The purchase and pick up of the 4 post lift went just as Christina said it would. It was loaded on my trailer by a fork lift driver. Due to the weight of it I had to open and disassemble the shipping package on my trailer and move it into my shop one piece at a time. After removing the bottom lift pad I could see it was damaged in shipping. Contacted Christina with photos and she said I would be hearing from Frank. After giving Frank a little over a week to contact me I sent Christina another txt letting her know I haven’t heard from Frank ……… NOTHING I do believe I have been ghosted. So beware … good price… good sales…… ZERO follow through if damaged.update... Frank contacted me and showed a copy of an email he sent that i didnt receive. I searched my email and could not find where i had received it. Frank proceeded to tell me how i cant search spam ........ anyway after a few emails back and forth with Frank they did refund $200 to my account..... frank wanted me to remove the review as soon as he said he would refund but i decided to wait until it was posted.

I spoke with Christina and the customer service she provided was one of the best experiences I ever had. She went above and beyond helping me make a purchase.Thank you Christina for all your help and patience.

Great customer support... I called the office with a problem and their response was immediate. Hard to find that kind of help anywhere today. Good product and they stand behind it. Instructions that came with the lift were very vague ... but youtubes filled in the gaps.
