Nelson at this location saved my bacon after Office Depot sat on my order for 3 days before telling me they couldnt fulfill it. By that time I was approaching my deadline and he was able to take the time to help me get my large custom print job completed. So kind, patient, and helpful, I honestly thought I was gonna cry from relief. I will say with the staffing shortage wait times can be on the longer side with many customers coming in. Not a problem if you have the time/patience, you will get the assistance you need, but it may take some time.

Great service! No line at all, all staff was tending to customers in different ways. Your employee Abraham was very helpful. And even said my last name correctly! I was in and out pretty quickly but I will be returning to this location for any of my fed ex needs. New to the area, glad I found a comfortable store!

Peter and Leonardo are consistently professional and friendly whenever my wife has packages prepared to send and when I come in to pick up mine there “on hold.” Not only that, every time I get a pick-up call, whoever calls me sounds professional. We couldn’t ask for nicer guys.

The manager of this store Pamela is extremely rude. She is not only rude to the customers but to the employees at the store. I felt very bad for the employee who was helping us because she kept talking down to him as if he were stupid. I would avoid this FedEx store as long as this lady is working there.

When we first walked into the store Abraham greeted us promptly. There was a customer in the store that was being quite rude and bossing people around. Just being a jerk in general. We felt that Abraham handled the situation well and was very friendly towards us and her despite the woman being rude. We were in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The service was swift and Abraham was kind to us even with the stress of rude customers and the phone ringing. It’s just nice to see people who are genuinely courteous when everyone else around you is bringing you down. Thanks Abraham.

This is the worst fedex I have ever been in!! I did not look at the guys name. I walked in to have something shipped. He was helping someone and I was next. I stood right next to them. He then switched registers. He told me to move over to the other side next to that register so I would not loose my place in line as two other sets of people came in. I did move and After that he proceeded to help the other people before me and I was next in line!!

You need to be very careful of this FedEx location. I mailed out a package that had a 800.00 dollar item in it and somehow it never made it out of the store. It was never picked up and sent anywhere, just scanned in at this location and disappeared from this location. I had to wait months for FedEx to finish the claim and reimburse me. I was never told what the outcome of the investigation was or what happened to my package. I was never able to get the name of the manager even after asking several times. Each time I went in to inquire about my package there were different staff members working and none of them were permanent staff assigned to this location. It seemed like everyone worked there only a day or two and no one seemed to know each other or know anything about what was going on. I have used other FedEx stores all over the United States as my business takes me all over and this was the first one that I ever had an issue like this with. I expect this kind of incompetence and total lack of disregard from the post office and this is why I use FedEx or UPS for anything of value as their tracking system is totally reliable. But this location, seems to have a problem with loosing packages either out the front door or the back.

Whoever was training Vanessa today, I guess decided to watch her suffer as the line piled up in plain view from her chair in the back. Maybe she was on a break? Might be best to disappear a little more to not cause disgruntled customers, or get up after looking at the long line of customers waiting to be serviced or time wasted standing for 5-10mins there to be told “no” on a product they didn’t actually carry. She just looked at us from the back a few times, didn’t say anything, and no one greeted the customers coming in. 👎🏻

When I enter a fed Ex location, I expect a basic greeting and a simple how can we help you? If you enter this location you are told what you cant do when you carry in a box for shipment . Customers are under appreciated, the store is under stocked and the manager working in the afternoon on May 29, 2018 had no interest in solving a packaging problem for a customer with a business account . The location at 4350 w vine st solved it immediately and was working alone without an additional staff member. Wake up FedEx . The Greenwald location needs new mgmt. Confidence in the place will prevent local consumers from not thinking Brown for future shipments .

Not very disabilities friendly, hardly to accommodate with people with disabilities, refusal provide package after I verified tracking number and address. Also I wasted 37 mins being there. Like come on, these people need to use common sense that I got account with FedEx. Now I decided to terminate my service with FedEx.

What kind of policy does Fedex have on boxes? Our boxes are sturdy enough and would hold the weight of a full grown man if he stands on top of them. But according to the manager, We cant take your boxes. Whos WE?? Fedex or you? I would like to see Fedex policy on boxes. Im not wasting money on custom-made boxes that would satisfy the managers demands here. Thats totally not the way to treat customers who give you business. The staff doesnt treat you any different either. The two women working there are extremely rude and unprofessional.

A crappy company that always mess something up, several times they have sent my packages to a different location or have claimed to have the incorrect address and cant find my building. When I called them to correct the mistake they say theyve handled it and everythings fine, but the next day the problem is still their. Their workers truly do not give a crap, they couldnt care less if you receive your delivery or not, and they are slow to correct any issues. I also heard that they sometimes steal your packages! Next thing you know Tom Hanks has your package on deserted island. UPS is slightly better, Ill rather go with USPS. Overall very unprofessional, unreliable and snail speed delivery. I would avoid doing business with any FedEx service around here.

Very unprofessional!! The manager Frances was very rude!! She said she could not accept my package because it was not the proper shipping box ( which was a lie) and that she would not accept it. Totally wasted my time and Frances provided horrible customer service. I ended up dropping off my package at a REAL Fedex location and they told me there was nothing wrong with my package. I will NEVER waste my time again going to this location!!

The store is always in chaos, the employees never know what theyre doing. They refuse to put packing slips on the self service station and when you ask for them they say that fedex does not use them anymore, when you press them, they get them from behind the counter and only give you one at a time. They claim they have to personally handle your package and youre not allowed to put it in the self service bin which I did anyways. Fedex get your storr together.
