We are happy with the timely service we received at Glass Service Center Inc. We had our window back in place before the rainy weather started. No problems with getting rain in the house with their fast, reputable service!

I was on the phone when the installer arrived and I only had to point out which window was cracked in the house. 15 minutes later when I got off my call, the window was as good as new, everything was cleaned up and the invoice was ready for me, couldnt be easier. Hopefully I wont need them again soon, but will call when I do, thanks!

The tech did great installing a door, but they charged more time to be here than they took to install. When we called to question it, they said they would look into it, but never returned our phone call. When we called back two weeks later, there was no record of us calling. We would not use them again. Customer service is poor.

Mike did an admirable job putting a plan together for us. The tech unfortunately installed incorrectly, creating a host of problems for our security system which we were forced to rectify ourselves. In addition, GSC did not include a $500 part essential to the project in the install. That was a disappointing surprise cost for us. No one there to hear our concerns. It took some time for someone to finally reach out to make anything right. We expected more.
