The wigs are pretty expensive good but expensive and please do not allow them to install them they do a horrible job as installing lace wigs they let me walk out of there store looking terrible and the women messed up the very expensive wig

It’s located in a mall so get there before closing time. If you follow the directions it will bring you to the closest door to the store. They have a great selection of things. I ran out of hair on my drive down to Florida. They had exactly what I needed. The lady was helpful on the floor when I wasn’t sure what length I needed.

I love this place . I live in California and found this place on line about 2 years ago and when I order on line the owner Nabi always takes care of me . Sends out my order the same day and sends me the confirmation number! She is great and customer service is the best ! I will always order my products from here, never been more pleased with a place as I am with hair depot. Nabi is so kind and goes out of her way for you ....

Recently i made my purchase and my selection wasnt available. They Kindly contact me and fix my order. I paid the difference and right away my order was ready to be shipped. I mean today i made my order and 2 hours latter i had my tracking. Cant wait to have my New hair. This Girl who contact me is so nice and that made my coustumer experience one without any complains.Update: today i recieve the hair. Best quality at the Best price.

The owner is very greedy.. because they stole from him last week he is like let me charge you more...an ankle band that normally cost $4,99 he changed $6,99 all the prices went up In 3 days a ponytail for $24.99 is now $26.99You dont have to be so greedy with 2 days quality hair.Because yes all the ponytail last 2 days really bad quality..I didnt buy a $10 ponytail so if I go expensive then give me a better brand.Im not shopping there anymore.The male owner has a sad face also..come on be more service minded like NANA or stay home.

After todays visit Im going to give them one star because I left very disappointed after I always gave them five stars this morning I had a hair emergency I wanted to change it and I need it by for the extensions and the woman was very rude she was staring at me and she said that I needed to know how much money I had so she can tell me what to give me but I was asking question if she was drinking coffee and rolling her eyes on me I did have money on me and she was super rude so instead of wasting my money there because of the service I left somewhere else and I spend more money but the tree man was better than here she was super rude I dont recommend nobody to come. so I was asking question about what extension should suggest and she rolled her eyes on me and I was looking like Barry lost and she was just staring and I felt so bad I didnt want to spend my money there even though I did had a lot but I really wanted some help and I didnt get it.

Great selection! Huge hair store with a variety of human and synthetic hair. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Since they are busy not enough people to help customers but if you need anything for your hair, this is the place to go.

Took my cancer warrior cousin to get a real hair wig. Owners were great throwing in extra products. But the two girls working did not notice her crying then she got her head scratched deep by wig comb of so called profesionals. I guess the customer service wasnt good when I went. Their selection was great. And I spent over 350.00 loved that in the end I had her smiling. They need to treat everyone great always. And if your selling wigs I THINK you should be aware of cancer patients from all over the globe may find you. And selling something that special you should notice when someone takes off their wig and is emotional. I would say thats your first clue!!

I spent $200 on a barbie hair, horrible quality of hair, it gets tangled just seating on the couch cant even flip my hair, it got so knotted and when comb it brakes like i have bad ends...the hairstylist that send me there to get my hair so she can put it on, charge me another $200, never blended my hair you can tell it was extensions I had to cut it in layers after, and in two weeks my hair was coming out supposed to last 3-6 month and contacted them a month later which she mention I can adjust my hair, who wants to adjust with that bad, fake, Barbie hair u put on me, it was my mistake, I should’ve took it off as soon it was getting knotted and coming out the 2 weeks after Smfh....Great business 👏🏼👏🏼 Fool me once...

The only reason I gave four stars is the service. Most of the time you have to ask for help. When you do they look at you strange. I was told I need to look around for my style, but still couldnt find it. I finally found something I liked. Its hard to stand and wait for help when you have a disability.

Their haur selection is horrible!! The lady tried to convince me that the full lace wig was top notch quality when in actuality it was shedding something serious. Save your time and money!!!

This place was so disgusting and unprofessional. When I walked in, I was looking for a wig. As I look around at the wigs they were all terrible, so ugly, messy, un-brushed & they were thrown on the floor. A mess. The worst part was that the employee who was suppose to be helping me literally sat there on her phone having a personal ghetto argument with her boyfriend. She was talking SO loud the entire store had to bare it. I couldnt believe how nasty she was. The nerve of her to be speaking on such personal things, arguing with her boyfriend or baby daddy, so loud with no remorse while shes on the clock was a shocker. I found myself staring at her in disbelief. I dont ever expect high service or really expect much of anything from these places but this was just ridiculous and obnoxious. I wont be going back because of the service but the quality of hair they had was super cheap & trash. Gladly never returning. Crazy part was that I called before I came in & she reassured me they had great products. What a slap in face when I walked in and saw the complete opposite. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

This is the worst hair store EVER!!! The hair is blended with synthetic hair!! Do not purchase anything other than products for your hair! Bundles are dry, they don’t dye, and over priced!!!!!!

As we were there trying to get help was nearly impossible. Then when someone asked the worker to help us she rolled her eyes. Then came and took a wig out of my hands that I was looking at and assumed I was purchasing it. Went to get the 1 in the brand new package and I said we want to try it 1st and she got an attitude and as shes rolling her eyes again says well I thought u were buying it thats why I went to get this 1. Will not be returning to this store.

Absolutely awful customer service, and extremely unprofessional. The layout of the store is unorganized, with unusually narrow walk ways. I could hardly fit through an isle. The products are over priced, and unreasonable. The women who work there seem to be prejudice, lerking behind every corner as I causally walk through the narrow isles searching for my favorite (over priced) hair products. I dont often call out prejudicey, but when youre following me damn near out the store as if I stole something I have to. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Keep away, by all means nesseccary.

Today, July 5, I went to this store, and the attention is very bad, the lady was angry and after asking 2 or 3 prices she left and she did not want to assist me anymore. I ended up buying 2 products there and then I regretted the poor service provided. They should be more helpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. AND I DO NOT RETURN ANYMORE !!!
