I took my car there to get fixed after going off the road due to speed and a deer. Pischke had my car for 2 months. 12k the got from insurance company. The front bumper has never fit right since the new bumper was installed It’s like the bumper isn’t even attached to the front end of the car they cut my fog light Wiring harness for some reason. There are bolts that hold the hood scoop down that are missing so the hood scoop is flapping all around. There’s other stuff I’m forgetting about, but bottom line I’ll never take a car back to Pischke collision to get fixed ever again

Crashed my Jeep and this team made it completely painless. Elizabeth is great, but everyone in the office was super helpful. The guys working on my car treated it like their own which is what everyone hopes for. The paint job was phenomenal, the brilliant black is not easy. I will refer everyone here when they need collision repair. Not to mention the loaner vehicle which made my life much easier being without my car while they repair it. If youve been in an accident or need any body/paint work come here you wont regret it.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend that you NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. Repairs on my truck were so bad that I took the truck to another dealership and traded it in.

I had a great experience in bringing my vehicle for repair at Pischke Collision Center. They gave me a quote in a timely manner, dealt directly with my insurance for the assignment and rental reimbursement, and had my vehicle repaired and back in my hands in two days! They also serviced my vehicle for an oil change and checked the brakes at my request since it was due for both anyways, saving me an additional trip and time without my vehicle. Additionally, my car was returned washed and the interior had been wiped down. I truly couldnt be more impressed! I will absolutely be recommending their service to others and in the unfortunate case I ever need body work again, I will be a return customer!

Id like to thank the administration and mechanical team that took care of my vehicle that I picked up a few days ago. I feel as if they went above and beyond the standard to contacting Enterprise and cleaning my vehicle inside and out even when the vehicle was in the shop for the purpose of front bumper repair. Elizabeths and the mechanics professionalism and courtesy was outstanding and reflected greatly upon how Pischke conducts business. I look forward to our interactions in the future.

Scheduled an oil change ahead of time so my husband could be in and out with my vehicle. The techs took my vehicle back and let my husband sit almost two hours without an update. Apparently they were busy and forgot to service my vehicle after taking it back but never updated my husband.Update: 6/15/18 finally spoke to manager of location and he apologized. Offered to pick my vehicles up from my employer for the oil change I was scheduling this time around and to have a recall taken care of.

Been waiting a month for my scheduled appointment. 5-29-17. They even wrote the date on their card. Well guess what? I took off work to take it in and then theyre closed for Memorial Day?? Called them over and over all day. Wow! Thank you for wasting my day and taking my holiday pay.
