Going to get ice cream in the evening at Hershey has become a tradition with me and the kids. Every evening after a full day of activities, we talk a stroll here, and cool off. Usually we sat and eat right there. Despite covid, the line was crowded this year. I must say that the kids look forward for this little treat, and I look forward to spend time with them. Note if you are a owner, you get a discount .

There were a ton of delicious choices to choose from and all tasted wonderful.

Ice cream was good, service was good. Pricing was ridiculous! One scoop with a waffle cone is more expensive than one scoop in a cup, which was understandable. The problem is, when the kids decided to have their ice cream in cups (to save money) we didn’t realize that a second scoop (in the same cup) was going to be more expensive than 2 scoops in a waffle cone. Ridiculous trick pricing. We should have just cancelled our order but they had already served us before we realized the price. It’s ok, never again.

Never was able to taste anything. Line was out the door--this is usually a good sign at any establishment. Here, there was only one employee responsible for Hersheys ice cream and Starbucks orders. Line was civil and so were we, but we just couldnt stay any longer to wait. Im hoping it was just an off-day. We will try again tomorrow!

My grandchildren and great Neice and great nephews enjoyed their ice-cream. The prices are reasonable. You can create your own sundae, 2 scoops of your choice and 2 topping less than $5.00.

Funny thing is Hershey is in my backyard so I come to Florida just to eat Hersheys ice cream lmao. This place was on point and inexpensive.

Got to love this little Shop here at Westgate Town Center. Its well stocked with all sorts of flavors. You can have your cold, sweet treat in a cup or in a cone. There are different sizes to choose from, but generally 1 scoop is big enough for me. It really hits the spot during those hot Florida days.

My family enjoys stopping at Hershey ice cream bar when we are on vacation at Westgate town center. The ice cream taste good and lots of flavor to choose from. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will go visit again soon.

This place had a great looking menu. We are staying at the Westgate resort. My two sons, husband and I walked in at 9:45pm. There were about 12 people in line and we walked up to get in line and the girl went and moved the line. Blocking us. Rudely. Then just stood there. I said excuse me, where do we stand in line? She then said ugh we close at 10! Were closed! Then turned around. Yes, I get we got there almost 15 minutes until closing time. We just came from dinner. But there was also a line of people, we were standing there with our 4 year old and 6 year old trying to pick what they wanted when the worker blocked us. She could have let us in line, since we had been there waiting before she blocked us. But hey, yall just lost out on some money because of a rude teenage employee.

Ive cream was great and getting out of the heat to sit and eat it felt wonderful. The staff was polite and friendly.

Good ice cream, but theres no kids options and when you order a waffle cone, they just put the ice cream on top and it tends to almost fall off when the kids eat it if you dont watch. Overall though its a great selection of ice cream.

A small ice cream is BIG. The ice cream itself is DELICIOUS. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was great . Enjoyed it very much.

Took my daughter to the ice cream shop to check out the place. She did not like the ice cream she got and my whipped topping seemed to curdle before I could finish it. We threw both the dishes away.

What ice cream shop runs out of VANILLA?, especially when hot fudge Sundays are on your menu!!!! The HERSHEY brand is flavourless and a sugar BOM. You can buy better flavor ice cream in Walmart freezor section . And will due from now on or go to Brushers ice cream, or even Dairy Queen.

They didnt put in carmel syrup in my carmel frappe🤦🏽‍♂️, I was so disappointed. But I went the night before and it was delicious 🤷🏾‍♂️. Maybe because i had a different lady instead of the guy. You have to go on the right day, if you want your Starbucks the right way.
