Im a 52 year old, married, bald fat man...... I didnt have a choice but to follow my wife into Sephora. I think they should carry BBQ rubs, sauces and a large variety of hot sauces. Itll give the husbands something to do.

Great customer service! I believe her name is Leigh, super friendly. Helped out with which product to pick out. I ended up switching my foundation color 3 times because it wasn’t my shade but she was super super helpful every time i came back. Would definitely go back.

5 cashier in the front doing nothing yet have to stand in line at the back of the store to make a return. The greater see you come in with a return and says nothing. Workers are friendly but really the front of the store had no wait. Why not let costumers return at the front.

I had recently gone to another Sephora for help finding the perfect foundation but left less than satisfied. I came here to give it another try and it was a totally different experience. Ivanish sat me down & listened to all my concerns then helped me find a product I love. She was amazing & I’ll definitely go back because of her!

Too much in a much too small space. Saw 1 rep on the phone instead taking care of customers.

The staff here are not friendly and they are rude. So rude to the point where they will reach over you to grab items or stock items and not say excuse me or anything. This has happened on 2 occasions I have been there. They don’t greet you, they don’t speak to you, or smile. They act like you being there is bothering them. They act annoyed if you ask for a sample and take a long time to get anything for you. Also they are always sold out of things.

Brittney is amazing! She did my makeover for a friends wedding and the outcome was beyond what I expected! She was so friendly and made sure to explain what she was doing and what products she was using as she applied. Brittney will definitely be my go to girl for makeovers!

The customer service is pretty good. Most of the time they out of coffee beans and trash cans for sample sticks placed poorly. Also never got offered any samples on checkout,not sure why but in some other stores they just put some new stuff to try in your bag.

Staff is the worse! How do you have employees work here and not teach them what proper customer service looks like because they seem to be needing training in this department. I came to this location with my mom this past weekend and we already bought a few products and than decided to get sample of hair product. Let me start by saying the spanish lady stood talking to her co worker about her cut on her ear while we were standing there waiting on our sample she was bothered by my mother saying we have somewhere to be can I get my samples. She made a disgusting face and than handed it to her. I will tell everyone I know to stop comming to this specific location.

What great customer service! I had been indecisive to what foundation was suitable for my skin before I went to this branch of Sephora. As soon as I entered the store, a nice lady showed up and started helping me patiently. I really appreciate Zulay’s professionalisms! She took her time to explain the differences between the products that I was concern about. Finally, I purchased Hudabeatuy, and I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend this place to those who have some girly questions. Make sure to consult Zulay!

First time I went, they color matched me all wrong. (6 shades wrong). I came back a second time to exchange for the right shade and buy other things but it was so difficult to get service. They all act sooo busy and deaf to your questions. Just walking past. The third time I went, I planned to buy a lot of the new Fenty items. I had a basket of items with me and was seated in the mirror trying on testers when one of them asked me to move because she “needed the chair” even if there were 3 other empty ones. I was so annoyed that I had to move all my stuff over. I’ll never go here again. I had spent more than $200 in those 3 short visits and was treated poorly each time. Am not going back and would rather drive far away to a branch with nicer girls who don’t discriminate!!!

No customer service, staff is not friendly, helpful or welcoming. Definitely just standing there doing nothing. Per Sephora employee this is not a self standing Sephora store therefore they lack certain brands such as Dior, dr. Jart, etc. Save the trip and don’t go here. Go to ulta, a regular Sephora, even better; Order Online!

Visited 2001 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741 and the employee Brittaney Diaz was excessively rude and condescending I am looking at the last palette for HUDA rose and was reprimanded as a 5 y/o for re-opening the box all this in front of my husband and guests and snatched it off my hands i was in total disbelief of how she handle it no display available to see and the palette once I opened it was previously touched or used by someone else In my life I have felt so humiliated Horrible attitude and demeanor towards clients is very saddening. I dont see myself using Sephora ever again.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen! To me, customer service is a representation of someones satisfaction and belief in a company. I drove 30 minutes out of my way after a VERY long day at work to be told that some products recommended to me by their employeese that I wasnt satisfied with couldnt be returned because I didnt have a receipt. Or they could buy it back for ~60% what I paid. The products were purchased within the 60 days, they saw it on my VIB account (when purchased for and how much etc) and still refused. When I left and called the company they said that what she said was completely false and that maybe she was just having an off day..... I dont want my customer experience at Sephora to be at the mercy of someone having a rough day, especially regarding company policy.. would you??? Anyways, I went to another Sephora (another 40 minutes out of my way) who took care of me properly and I spent $75 with them and will be leaving them good reviews and surveys. They treated me with respect, was ACTUALLY knowledgeable, and they were all quite pleasant in general (I imagine thats how every Sephora should be??). If people want to go to the GOOD Sephora, its at Posner in Davenport!
