Walmart vision center is the only place I buy glasses. They have helped me and my son on several occasions. I refuse to buy glasses any where else. Absolutely the best!!!

This is the second time I came here to get my tire plug with the insurance I got through Walmart. I had an appointment and I was the only one waiting and it took an hour to get my tire plug both times. I dont know why it takes so long to plug one tire aEspecially if no one is in front of me. Also due to covid you must wait outside. We are not allowed to wait in the waiting area. I give a 3 star because the customer service is decent but the service takes too long to be waiting outside in the heat, standing up for 1 hour

Terrible customer service! Second time making an eye exam appointment an the wait is terrible. My appointment was at 11am and upon arriving the eye doctor still had 2 patients in front of us. I was told it would be a very long wait. Ive decided to go elsewhere.

I love this eye doctors. They helped me several times and helped my little one feel at ease at getting glasses for the first. Very highly recommended to all.

Walmart Vision in La Plata is excellent. Everyone who has helped me there has been kind, professional, and extremely helpful. I wanted to get new lenses put into frames I got from somewhere else, and return the glasses I had originally gotten from Walmart (they did a great job with them, nothing was wrong, I just didnt like the way they ended up looking on me). They did an exchange for me and even refunded me the difference in price. I went to get my new glasses adjusted and the woman did them perfectly, and even explained what was wrong and how she was going to fix them. My lenses were not smooth and stuck out a little so she told me she was going to get me new ones and fix them up, free of charge. I dont remember her name, but it was a lady with white hair and glasses. And another woman, I believe her name is Karla, was super friendly and helped me out a lot as well. The doctor was also great, I got my eye exam done there, as well. I cannot rave enough about my experiences here!

Jennifer is very skilled and talented! I was floored how she fixed my broken glasses that the Waldorf location wouldnt.
