Doesnt even deserve the one star. The woman told me the case I wanted was $15. I only had a $10. So I went to ask my mom for $5. When I came back with a $20, she was gone for about 5 minutes. Then when i handed her the $20, she tried to charge me $20. After arguing with her for a minute I still ended up paying $18. I shouldve just order it on Amazon for $4.

Went in to have a my screen fixed. Screen had a busted pixel in it when I got it back. Then I realized the fingerprint ID no longer worked and the battery was dying way faster than before. I returned to have them fix the problem and they said it wasnt their fault. Long story short they refunded me the money for the broken screen and installed an old cracked one. I will never return here.

The people are so nice that give a discount if you buy 2 cases you get 1free that also have so many cases to pick. I will definitely be back.

This company doesnt even deserve the one star that is given. Very unprofessional business and unclear directions for replacement phone screens. Terrible costumer service. Awful prices. In some cases can be liars. Im completely surprised their business has survived this long. The workers claim nobody else has ever come to us with this issue when clearly that is just stated to make them look better. Im honestly surprised they havent run out of costumers yet. Save yourself from visiting this very unprofessional store!

PLEASE READIt all started with my girlfriends screen breaking, we decided the best idea financially was to just replace the screen which i googled and it was around $140 for a new screen. Not horrible considering the price for a new phone. So we bring it in and mrs. Miyagi told us $219.00 labor intensive job its a samsung. Not a thought goes through our minds. Yes we will do it. The woman miyagis wife brings it to the other end of the mall where theres another kiosk that fixes phones saw her deliver and walking back to retreive it. So me being the inquisitive person I am i decide to go down a few hours after we paid her the $232.69 with taxes and low and behold it cost $180.00 dollars for the repair. You live and you learn. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS THEIVERY

I would give it 0 stars if I could. This place sucks! The screen protector doesn’t work. My phone cracked just by being in my bag with a bag mastic water bottle. The screen shattered right through the protector they gave me.

Unprofessional and unwilling to help, got a tempered glass screen installed on my phone and when it peeled off in my pocket attempted to fix the issue in store. I was told the issue was not their fault. I rarely leave negative reviews but this store is a joke
