Blonde parts girl at counter has an attitude problem with little knowledge on products pretty poor combination to put at the front counter. She couldnt find company then she couldnt find parts. I had to walk away due to her frustration good thing Rosen is just around the corner. Ive been a service tech for 6 years picking up parts daily and this is the first review I have written. Save your time and patience drive past this gensco

Use to have good customer service but not anymore. Multiple times have called on custom order and was told that it was ready for pick only to arrive and only part of the order is on site.

I do business almost daily with this branch and this is a solid business with helpful and responsive people. I have to give a special shout-out to Chandler and Abe who always go above and beyond to help with even the most odd ball and challenging requests.

Not unusual to wait 15-30 minutes on hold to order parts. Good will call service thatis usually very quick. Wide selection of parts.Call the Seattle branch to get quicker service on ordering parts.

Last week I was put in touch with a client who fell on hard times. He lost his job and his family was living in a trailer. Then their furnace quit in the middle of winter and his neighbors called CPS because the kids were living in the home without heat. Just awful right? I called Larry at Gensco and he helped me find a nice scratch and dent furnace for a good price and I was able to get their heat restored. Now they can stay together for Christmas. Its nice when people pull together to help others.

Called this afternoon looking for a price and availability on a burner igniter. I called the Kirkland store. Finally after answering the phone I was put on hold for 12 minutes when Brian came on the line. I explained that I was looking for the price and availability for a Wayne Ignitor and that I had never purchased from them but had the Wayne part #. I also said that I was looking for a possible alternative to Grainger. I did not tell him that we currently spend $1800-$2600/ month at their competition. I gave Brian the wayne part number that was verified by Wayne themselves. He looked up the number and said that it was not in their system. He then said that I couldnt purchase from them anyway since I didnt have an account. I tried explaining that the part number was valid coming from Wayne themselves less then 20 minutes before and again he answered by saying that I didnt have an account number anyway. It was then that I said that opening an account is a very simple thing to do and would after I got the price and availability. He couldnt care less.Grainger is notoriously expensive and so I was on the hunt for another. Brian had absolutely no desire to turn my phone call into a sale for the future. Somebody is sure dropping the ball teaching customer service. I will never call them again
