Unfortunately Stater Brotherers has really gone down with their chicken, it used to be really clean with no fat and skin, now their bonelees skinless chicken is always covered in it.The service at the meat counter isnt the same either.Might have to look for a new place to buy my chicken if this continues.

I asked my brothers at the meat counter for neckbones for my soup. They vanished for a minute only to come back from their hunt to cut me a few really fresh pieces.

So sorry, but, we didnt go to stater bros. We actually went to Burger King and the service was great. And they are always so friendly and nice. Love their food.

Customer service is GREAT! This particular Stater Bro. is well stocked, clean and has the best prices. Highly recommend this store for significant savings.

10/9/20 = 5 star = Tried another Sushi, so good . Still coming back .9/26/20 = 4 star = bought some stuff, fried chicken is a good deal waited for 15mins to cook it . Tried their sushi looks good and taste good too . I give still 4 star .8/1/20 = 4 star = Still some empty shelves today, dont see any mask available.

Customer service is great. The sushi bar has great sushi.I do not like being in there when the soda vendors are sticking the shelf they are rude and take the isle.

I go to this grocery store very often. I do prefer Ralphs because they are a lot closer BUT staters has fresher produce that lasts longer. And there is a great selection in the meat department. Unfortunately both Ralphs in my area do not have meat departments.I knocked off one star just because they did not have any more of the Thanksgiving ham the one in the red foil (but Im just being petty). I love the cleanliness of this location too

I love Stater Brothers market . This one is clean, well organized with everyone being nice, helpful & courteous. I love going to the butcher, their products are top-notch. Theres a customer bathroom that is clean. Theres loads of handicap parking. Early morning is a good time to go. Yes, its a busy market but its a great market. Lowest prices of any other Id consider going to. They have a great deli & a fantastic bakery. Have their own brand of ice cream cake 🎂. They make nice cakes to order. They also make lunches to order for people avoiding fast food.

Good prices and fresh produce. They just remodeled and not crazy about the layout. They now only have one door on south end of building. This makes quick stops tougher since you may have to travel across the entire store to pick up milk or eggs. Feels dated, even with the remodel. Staff is general friendly. Deli counter could use some work and should offer more meat selections. FFried chicken is good and always a deal.

You need the meat? This is where you come for the meat. Wine deals. Somewhat more expensive but there are still good deals if you look. Produce section is pretty good too.

Always clean, mostly a friendly place. Personnel very cautious, dont blame them. All wearing their masks, customers and personnel.

Had some great bargains $4.99 fried chicken eight piece. cheese for $3 a pound excellent price, & 2 liter bottles of 7UPs for a dollar each. Love the bargains! Employee in the deli went the extra mile and asked me if I wanted the bag left open with the chicken so it wouldnt get soggy as it sometimes does from the steam. I appreciated that helpfulness.

They were a bit low on dairy products, but still had a decent selection. Not a surprise, considering the pandemic. Very clean. Ive always appreciated the staff here.

So I have video of the employees running with carts full of toilet paper and water making two trips but you limit us from two (with signs on the shelf stating that) than change it to one per a customer when I spoke to the manger Steven Walters he told me I dont care rudely after asking how they can limit us he only than tried to justify it. Seeing his justification as they cant buy it later because they are stuck at work my question is why are they not restricted to one package I understand that they work there and need to get their items but you know its wrong when your employees start looking around to make sure no one sees them before they stock their cars with excessive amounts. I plan to report this to the BBB along with the appropriate footage.

As always stater brothers is an excellent supermarket, this particular location is in the middle of remodeling.They are rearranging their product aisles (grrr)But thats ok.They closed off one door for entry and exit.The staff members are super friendly,as always.

Great customer service and I always find what I need. Today the lady at the bakery just made my day as I was looking for last minute valentines day cupcakes for my daughters school. There was no more but she offered to decorate them as I wanted them. She was very nice and friendly. I really appreciated her service. Last year she also helped me with my order for my daughters birthday cupcakes. From the meat department to the cashiers, this is the best store. I truly recommend shopping here.

7:00 a.m. Mgr ready at the door with friendly greeting. Everything is sanitized before we get there and sanitized as soon as we leave. Shields up at register. Pretty much stocked except for the paper goods.

Stater Bros always have great sales. The people in the meat department are always helpful and friendly. Their prices are good. Their fried chicken is really good when freshly made. I like a few of their name brand products. I definitely recommend them for shopping.

Very pleasant shipping experience

The market is always very clean, and everyone there is smiling and friendly. The produce aisle offers a fair selection of good-looking and fresh-tasting fruits and vegetables. Their deli counter is clean and offers a fresh choice of meats, bacon, poultry, seafood, bacon, and pre-seasoned/marinated meats as well. (4 types of bacon and stuffed jalapenos!!) The market overall is very easy to navigate and usually has everything I need at decent prices. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

The woman who rang me up for my money order was very pleasant but the man who rang me up for some flowers treated me like I was just a transaction.

Small-town friendliness with big city variety... Im continually impressed by the lack of employee turnover, which means we get to know them and they get to know us. There are employees at this Stater Bros who have watched my son grow up. A true gem in this community.

I just had the worst experience ever, my father was in line and let the female stater brother’s employee that was in uniform in front of him, she then walked by me and said “what ever”. I commented back by asking why she was rude. She just rolled her eyes at me and looked away. After leaving I told her that she needs to change her attitude, she just rolled her eyes. When we left outside, she then went to the female cashier and pointed at us while walking out. I can’t believe this woman works there, I thought stater brothers is suppose to have great customer service. The cashier said that her name is Angela. We called stater brothers after and spoke to the cashier and she said that Angela gets complaints a lot. The question is why does this rude employee even work there then. I wish I could give this a negative star rating. This just happened at 6pm on 1/23/2020.

Went to this store and stopped to get chicken. The disheveled lady in the deli ignored me for 15 minutes saying Youll have to wait, there are only 2 of us. I waited patiently until everyone was served and then she continued to make me wait while she prepared an order that was for pick up when the person wasnt even there. So rude. She was unkept, hair falling all over her and was so unprofessional. This would never happen at the La Habra store. There were 2 other employees there who also did not help me. I walked away with out being served. Manager needs to wake up and watch their employees.

Store itself was ok. What made this visit horrible was the cashier. Younger female who kept rolling her eyes, sighing, and making faces between each customer. Had past experiences here were cashiers were rude too. Seems to be a trend.

My preferred grocery store for several reasons; they carry my beer (New Castle), they have a great selection of everything and the Deli, Bakery and Meat departments can not be beat.

Disappointed since March 28 2020I still havent seen 409 all purpose cleaner and no dial antibacterial hand soap.
