as soon as we walked in. There is a reason you never see a professional painter in the big chain hardware stores.

Like many people stuck at home, this was a great time to work on some home improvements that wed been putting off. We appreciate the fact that Sherwin-Williams remained open and orders could be placed over the phone and be delivered to our car. Everyone we spoke to was polite and knowledgeable and appreciated our business.

Went to store a couple of times, gathering paint color examples, and gaining valuable information from the sales people on cost, coverage, historical wear on various formulas for our application surface. We purchased the gallon of color and it is a hit! Like how the Duration covers on the old asbestos siding. The expertise and our own experience and good product came together like a baseball game with the bases loaded...thanks for this hit!

Came into the store to get paint and primer for a metal roof. John, the only employee in the store, was helpful and courteous. The paint he recommended is a great!
