I would like to strongly reccommend doing business with Jarred Brewer at the Kingston Plaza store. I drove from the Cape to that store and he fixed the software registration issues that I could not get done at my local Verizon store. He is extremely polite and paitient and dedicated to helping his Verizon customers. It is very nice and uplifting to see that in the younger generation. Again my thanks to Jarred. Denny ONeil

My dad came over with a new phone and when I asked him where he got it, he said he got it in Kingston. In the past when I heard that I would cringe but then he told me what the guys did for him over there, lowering his bill welcoming every question he had no matter what it was, got him a new phone he is more than happy with and got him a tablet, explaining everything about his new bill clearly. They wrote it out for him neatly displaying how everything billed out. Kingston is finally under new management and ownership and those guys rock over there. Thank you for taking such great care of my dad! You guys have won a customer for life. I cant wait to come in and see them when my family and I are ready for new phones. Highly recommend them. After ordering 2 iPhone 7 on line, both defective, spending hours on the phone with Verizon wireless I found a Verizon store in Kingston ma. There I met Adam who went above and beyond to get me a phone that works. He dealt with the people at Verizon wireless, ordered a new phone for me, then set it up. Weeks later he called to see how everything was working with my new phone. If you want great customer service go to the Verizon store in Kingston ask for Adam. He’s great. I live in Hanover and usually go to the store over there for my phones. After watching how Adam, and Parish work in there, and provide exceptional customer service as well as product knowledge I will never go back to Hanover again. I feel like when Im in a store like Hanover, if I am not buying anything they dont want to spend more than a minute or 2 with me. Parish and Adam took the time to understand my problem, offered multiple solutions and guided me in choosing the most cost beneficial one. I am so glad this new store opened up in Kingston. I came into the store with my 67 year old mother who had a flip phone and had rarely used it. I thought it was time for my mother to get a smartphone. My mother isnt very tech savvy. I thought we would be there for hours and like the last employees I dealt with at this location I thought it was going to be hours of rude glares and eye rolls. We were greeted by Adam, he was very polite. When I apologized on my others behalf for her lack of knowledge with these things he said dont worry I am here to help if youve got time, Ive got it. He was very easy to work with and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. My mother loves her new phone and surprisingly understands how to use it thanks to Adams help. I am very happy the store is under new management and ownership. These guys rock. Highly recommend working with the.

Tonight I went into this Verizon store and am very happy it is under new management and ownership. Adam was very patient and helpful. He explained everything about my new plan clearly to me and helped me set up my new phone and hotspot without having to ask him too. He really seems to know what he is doing in there and is very polite. I watched him work with 2 other people before me who had gone to another store and seemed like they werent given much help there but Adam took good care of them too. I will be coming back here from now on and tell my friends about this store too.

2019 started off rocky to say the least… I returned to Florida after spending Christmas away in Boston, only to have my car plates stolen and used on an identical stolen vehicle. My iCloud and every internet account I owned was hacked, fraudulent charges on my credit card, all private phone calls forwarded out, etc. etc.Anyway, after four separate trips to Apple and roughly $300 later, I got a fixed cracked screen and a phone still hacked six ways from Sunday.Anyway, Verizon in Kingston and employee Adam were absolutely fantastic and truly a breath of fresh air! It’s been seven months since everything transpired, and I’m still in the process of getting my life back slowly but surely. While changing all my email addresses and passwords for the 100X time, I somehow got locked out of my phone and couldn’t remember my SIM PIN. Adam was incredibly understanding and patient; he spent well over an hour on the phone with Verizon reps. determined to resolve this issue for me. He set me up with a new SIM PIN and also new SIM card while giving me helpful tips on how to resolve the hacking completely. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and all-around pleasant guy to be around! Great new store and even better customer service! Would definitely recommend to anyone! THANK YOU!!

Stopped by to purchase a battery pack. Adam pulled up my account to see if Id any discounts available, while on my account he saw i was paying too much. He helped me cut my rate and get a new tablet. Adam was extremely helpful and assisted my fiance and I as we dealt with navigating the complex problem of moving phone numbers between billing accounts. I would not have had the patience or know-how to determine which numbers to call and questions to ask, but Adam sat on the phone with the Verizon reps for over an hour and a half with us. Thank you!

Best experience in a Verizon store thus far! The manager Parish was quite helpful in setting up the Bluetooth in my car (which he offered to do instead of just telling me how to do it) and while there he was able to restructure my account which allowed me to get an iPad (that my son actually needed) all while lowering the bill. The new management at this location is amazing!
