Installer was very knowledgeable and very experienced. And friendly. (He even helped me reinstall components I had removed.) I would recommend A-1 Glass to anyone.

Im glad they came to me, but it created more concerns. They put a note on the bill that the car was locked... My wife was home, but they never even tried the doorbell to ask for it to be unlocked. The repair is invisible. By that I mean it looks exactly the same as when it had been damaged. No change whatsoever. I doubted that they had even done anything. Part of me still does, even after calling them. The repair didnt even fill in the tiny divot in my windshield where the center of the chip was. They reassured me that it is warranted, and the money I spent can go to a new windshield if it still fails... But it doesnt stop a part of me from thinking that all Ive done is just make a down payment on a new windshield.

Terrific service by all involved - front desk to work crew. The guys replacing the windshield even figured out the source of the clicking sound coming from somewhere around the dash. That saved me the need to take it in for fixing. Nice work guys.

Glass on wheels refused to fix a tiny crack in my windshield. A-1 took a look at it and had no problem fixing the crack that was less than an inch before it became a bigger issue. The service was excellent and very fast. From the time i pulled in to me leaving was less than 20 min and everything was complete. The girls at the front desk were awesome! I never go out of my way to do a review online but had to for this one. Thanks A-1!

I had an appointment out of town today and on my way there a dump truck passed me and threw up a rock and put a pretty good chip in my windshield. Figured since I was driving I might as well call my insurance company then. Spoke with them and they said they would have A1 Glass call me to set up a time to fix. Within 7 minutes my phone was ringing and it was A1 Glass already! Thanks to their commercials I knew by the phone # that they were calling from La Crosse, which is where my appointment was. I was able to go and get my chip filled this afternoon while I was there. All taken care of in less than 6 hours! Super nice people and very quick and painless process!

Was very fast. Very friendly. Was a little more than i imagined. But was done very high quality. So it was worth the money spent for craftsmanship.

I purchased a replacement automotive mirror from A-1 and had them mount it to the mirror assembly on my vehicle. The mirror was available for mounting the next day so I went to the shop and had it installed. The installation wasnt done properly as the mirror would vibrate at highway speed making it useless. Upon further inspection, I noticed the edges separating from the back-plate. I called A-1 and explained the situation. They told me to return and theyd have a look. I did just that and they attempted to repair the mirror. The same issues persisted and I contacted them one more time. The shop manager looked at the mirror and assembly and asked me to return the next day. He had another replacement mirror ordered so he could just replace the improperly-installed mirror. He did just that. Since then, the mirror has been solid and working just as expected. The customer service provided by the staff was top notch. Id definitely come back for additional services from them.
