I arrived on time for my scheduled tire installation and was told my car couldn’t be looked at for another 45 minutes. They were short staffed; I completely understood. The person working at the front desk was as kind and professional as could be given the circumstances. While I waited I couldn’t help but noticed how frequently the phone rang and how often customers stopped in. The Auto Center was doing the best they could with limited staff. I left with 4 new tires and am happy to report I didn’t notice anything wrong with my vehicle on my 20 minute drive home. Thank you to the folks at the Kingston Walmart Auto Center for a pleasant experience during these challenging times.
I got 4 tires and they got it done in less than 1 hour. Great people work in the Auto Center! Theyre very friendly and have a great attitude! Give them a raise!!
New tires on in an hour as promised. No charge to mount but $54 to balance. I even bought Road Hazzard for $40. With tax $ 103. all together. Tires very quiet and car going straight.

Subpar tire service - went in fine and came out with wheels unbalanced and the tire pressure light on.Customer service was OK, but they were ultimately unable to offer any material refund or rebate to remediate the situation.
Great service and because ny tires were under warranty it cost me less then 200.
Myself and several of family members have had terrible experiences here. I got a simple synthetic oil change two weeks ago and just found that the drain plug was stripped and I am leaking a massive amount of oil. Spend the extra money and get a quality oil change, going here is not worth the risk.
I was very happy with them. I work nearby and even with 1 tech on, they were able to squeeze me in and have my car (tire) fixed by the end of my shift. And they were able to repair my tire for far cheaper than replacing it. A lot of places would have just told me I need a new tire to boost their sales. Very happy with the way it all worked out.

The people at the auto center were very kind in a bad situation. We drive an hour to get our tires on. It was around 1 pm, and they closed at 7pm. They were already full for the rest of the day and were not taking any more cars the rest of the day. Even though there were only 2 cars in the whole garage. We could not get our tires on that day. My husband went up on Monday, and waited approximately 2 hours, but was able to get the tires installed. I really wish they took appointments or allowed over time to have people that drive up to get taken car of. I know this isnt the employees fault at the location, but more of a logistics issue with Walmart management. This is something to consider for future updates. Especially, since you charge for lifetime tire rotations. If they are always busy how can you get your tires rotated?

Absolutely terrible. We came here last night two hours before they closed and they only have two techs. (Doesnt bug me as much, but for us to stand in line for twenty to thirty minutes for them to skip over us for a guy who just walked in. Thats when they thought it would be a great idea to tell us they are not accepting any more cars and to be here the next day.) Auto center told us 2 hours on our car, which is fine, but they didnt think to mention that it would take them 30 to 45 minutes to pull it in. We have been in Walmart for almost an hour after we gave them the keys and they are just now getting started. I wouldnt recommend using this Walmart Auto center unless it is absolutely necessary. Even then Im not sure I trust them. Cause they take appointments for only certain people.
I just completed my survey thinking they would ask me to recognize some one and it never did so we going to do it here. I desperately needed an oil change and was told it would be a wait, not their fault it was busy. paul continually checked in with me and the men in the work area. Randy and Jose although swamped at the end of shift made sure I had a proper oil change and checked everything over. They were all busy all tired and at the end of a long hot day and were still very pleasant and helpful and spoke to me like I was the first customer of the day. Randy and Jose are an asset to this auto center I would be happy to have them service my car again. They had such great attitudes for the end of the day so helpful going above and beyond the call today! Thank you paul, randy and Jose, you guys are the greatest!! I really do appreciate all you guys did!!
Every single time I went in this place or called they kept saying they didnt have time to do my oil change. They werent accepting any walk in and always short handed. I Wont be coming back.
Steve the service manager was fantastic and knowledgeable. Very surprising and unexpected with Walmart.
Was told I needed to wait two hours untill a manager was availible to unlock the tire rack. It was 9:30 am and I unfortunately I had to get stern and demand that the tire manager, come over and unlock the rack. Mind you he was there the whole time. Both employees were rude. (Counter sales and the manager) I have never been treated like a second class citizen at walmart until now.
The lady at the desk will not answer your calls. I went there because no one would answer the phone and she was standing there alone doing nothing. After my truck was done being worked on, I had to wait for her to mosey back in from wherever she went outside. Once she came in she talked to a coworker for 5 mins, then looked at me when she was done and said, oh Ford Ranger? I think youre done. GEE THANKS. Also it took almost double the time she estimated when there was no other cars in the garage. 3 hrs to put on new tires, and the guy that came later for an oil change was waiting 2 hrs. Plenty of guys in the garage taking their time or not doing anything at all.

Told me they had 4 tires in stock and could mount & balance at 7am Mon..took the day off from work..WHEN I GOT HERE..NO TIRES IN STOCK..NO RESPECT FOR THE WORKING PEOPLE...NEVER AGAIN
I had a slow leak in 1 of the 4 tires I purchased 3 months ago. I waited and waited for them to tell me when my car was finished. I was told there wasnt any charge to that I responded..I would hope not. I purchased my tires 3 months or 1,700 miles ago. Also, I asked to have my other 3 tires pressure checked, and guess what, I got home, took out my air gauge to check them and they ALL needed air!?!?!?
