Okay but seriously, for them to be under new management the store is VERY well stocked and organized, with great deals. I was able to get a “ buy one get one free” lacefront wig, and all on a budget. I’m extremely satisfied and thankful that they helped me with opinions on my hairstyle.

This store is open 7 days a week. It very affordable and clean. I shop here weekly. They have everything a woman or salon needs

The staff was so very helpful and even with all of that was able to put a personal touch in my experience. I was looking for a short wig but did not really know what style so they patiently let me pick out about five or six and try them on and even gave me their opinion on whether they thought that one was a good-looking one or another one look better and I like that because I value other peoples opinion on how they look at me and especially someone doing it out of their profession. And their prices were very reasonable so I will definitely going back in the near future.

The place is well stocked and one young lady acted as though she was bored. The other young 👦 did a good job to answer questions. Young boy at the front needs a lot of training he doesnt know how to speak to customers. Wouldnt go back but for the other young ladu

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be racially profiled. They stand at the door to see what you leave with, follow you around the store, repeatedly ask you do you need help? to have an excuse to see what youre doing. They are just as bad as the Asian owned stores. They also do not know how to properly wear a mask and they will get very close to you as they help you. Do not mistake their niceness for great customer service. Youre better off going to target to find your beauty products.

I’ve gone to this store a few times and I was pretty amazed at the variety the times that I went before, but about a month ago, I asked the employees where this conditioning gel was and the woman who helped me, made comments on my acne and said “You need to clear up that acne before you start wearing makeup.” I’ve struggled with acne for many years and it’s not just something I can “clear up”. That comment was extremely rude and uncalled for and that comment alone made me never want to return again. I never asked for her opinion on my skin and I was in shock that she would even mention something like that. The Kiss me beauty supply store across the street has way better customer service.

It just opened and are fully stocked with all beauty needs for men and women. They had everything and more that I was looking for. The cashier charged me twice for an item, even after I told her that it was scanned twice.. one of the managers ended up refunding me back the money. But that doesn’t mean I won’t return, I just recommend everyone checking their receipt before exiting the store.
