Worst services ever, i paid for priority mail suppose to be next day to be deliver. I tracked the status to their website and the tracking is invalid. So i called them to see whats going on, they cant even tract it to their own, but they can track it through usps and be deliver with in 5 days. How the hell if i paid priority through ups its ended up to postal office in regular mail. Sound fishy.

You charge 44.00 for overnight and do not disclose anything regarding COVID delays. And when its delayed your pathetic Mgr says theres nothing he can do. I gave spent several hundred dollars in this store...never again. Common sense says if youre not guaranteed overnight, you wouldnt pay for it in the first place. And dont offer it if you cant guarantee it. Or at least offer compensation. This is simply a money grab...Period!

I always come to this ups store. Best customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. They even processed my return even though they were closed.

I walked into the store last Wednesday 5 minutes before closing and asked Luis the manager to professionally package a vintage stereo amplifier which was sold for over $1500. Luis graciously opened the back door and stayed after close over a half an hour to double box the amp with layers of cushion in between. The customer just received the amp and his comments were, thanks. packaged amazingly. i can tell you loved this amp.- Jon. Kudos and thanks to Luis for going the extra mile and his great packaging. This UPS store is beyond epic. Whenever I walk into this fine establishment, a scent professionalism and courtesy fills my nostrils as I approach the counter. Whenever i speak to an employee, I am filled with a sense of happiness. This place is a must for anyone who wants to send or receive a big package and if you go to a different UPS store other than this one, you are not an epic gamer. PERIOD. I have been to this location during the start of their business hours 3 times! And not once did they open on time. If your employees are going to be tardy, have some accountability and either hire new employees or staff more people to follow the business hours posted. I would love an explanation.

This store was a heaven sent for our company. They completed a banner for us very quickly, had great customer service, AND it was more affordable then the banners we were considering buying online. I suggest asking for Erick. He was so helpful and friendly- he made it happen!

Was charged a fee for printing a label here but I called to another ups store they told me that I could just get a QR code scan and get a free printing of my label. Also bad customer service no welcome to ups greeting as you come in. Will drive a little further and get better customer service and services at the other ups store that ive been.

Horrible experience! I went in to make a copy and they have copy machines available in the lobby but I was told I couldnt use them. Why have them if customers cannot use them. So I had to wait in line just to make 1 copy that would have taken 1 minute. Wont ever go back there!

The sign and online said it opens at 8:30am, however I waited for over 30 mins waiting. I figured maybe it changed to 9am, but no...9:10 came and nobody was there. Youd think theyd want business, especially around Christmas time!!! Very misleading!

Very bad experience regarding the use of the mask, they demanded my own manager what I had to use the mask because it was mandatory in the store I decided to look for the mask since I have my business two more stores next door when I returned to the store ups he told me Again, that I retired six feet from him, although I already had the mask on, I made the comment that it is strange because there were four products that I was going to return in the box and he in a very rude way told me I had not stolen anything I make the comment that I am not telling him that he has stolen anything from me that I am not accusing him but if he gives him advice which was that he will treat better people who are more cordial and that he will try to give a good Costumer Service since he represents the face of a store such as UPS And he responded to call king to give him any advice and for me to withdraw from the store, it must be taken into account that this type of person is not the corporation, it is not a representative of this co It is important to make this claim so that the owner of this store looks at the kind of employee that he has working here and he makes his own decisions and from my side I am giving him an informal birthday directly at Corp So that I can get a record of this type of person who has very bad service with customers
